Walked in on time for appointment all employees at front ignored me so I just sat and waited for ten minutes. Got eyes checked by technician then waited over an hour for my actual appointment. Doctor and other staff gossiped about previous apparently difficult client to me while they were still in the waiting room apologizing for taking so long, kinda unprofessional. Should/could have left and got a different exam elsewhere the same day instead of nearly wasting my entire afternoon.

So look you seen my reviews: Optical places are all about the Doctor. I have been getting my eyes examined for 50 years. YES that long. The optical place while located in a wal mart was super particular and well mannered in keeping everything sterile for safety. Ok. The Eye Doctor is what sets this place apart. Such a sweet heart however so smart n precise. 1 or 2 he gently knew the answer. The Eye Doctor was sooo smart, so on it I had to just enjoy the experience, with my mouth shut. So rare I had nothing to comment on. Please know it was so peaceful with the Doc I felt so at ease saying something, thats between us. I will say to the Eye Doctor n his meticulous Staff this: Thank You.Peace

I absolutely love coming here. I know thats a weird thing to say about a Walmart Vision Center, but the staff here is warm, exceptional in their knowledge, and I always feel in capable hands. I wont ever go anywhere else for my assessments if I can help it. Thank you for always making my experience a five-star one!

Very rude and discourteous. Told me that I cant get an exam done and wont answer any questions about it. Disrespectful and childish

I wish I could give them 10 Stars I cant say enough about how amazing the eye doctor and the girls working there were! The doctor took his time and explained everything thoroughly, it felt like my case was quite complicated but to him it might have been easy. He gave me multiple options and let me decide what worked best for me.I actually have eyecare with my medical insurance and chose Walmart eye center because my eye doctor just hasnt given me the correct prescription and I am sick of wasting my money!Thanks again for such outstanding service I will definitely be back and referring others!

My husband went into the store after being ignored at Americas Best across the street. The doctor saw him right away without an appointment. He was in and out in under an hour. We received his glasses five days later. Great service great price.

Dr Glandon is a wonderful and nice doctor! I have kaiser permanente insurance but dr Glandon is in network for me. I’m so glad I came here and saved the money!

The WalMart Vision staff and optometrist (Dr. Joseph Glandon) are kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their customers. Dr. Glandon provided helpful information about my options and answered my questions. I was not expecting to have such pleasant experience, but I did, and now I am left with a very positive impression. Because, in todays world you mostly hear about the things people and businesses do wrong, I felt compelled to write this review because of all the things Dr. Glandon and the WalMart vision staff did right.
