Great staff and Dr. Sikes is wonderful. My 93 year old mom is always treated so wonderfully.

Dr. Nelson was very caring, thorough and concerned about my foot pain. He was also my mom’s podiatrist but she passed away this year. Dr. Nelson’s genuine sympathy for my loss was heartfelt and appreciated dearly. Thank you for taking such good care of my mom through the years. I can joyfully say that her feet are perfectly healed now!!! 😇

The staff was very friendly! The Dr answered all of my questions regarding the pain in my feet. I received injections and inserts…I’m pretty confident going forward my feet will feel great!!!

It pains me to do this, but I must leave a review that is at least partially negative.The office staff called us at 12:15 p.m. to cancel a 1:00 p.m. appointment, minutes before we were to be leaving the house. This I do not hold against them as emergencies can and do happen unexpectedly.What annoys me, however, is the manner by which the appointment was cancelled. Without a hint of contrition, the receptionist laughs as she informs us about the doctors emergency, the cancellation, and of the next available appointment one week later.When a healthcare provider cancels an appointment and offers to reinsert the patient at the back of the line, a more tactful phone call would be appropriate, hilarious though the doctors emergency may have been.

Friendly staff and Dr Sikes is the best! He was thorough with the evaluation and explains all my questions and concerns! We moved to the area a year ago and I am glad to have selected this office for my ongoing foot care! I would definitely recommend this office.

Dr. Patrick Nelson is by far the absolute best there is. He is patient, consistent and advocates for his patients by all means. If it weren’t for his intervening in my care, I wouldn’t be able to walk. I highly recommend him to anyone with a foot/ankle injury.

The staff was more than accommodating and very pleasant. The doctor seems very knowledgeable and wasnt hard on the eyes either. He listened to my suggestions and advised me of different option and let me decide how we would continue. I was very impressed.

Once again I had such a GREAT visit with Dr. Nelson! He explained in such wonderful detail my options for improving my feet health. He even wrote things down for me so I wouldn’t forget later. He explained to me in detail about trying a different type of shoe for the health of my feet. I left there feeling so happy and satisfied with my experience. Ive been to the Foot and Ankle Center several times for work on my ingrown toenails and each time Ive been treated fantastically....the staff, from the receptionist, nurses and all the way to the doctors have been nothing short of fantastic and have always, got me on my feet in no time. Highly recommend these guys!!

All the staff is very nice and personable. Check in easy and didnt wait long. Doctor was very knowledgeable. He made sure that what he was doing was ok with me. He make sure the techniques worked that he gave me. Nurse was very friendly too.

I absolutely loved Dr Jordan Sikes and his staff! They made me comfortable, though out my procedure (which was a toenail removal) . They gave me my options on what the outcome could be and explained which one would make the most sense and had the best outcome. But they left it up to me. And yes....I got charged, out of pocket, $150 for being a new patient. THEY TOLD ME THIS on the phone when I called to make my new patient appointment! I got the money back in a couple months (with insurance). Not a big deal! Excellent care, gentle procedure, along with a little humor. It was a fantastic experience! While I hope I dont have to have anything else removed, If I do, I will go here again and again!

NEVER bother making an appointment at this place. I took my daughter here for an ingrown toe nail and they demanded over $200 upfront without even seeing her or examining her foot, even with insurance. Its a shame that doctors prioritize lining their pockets even more over ethical and quality care of patients.

How do I give ZERO stars? Shame on you Dr. Whelan. I went in thinking it was a planters wart and it was a sliver of something and for 10 seconds you scraped the bottom of my foot until I said it felt better and charged me $240 for the office visit AND an additional $305.00 to remove that piece of what was it? Oh we dont know. NOBODY go here, now I understand how you were the only office with openings that day. Please tell me exactly what the $240.00 covered? I have only begun to express my disappointment with this greedy place.
