Stopped into office Depot today in Brentwood Square. A young man by the name of Brandon stopped everything he was doing to help me find my product. Unfortunately, the item I wanted was not in stock but he told me where I would be able to go and possibly find one today. Thank you so much for your help Brandon. Office Depot is lucky to have you!

I called to see if a product was in stock and available and they told me it was and that it would be easier to just come in and buy it then order it on the phone but when I got there they had no idea what I was talking about even though it was a simple product, obviously I was frustrated because I needed this product that night and the manager was rude when I did nothing wrong. Unprofessional and unorganized.

Fairly large store with an extensive selection of all your office needs. Service was just ok.

The service rep was very helpful. However, lesson learned the hard way for me. Before faxing a document, ask how much it costs. I ended up paying an astronomical amount to fax a document there. Again, my fault for not asking, however $2.19 per page to fax a document adds up very quickly and in my opinion is a ridiculous price when you have multiple pages. I will not be doing any more faxing business with them. Gave 3 stars because the workers were helpful, but i wish when they saw me with a packet full of things to fax, they would have warned me! I paid it without discrepancy because again, my fault for not asking. Just beware of that.

I was there today had to make some copies . i have to say dakota is amazing at what he does..his customer service skills are at another level...please keep this person as an employee and give him a raise i know you guys can do that

I recently spent $80 on a TUL note taking system only to realize it didn’t have the monthly calendar pages I thought were in it (those were in the very similar looking planner I had looked at). After speaking to the associate about any coupons or rewards points, she told me she was a new hire and offered to call her manager. I explained to him the situation and he offered to discount the planner so I could have the calendar pages!!! It was MUCH more customer service than I had expected. The associate and the manager both made my day! I will be a customer for life at this location.

This evening I went in looking for a specific size of envelopes for my wedding invites. After searching the store, I put back the rest of my items and decided that since I couldnt find them, I would leave. Camille scoured the store and found me an item that would work for me. The last size of envelopes I needed were actually a clearance item sold with birthday cards, thank yous, etc. But the envelopes were the right size and color. I NEVER would have thought to look in clearance, let alone at a completely different item. So, she was able to close the sale and I ended up purchasing the other items I needed after all. So happy!Camille- you rock.

Store was very busy yet had an amazing customer service...come to pick up a chair I ordered online they brought it out to my car help me load it.. best place in Omaha area....

Went yesterday. They were out of stock on several items that I purchase. The staff was very nice and helpful. They looked for the items for me and told me what stores had them available. Luckily for me, the things that were out of stock were office depot brand and I was able to buy the same item in a different brand.

Lance rocks! He greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. He took me directly to the item I found online. He honored the online price. And he was very friendly and pleasant. Five stars!

One of the few remaining office supply stores around. I needed a planner on short notice and they one that fit my needs. The price was equivalent to online cost plus shipping and it was availablr right away. Staff was very helpful

Patrick went above and beyond to help me find the right toner. He looked multiple times in the back, checked the surrounding locations. When we couldnt find the right toner I was about to leave and instead of letting me go, he was able to find an alternative toner that worked great for our emergency at the office. By far the best customer service I have ever had at a Office Depot.

Wonderful place for the computer geek to enjoy without going online. Prices are always great & rewards program helps cut the cost of the bill.

I go to the La Vista Office Depot off 84th Street. They are helpful and timely in getting what I needed done. Good customer service too.

The products I used to buy they no longer have. I am forced to purchase other less than desired products that are higher priced. I am finding better prices of the same elsewhere I used to fill a cart but now sometimes leave empty handed. Tried to let staff know and they dont care

I am not quite ready to make a purchase, but Patrick was very helpful in explaining what I need in a laptop. I may have purchased one but the one I would have purchased wasnt in stock. They offered free next day delivery, but I am not comfortable buying electronics in that way.

I asked for help in finding Eraser Mate pens. The associate I asked for help said, If I have them, they would be in aisle 21. I said, Never mind and I left. He clearly saw me exit aisle 21 as I approached him. I am heading to WalMart now. What a waste of my time!!!

I needed to order a check endorsement stamp. Guy A says guy B can do that right away. I said I dont need right away. Guy A just keeps on doing what he was doing, calling for anyone to relieve guy B so he can come and help me. Guy B comes (already after shift he was sure to let me know.) He shows me what he can make right now. The size I need is not available right now. So, he gives me a brochure so I can pick out what I need and theyll order it. He leaves, because hes already leaving late. So, I pick a stamp, count characters, and prepare the order. Guy A says hell be there when he finishes what hes doing. He comes over and gets befuddled with the order system and carries on about he needed guy B to do it. I got tired of hearing him mumble, so I just said I wont use this store if all I hear is complaints about coworkers.

I was turned away from printing 20 invitations because the associate is already working on something else. Lets ignore the 1hr printing sign on the doors and walls. He was very absent and did not care to help me. I also had to stand at the counter while they had friends behind the counter chatting away, I was the only one present as a customer. Will not be going back to this establishment.

The staff were kind and did a nice job with the lamination of my Arnold poster.
