Spoke with Charles the manager about a concern I had with Walgreens. He was very nice and I appreciate the way he handled the converstion.

Cashier was very rude. Wouldnt even let me finish my question before she interrupted me with an answer.

I recently was prescribed a new medication. When I first started taking it, it really affected my sleep. On day 3 I decided to call the pharmacy on my lunch break to ask if this would pass once my body adjusted to the medication. I was on hold for 45 minutes out of my hour lunch break. During the hold a few people answered the phone. I repeated my question over and over again only to be told I would need to ask a pharmacist let them find one and was put back in hold. I was on hold so long the line started transferring me to the main store. A nice woman answered the phone and sent my call back to the pharmacy... THREE TIMES. I never did get to talk to a pharmacist, but I work and I understand that sometimes there is just stuff going on behind the scenes and they are doing the best they can. I wasnt mad at all. I just let it go.However, I noticed on my last refill one of the capsules were completely empty. I thought that was strange and checked the rest. I found 4 more empty capsules. This is so frustrating because this medication is so expensive, but it is a controlled substance so its not like I can call and demand to be refunded. I debated on what to do because again, this medication is a controlled substance. I decided to just go ahead and call to let them know and see if this had been reported or not. When I called I made it very clear I expected nothing I was just informing them. The woman sounded so suspicious of me and got so defensive. I had even mentioned a manufacturing error and that the capsules didnt appear to be damaged at all like they had been opened previously, but she still felt the need to explain to me in a rude tone that no one there would have opened the capsules and that no one else had reported anything.So I was shorted over 15% of my medication and was treated like a liar when I spoke up. Im not getting a prescription filled here again.

I want to give a shout-out to Melin, the young man that works in the pharmacy, at the Walgreens on Harrison. He was so kind and professional. I was bit by the neighbors dog, and when I went to pickup my prescription. He found a 50% off coupon that he was able to apply to my prescription. Thats going above and beyond! His gesture spoke volumes!!! Walgreens is lucky to have you. Keep up the great work.

Could be a little more kind hearted. Couldn’t get the medicine my SO needed because it’s somehow my fault the Nebraska DMV issues paperback photoless IDs? It’s Christmas Eve and the lady with the red hair behind the counter was super rude and irrational, for the record I’m 23 and he’s 25 so she’s “just doing her job” in all the wrong ways. Now I see why CVS is acrossed the street. Helped us with no problems or judgment. That lady should be ashamed of herself

Everytime I come here theres a 50% chance that they forgot to refill my prescription, even when I get a notification that its ready I still have to wait 15 minutes because for some reason its not ready. Also the prices are ridiculously expensive. Its just not worth it.

I was very impressed by this store’s level of customer service when Brian Eades went above and beyond to make a Christmas gift turn out the way I hoped. I had ordered two 8x10 canvas prints with a black border on the sides. The canvas did not get mounted on the frame properly and I was disappointed with the results. Brian printed off my picture for me and then showed me how I needed to change the margins when I ordered it to get it to fit properly. I did what he said and then Brian personally mounted the pictures on the frame and called me when they were done. They turned out perfect! Thank you Brian!

Worst pharmacy ever! Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!

This place is a sh-t show I called to make sure they could fill prescription i was told they cant answer any questions till I go in ... Covid Friendly for sure..... blah blah blah the blah blah blah keeps going on and on

The manager Ryan and his team at this store do an amazing job. I repeatedly get whatever I need from this store even if it is out of my way just because of the great customer service. Highly recommend.

This walgreens is nice because its open 24/7 however the staff is kinda mean and the store isnt always stocked very well. Its pretty clean. I mostly come here for the pharmacy but i ended up switching pharmacy because of the prices. over all pretty good.

Quick and helpful staff, was able to get in and out of the pharmacy in about 15 minutes. I get a text for updates on my prescriptions, sometimes it tells me Im waiting on a refill request, or that a med is a few days early and sometimes it tells me when my prescriptions are ready to pick up. Using the link in the text is extremely useful!

Had to purchase insulin w/o insurance. Cost me $166.99. Found out I can get it at Walmart for $24.88🤬. Spoke with pharmacy and as can expect, got no where. I will be switching ALL my meds to another pharmacy. I have used Walgreens for so many years but this just took the cake!!!

I usually end up going here everyday because I live next door. All staff is Top Notch here!! Theyre friendly, helpful, & real ppl!! All employees truly deserve a raise!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Emily and Denise were incredibly rude and had no customer service whatsoever. Will not be returning and hope they get reprimanded for their disrespect.

Im not sure if thats who was working this last weekend, Saturday into Sunday but I came in with a full on panic attack was completely comforted by everyone on staff work. My Walgreens off 36th closes early and when I walked in, by the 3 I saw on staff, were all very respectful and concerned for me being there. Sorry you, Lorie, had a bad experience but I was treated properly and how someone would expect CS to be. Hope that never happens to you again. :/ Wish the best for you!

We get our prescriptions filled here all the time. Never had a problem. Fast service and helpful cashiers.

This place is a joke! This pharmacy is a joke! I am highly upset with the this location. Today they treated my mother as if she were some type of drug addict trying to fill forged prescriptions. My mom has anxiety/depression/panic attacks/bi-polar disorder/MS/seizures/fibromyalgia/IBS...the list goes on. Shes had health issues for a very long time. Today, she visited her doctor regarding a current infection she acquired from a past hospital stay and also for her monthly check-in regarding her mental health medication. These techs accused her of having forged prescriptions, being an addict and abusing her medications. They told her they called her doctor, which they hadnt. Then refused to call the doctor to verify. She cried in the parking lot for 20 minutes until she was able to calm down to drive home. This is not a sob story. This is a problem. I work in customer service and what happened today is absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever heard of in my life. I understand prescriptions may be refused but to treat her like a second class citizen bringing in fake prescriptions and accusing her loud enough that other customers could hear what was going on. Ridiculous! I am appalled with this. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Everytime i come thru the drive thru it takes sooo long!! Im sitting here rn, already 20 minutes.. this is getting ridiculous.. i use to work at a different walgreens pharmacy and it should not take this long !!

Rediculous prices for medicine!!!! Go to Walmart. Much cheaper. They charge me $4 and Walgreens tried charging me $75. NEVER AGAIN will I go there.

The managers at the night had horrible service they were really rude!I had coupons from Walgreens that they wouldn’t accept making excuses!They were also being very sarcastic because I couldn’t speak fluent English!

I called the pharmacy with questions regarding medicine and had the displeasure of speaking with a woman named Sarah. She was interruptive and gave me incorrect information.

I went to have a prescription filled the other day and the pharmacy was terrible. My name was still under my maiden name and so it had to be changed before I could have it filled. The pharmacy person updated my information and began to fill my prescription. I was called back after it was done and discovered that they did not update my information and my meds were filled and submitted to my insurance under my maiden name. Then the pharmacy person told me that my insurance needed to pre-authorize my meds and that I could take them today for $2000. I pointed out that my name was wrong and that my insurance doesnt know who that is. We went through the process to change my name again. After they finished they announced that they got my name hyphenated. I explained that my name is not hyphenated. They told me that because it was already submitted it was what they had to do. At that point I took my business elsewhere. At the next non Walgreens pharmacy that I went to said that my insurance did not require pre-authorization and I only paid $10.Overall I thought that the whold Pharamacy staff (I dealt with many) were rude, did not listen to the customers, and were too lazy to fix their mistakes. I will never use a Walgreens Pharamacy again.

5 Stars what ever Services they have I come in happy and leave Super happy I live on South 110th Street. So thats My Wlagreens to go to for What I want
