I have had this company do two sets of windows for me. With the first set the only complaint is the caulking around the windows was sloppy and the color does not match. My complaint with the second set is I had asked the salesman to order the same style window as the ones he did for the living-room. When they came to install, which included cutting holes for the windows, Covid had started. We did not enter the room while they installed the windows or for two days after. The windows were not the same as the living room windows. They were not the narrow depth as I expected. When I let the owner of the company know there was no restitution offered for his salesman ordering the wrong window. I was unable to place room darkened shades inside the window casement which also cost more money. The same salesman has been rude and unresponsive to my brother concerning the job he is doing for him. My brother had the door custom painted and when it arrived at his home it was damaged.

Steve and his team provide a great purchase experience without typical tricks or gimmicks. Top quality windows backed by phenomenal service and honesty.

From the first day of meeting an in store associate, the entire process from window/door selection to the final installation of trim around the windows, entire staff was top-notch professionally as well as technically. The installers Keith and Jerry are the best craftsmen in their field bar none. The expertise and level of their cooperative completion of entire project was absolutely beyond expectations and truly surpasses professionalism in every sense of the word. Including their cleanup at the end of completion! Will recommend to anyone desiring a first class top notch installation of windows and/or doors including patio doors. Kudos to Keith, Jerry, Dave, and all staff.

EVEN MORE POSITIVE TO SAY!!These guys are incredible, and not just when you are buying, but when you need them later. I had a problem with a window sticking. This led to a piece on the window track breaking. Without any hesitation, they ordered the part and got it out to me, only to find there was another issue that caused the problem. Jerry, the service person who came, stayed and worked diligently until the issue was resolved and did so with a smile on his face. What a nice guy, as is Wayne, the sales person who supplied the windows and then helped me get service. I cannot say enough to describe how positive I feel about doing business with these guys.ORIGINAL POST - Window Innovations is a top notch company hidden away in a little corner of West Omaha. The owner, sales people (especially Wayne), and service people are friendly, good listeners, patient, and make sure to get you what you want. We had at least three revisions to our order and they never complained and even continued to help us look for any other options we might consider so we would be happy in the end. We met with many window companies during our process and no one else was as diligent nor demonstrated the care and concern for our needs that these guys did. They did good work and were very low pressure. We even received good advice on putting in an awning window in our kitchen. Overall had a great experience.
