Great work. When I called to book appointment lady toldme one price(about $1200) when I pick up truck its almost $1400. Kid behind counter says she must of been mistaken. Felt like a BS set up. Will take my vehicles back to place I went before. Chose this one cause it was closer. Mistake on my part. Then told I have the wrong place. Real cute.

Took my 2018 Wrangler JL Unlimited Sport-S to Line-X of Omaha to discuss a full-body spray coating. Talked with Jason about options and he helped narrow things down to the pictures in this review. We went with two coatings; Standard for the hard top, fenders, bumpers, and undercarriage; Ultra for the body. It turned out GREAT!!!! I was completely blown away by the results and the team at Line-X exceeded my expectations. Understand this process is not something that happens in a couple of days. They pretty much had to disassemble my Wrangler to get the job done right. After 3 three weeks, I went from a stock paint job to a fully lined beast of a Wrangler. I couldnt be happier. We have taken two trucks to Line X for them to do their brand of magic! One brand new truck and one not so new one too! First the new one, Jason recommended the Bedliner (staple for any pickup) Line X is by far the best! Competitors compare themselves to Line X. I know, I checked. But that’s not all! They did an undercoating that is amazing! Looks great and almost rubberized. You need to check it out your truck will love you for it! They put some cool swing out boxes in the bed and installed new led lights.On our old truck (200,000 miles and the rust to match) Jason recommended that we do the line x bedliner as trim as we as the derust and undercoating we had planned. They did an amazing job! The effort it took to do inside the doors under the edges of the body was worth every penny. If you have a vehicle you love take it to Amy and Jason and the team at Line X of LaVista!!

Not sure what happened to this linex, but Im not digging them anymore. 3 years ago I had a bed liner done by Alex looked great. Then about 2 years ago I had him do my hood,roof,grille, tailgate for a fantastic price. But he failed to tell me that they use different grades. So Im stuck with 2 colors. Also not one warning of my hood scoop melting bec its after market. Yes they melted my scoop. And bedliner turns grey. Also failed to tell me they broke my left taillight bracket and was holding on by one.... about a year later when getting my ccw at bullethole. I popped in and there was 4 young kids there that said Alex was fired and my scoop probably melted bec its sprays hot.Now 2 years later my hood is cracking. My wife calls about warranty and they assumed it was caused by accident instead and had to come in to look at it. So I called and Jason said your wife already told us. Rude. I sent pictures on messenger and there like what are we looking at. Really? Also they left voicemail of my appointment for something else not what Im going in for. Not very organized. They ignored original pictures on Facebook about my concerns.When I showed up jason didnt remember the calls. Claims scoop melted bec it was after market. Hence never told that. Wouldnt have done it. Yet most truck accessories are after market. So thats a excuse. Even what they sell.The cracks on hood caused by metal contracting cold/heat. Really? My tailgate is pealing off on top and jayson said thats a common spot that does that. Clearly looks like they sprayed linex over linex.They had me come down there to tell me excuses and they will fix it. Which I already new that over the phone.Jayson wanted me to do all the truck at same time. With reasons thats easier for them not my wallet. Where Alex said I can do sections at a time. Alexs prices were better too. Jayson said 3 grand for rest of the truck yet a huge chunk is already done. And a deal of $1200 for inside doors/rockers only if I do it all together. Yet Alex told me $1200 prior as a section. So what deal?Also Jayson said bumpers were $250 each on phone but will cut me a deal. Nope still $250 each when I went in.I originally gave them five stars but now 1. Hopefully they get there acts together. Especially to someone whos a customer for 4 yrs and spending a lot.After I posted on Facebook with pictures and videos. They removed all reviews. I have pictures, videos and audio of how rude they are . After my posts the were super rude and calling us liars . Told me to get my bumpers and there not fixing any of there work. How professional.Response to owner.... what part of my review is untrue?????8/1/19. Amy the owner called me. She couldnt find in her files how I paid for the linex on the bumpers. Wanting to know how I paid. Really? seriously ?There so unprofessional they dont have there finances in order. Harassment more like. They never did them.

Great place with a know how for all things truck related. They listen to your needs and fulfill them quickly and professionally. Dont deal with dealers, get your aftermarket supplies at Line-X, youll be glad you did. And the price is the best around.

Tried to replace my own steps for my Ram. Darn things were rusted on solid and could not get them off by myself. Called Line-x and spoke with Amy. Amy was able to get me in that day to have the old steps taken off and only at the cost of labor, and because they had the time I even had them try to place the new steps on. Of course the company I got the steps through sent the wrong rail so they were not going to work. Amy was nice enough to call there costumer service line on my behalf and complain. We were able to send back the rails and she was able to price me out some from her shop for a similar price. Amy had me come in a couple days later and had them installed for just the original labor price and cost of the new rails. The costumer service there was above and beyond. Treating the costumer this way makes you want to come back for more. Thanks Line-X crew and thanks to Amy.

Great quality fair price and timely service

Check your vehicle out throughly before you leave. Mine had bed over spray, masking tape left on it a light connector dangling and a dent in the tailgate and covered in dust. They did pay for the dent but a hassle.

Jason and the crew at Line X are first class. Always polite and always there to help with any questions etc. Fast install and great work.

These guys are AMAZING! I brought my Hummer in to get a quote on several different things. All were things I have wanted to get done for a long time but was unsure of where to take it. I stopped in just to get a quote not expecting to do anything right away but with their customer service and knowledge I knew I was in the right place. Highly recommend NEVER using them. I would give them 0 starts if I could.My husband brought in his 2014 Chevy Silverado to get the light bar, brush guards, undercarriage, bed, and rockers lined. The price seemed good. The reviews seemed good. So we went with this place.At the first pick up it was raining so we weren’t able to take a good look at it. We brought it home and noticed that: there was still rust on the brush guards from where they didn’t spray. They broke a bolt off the light bar and tried to GLUE IT back on and just ignore that they did it. The rear bumper was lined and wasn’t supposed to be. The bed was already peeling up. The rockers from the rear wheel to the tailgate weren’t sprayed. Last but not least the bed rails were already peeling up also.So we took it back. We were assured it would be taken care of. When we got the truck back the peel on the bed rails was still messed up and they managed to break the passenger door handle. So at this point we don’t even want them touching the truck. But we decide to try one more tome for them to fix the bed.On third pick up we notice they got primer on the seat so we had to take it back to get that removed and fixed. Mind you this whole time we still have a bumper that hasn’t been ordered. Amy assures us that she will order it. So we wait and we wait and don’t have any calls. We start calling to check up on the order and we get a “we will call on it and check on it and call you back” and then we don’t get a call back. “Our distribution is backed up so it will be delayed because of Covid” then today after not getting any calls back I call again. They inform me that it wouldn’t be here until July 8th so I call them on their bluff. Amy states that if I can find it anywhere she will pay for it. So it took two calls I found it. I went up to Amy in person and she wrote me a check and I went on my merry way to the dealer and picked it up.Moral of the story is this was about a month process a month process of absolute TERRIBLE customer service and run around. I recommend not wasting your time.

So glad we used Line-X Omaha for my bed liner and Truxedo bed cover 6 years ago. After having trouble with the Truxedo popping up on the highway I took it back to Line-X and not only did they install parts FOR FREE right away to take care of the immediate problem they battled for warranty, so in the end my cover will be like new!Thanks Jason!!

The initial experience we had with linex was good. We got our bed liner done about 3 years ago and the hood and roof done 2 years ago. Alex did the work and did a good job except we were not told the after market hood scoop would cause the issue we have now. And I say we were not told it was a problem because the new owners are now telling us it is why the issue happened. Recently the hood started cracking and we contacted linex and were told its because its an after market part and it bent and then cracked. The bed liner is flaking off as well. They said theyd fix it but how they went about it was horrible. When I called to tell them, they immediately assumed we were in a car accident and told me thats the only thing that causes cracking, we had sent pics early showing them the issues so it was clear there was no accident but when they finally looked at the pics they said they didnt know what they were looking at even tho we told them what we were sending. They made me feel stupid and acted like I didnt know what I was talking about before agreeing to fix it and telling me it was under warranty, two different people told me the hood was covered under the warranty, might I add. My husband was not happy about how they treated us regardless of them fixing it or not, so he posted a review about it. There response to this was to block the review on facebook and telling us they will not fix anything regardless of the warranty. Wed given them our bumpers to linex as well and a day before they were suppose to be done they told us to come get them, their not doing it. I explained to them that just because your going to fix something doesnt mean you can belittle people and then expect an outstanding review. He said they still arent going to do it, he said the review that was posted was crap and lies and we misunderstood what we were told. I asked him, what was a lie/misunderstood?... his response, Im not arguing with you just come get your bumpers. So we are left with a cracked hood, and a flaking bed liner. Obviously this linex does not back their work, nor  honor their warranty, not to mention they dont know how to treat customers with respect that have spent hundreds of dollars at this location.I will go a head and clear up the response linex of omaha gave my husband on his google review, this way I dont get the same load of crap response from them....First off, we had no issue with the price so not sure why you said that. The service you tried to provide was disrespectful. We did not misunderstand what you said about the cracking. I gave you an opportunity to correct yourself and you choose not to. We left our additional parts with you because we still had faith in your linex and hopped youd make it right so we could then update our review. And again, I asked you what was said in the review that was not factual and your response was... I dont want to argue. Had the Line-X team install bedliner, Truxedo tonneau cover, and Husky wheel-well liners on my new F150. Truck looks great!

Made an appointment easily enough and was quoted a price for a spray-in bedliner. When I arrived, I was informed that there would be an extra fee to remove and reinstall my tonneau cover. When I questioned them about why they hadnt mentioned this hidden fee before or asked me if I had a cover, their reply was, You shouldve told us you had one. In my opinion, its not the consumers responsibility to inquire about every possible scenario that may incur an added fee. If I had known about this hidden charge, Id have removed the cover myself. As it was, I left without letting them do any work. There are other bedliner installers in Omaha who provide much more ethical service.
