Amateur mechanics, certified to break your car and charge you to repair it!They called me 10 minutes before closing to say they bent my tie rod adjustment sleeve during an alignment and would need to replace. I asked to be shown the damaged part on my vehicle. Ben, the manager, did not want to show the damaged piece that day before closing nor the next open day, seemed suspicious. Only wanted to sell me a part and labor or just have me take my now broken car outta their shop.Looking at the bent tie rod after repairing it at another shop, it is visually obvious Jensen had drove a pry bar into it and bent it.Would not recommend Jensen for any service and I certainly am never going back.

Brought car in to fix the tire that had nail with perfectly working pressure sensors(4). Walked out with one new sensor and one broken and charged for 128$. Would never come here again.

First of all, I need to make it abundantly clear that these guys are the most trustworthy, honest, integral, and skilled mechanics I have ever worked with. I took my 2003 Toyota Camry in to get it fixed up and ready for the next haul of its life. They did a multi-point inspection and a diagnostic and fixed the things that were causing the most problems. Ben, Ted, and Cody, and the mechanic that worked on my vehicle all get a 110% in my book! They replaced my engine mounts, valve cover gasket, intake manifold gasket, front and rear strut assembly, 4 sway bar links, oxygen sensor, door handle, and did a full fuel cleaner and fuel service. They took care of me and my Camry, they also fixed my A/C, a valve leak, and replaced my cabin air filter. My Camry runs and feels like it’s new. 11/10 would recommend! Also Ben deserves a raise.

Visited Jensen on 84th in an emergency situation. Our tire blew a hole and our spare was also damaged. We were forced to go to the nearest tire shop and were fortunate to end up here. The gentlemen at Jensen quickly ordered a tire, received it from their supplier, and repaired our vehicle in under three hours. I am very grateful for the work they did to get our vehicle back on the road.

I usually work on my own vehicles. But Our Subaru Forester had a pretty bad oil leak and I couldn’t find where it was coming from without doing a lot of work with in which I would need a lift. We have used Jensen Tire and Auto before, we trust them and they always do a great job! Ben is the manager of the shop, he is always professional. So we decided to take our vehicle to Jensen, they were able to get it in right away! I told Ben I thought the problem was a bad gasket but I couldn’t tell. So they did a degrease and dye to see where the leak was coming from. They diagnosed that it was not a gasket but it was the crankshaft seal. After tearing the engine apart they found exactly that, the crankshaft seal had been damaged by the sprocket which caused a severe oil leak. Ben had called me and talked to me about the entire process and kept me in the loop with what was going on, he didn’t do anything extra without my concern first, which was awesome! Because they had to replace the crankshaft seal, we went along and replaced all the other parts in that area so we don’t have to deal with it later. They replaced the timing belt, water pump, crankshaft seal, crankshaft sprocket, and thermostat, they did a coolant service, and full synthetic oil change. They did an awesome job replacing all these parts and services they provided! In all it cost just under $1700. Once we got the vehicle back it had an idle issue, we took it right back to them and they cleaned throttle body and did an idle relearn free of charge. The vehicle works perfect now and is awesome! Thank you Ben and the guys who worked on our vehicle! We’ll be bringing our vehicle back after 500 miles to for a leak re-evaluation because 2010 subaru foresters are notorious for the head gasket leaking around 100,000, we’re at 92,000 miles.

The gentlemen that work at this location are the absolute best I have ever experienced when going to a mechanic. There’s ZERO un-needed up-selling, ZERO sales pressure. There is however an abundance of great customer service and humanity. If you don’t have a shop because of bad past experiences, then this shop will bring your faith in mechanics back. Im not thrilled with some of the maintenance they did recently on my girlfriends car. Many of the things they recommend to her, and preformed didnt need to be done for quite some time. Theres nothing wrong with the work done, Im sure they did a good job, but it probably didnt need to be done for another 30k miles.

They got me in same day, called me with an estimate before doing the work, finished up right when they said they would.

Had an issue where the car’s RPM would shoot up randomly while we were driving and propel us forward. Took it here, they said what it was, gave us back the car during a snow storm and it was exactly the same as if they didn’t test it before. Brought it back multiple times for the same problem and they never fixed it and kept doing other repairs that weren’t necessary. Took it somewhere else and they knew what it was immediately.

My aunt raved about how great her Jensens Tire at 168th St and Harrison was, so I decided to go to the one near me at 84th St and Harrison. I called ahead during the week and made an appointment for 11am. I asked how long it would take and they said about an hour, so I decided to go over my lunch break. Three hours later (just for tire change and alignment) and they finally had my car done. The attendants were nice; however, they were understaffed and busy. It would have been nice when I arrived if they had told me it would take longer and come check in with me at some point regarding that. I know this was probably a one off, but it was very frustrating.

The work at the dealership on 84th and Harrison was performed to safe and exceptional standards. They also provided same day service opposed to another dealer stating we would have to wait one week for the same services.

I took my car to 2 different shops within 1 1/2 months of car issues. Both shops told me nothing was wrong with my car except little minor things after having my car for weeks upon weeks. I got tired of being lied to and not having my car for so long so I took it to Jensens for a diagnostic. Within 20 minutes, they found 9 MAJOR things wrong with my car and advised me the car was not safe to drive. Let’s be honest, having your car serviced for more than just an oil change is never a pretty penny but this service center is competitive and quotes accurate rates for service. This particular service center has an exceptional crew that will go above and beyond the call of duty for customers, trust me I know. I will continue to have this particular service center doctor my vehicle because of their rates, compassion and empathy.

I took my SUV to Jensen Tire to repair a puncture. The repair was included as a free service as part of purchasing the set of tires from Jensen Tire. They told me the tire wasnt repairable. I knew the tire was repairable and their competitor did just that. I told manager exactly where puncture was. He was only interested in selling a new set of tires. Thanks guys.

I called before bringing my truck in for an oil changed to confirm that I would get a tire rotation with my oil change. The gentle said, yes, we do a tire rotation with all our oils changes. This was important to me as I had aftermarket tires and the manufacturer told me to change them at 4K. When I picked up my truck, they had not been rotated. I was disappointed.

I have been going to Jensen tire in La Vista for many many years if I have a minor problem I just roll up usually and get right in like getting a nail pulled out of your tires or you just have low tires in the winter time they always do quality work and they do not say oh we will get you right in when they know oh you might be a while They have been really honest an helpful . Did a great job in the free rotation and balance on my tires i bought at another Jensen location. Timely, friendly, willing to listen and answer questions i had. I would recommend NEVER buying the Goodyear Wranglers thet are stock replacement for a lot of pickups, they appeared to be the 60% manufacturer tire, didnt last as long, and have no load rating for towing or carrying cargo. Spend a little more for better tires that Jensen carries, even better Goodyears

I had a blowout on the way to take my daughter to a doctors appointment close to this store. I pulled in and they made time to put my spare on and got me back on the road to the appointment on time at that. When got back after doctors appointment tire was ready and they had new tire back on car in no time at all. Great experience good price wonderful service!!

I needed new tires and checked around. Jensen was the best price and my nephew recommended them. They were great and honest with me. Didnt try to upsell me at all. Even have a guarantee that if I ever get a flat i can have it fixed for free with them.

Too bad you can’t leave a zero star review, this is the worst Jensen tire i’ve ever been too. All teen girls should be aware to NOT bring their vehicle to this Jensen tire. They take advantage of you and they do not give you free battery testing, they take things out without consent and THEN charge you for it. Not only that, if you refuse to pay the charges for things that you did not consent to taking out they won’t give you your car or keys to your vehicle until you pay....

These guys have always done good by me. I usually use them to fix a tire. They are always honest with good prices, and dont charge if it turns out it cant be fixed.
