Price is fantastic. Location is fabulous, not far from interstate. Elevators and flat carts and electric doors to make moving and no caring simple. Very satisfied

The place is very reasonable in price. Its very clean and safe for your your belongings I only had one problems with it . You have to pay rent on the 1st I get paid on the 3rd and they wouldnt take the money then Id have to pay a fee so that was not a good thing there is no way around it. But it is a great place to store your stuff

When I booked a climate controlled unit I imagined it would be some sort of heat since it was winter and just a little bit over freezing outside. The building was exactly the same temperature inside as outside. With real wood furniture and electronics in there Im concerned they wont be safe and wonder what the A/C is set to in the summer time. I will definitely be looking for another location soon. Anyone looking for a climate controlled place I would definitely ask about the temperature controls.

I have 30 days to get my stuff out of the unit and find a place for them or pay almost 3 times what Ive been paying the last 6 months. I asked about it and the response I got was that what they were doing was legal, however that isnt right or anyway to treat their customers.

Nice clean location Thomas was a great help with my questions. Clean well maintained location. The only thing I dont get the automatic arm thing would make more sense if there was a fence. Climate controlled location nice location.

I love this place.Its brand new, very clean & very affordable.I got a indoor, climate controlled storage container that is 10×10×10 for $47.00 a month plus an extra $15.00 renters insurance.Security code access to building with 3 floors& aromatic lights on as you walk to yr.storage area.Plus nice, helpful people in the office. We were in the middle of a tricky moving situation, we needed a storage facility and this one was close. I went online and reserved the space without having to pay a deposit. I immediately received a friendly phone confirmation. I changed the date of the reservation and recieved another friendly confirmation. When I went in to pay for the storage, Caity was over the top helpful and when she showed me the unit I had rented and my needs were a bit different she was able to show me another that was just perfect! She helped me pay for the storage, walked me through all of the steps, gave me a great promotional deal and went out of her way to make sure I was completely satisfied before I left. The storage is clean, extremely organized and super friendly! I would definitely recommend this Public Storage to anyone!

They are wonderful here helped me out with me and got a unit cheaper than anyplace that we have looked for and its all climate control they are wonderful and have wonderful people that work there would recommend anybody that needs a unit to check here before you go anyplace else.

Edit: I changed the rating to one star as they raised my rent without informing me. They also offer no local management email address, and as and Active Duty military member deployed it makes it hard to contact them.

Horrible, the staff are taught to lie, the customer service is terrible and of no help with ANYTHING. Corporate must be nothing but toddlers posing as adults. No response in anything Ive needed assistance with. Also they do not actually have 24 hour access . They will say they do, however, take my word for it and save yourself the headache of dealing with such unprofessional morons. Sorry not sorry. This is probably the only place Ive ever given a less than pleasant review on . Smh . 104th and Harrison location by far is the WORST.
