Paid in full for my recliner in April. The crew tried dropping it off in August. The recliner was dead and would not work. The crew packed it up and took it to get fixed. It’s been 5 months now and no recliner. No calls. Nobody calls back. La-Z is correct.
Jeannie was a wonderful salesperson!! She was very knowledgeable about recliners, carefully listened to us and was such a nice person! Chair was much smaller then what was told to me once it Finally arrived at my home but since it was ( in stock ) I could NOT Exchange it 4 days later count them 4 DAYS LATER seriously who doesn’t want More money 💰 there was no were to go but UPGRADE ?? The cut off was 3 days as I was RUDLEY reminded by manager Tom who refused to work with meeven if u want a Lazy Boy chair TRUST ME DRIVE FURTHER It’s not worth it!I guess Lazy Boy Rules do not apply to Lazy Boy I purchased a Recliner at the exact same Store last year and it took almost 6 months to get it 🤨🤨🤔🤔 mmm
We ordered the Paxton sectional and an area rug. A friend recommended this sectional. I was looking for the deeper seating and classic lines, this fit the bill perfectly. We could not be more pleased, from planning and ordering to the delivery and setup. Its exactly what we wanted. Well worth the extra $$ to get quality made product. Highlyrecommend LaZboy!!
We were helped promptly and with respect. There was no pressure in making a decision. In fact, we left, did some comparison shopping and return to the Laz-Z-Boy store a couple hours later. Same friendliness was given to us the second time.
Ordered two recliners on 8/21/2020. Delivery was estimated at 10-12 weeks. Several phone calls later....it is now over 20 weeks and we still dont have our recliners.Each time I have called a different answer has been received. The last call I found out that one recliner was due to be shipped 1/25/221 (heard a different date each of the last three calls) so we will see if this is accurate or not.Imagine my surprise when I found out that the second recliner was due to go into production on 2/147/2021..this chair was ordered 8/21/2020 and was told it had been shipped on two previous calls.I dont know where the communication break down is occurring, my thoughts are that this is coming from upper management. I have been patient and courtesy to customer service representatives, after all this is not their fault.Customer service representative stated that the only compensation for the extreme delay is to wave the delivery fee. Hopefully that will follow thru.Needless to say, we are so glad that we didnt order other pieces for our home. We will be doing research to determine what other furniture stores that value their customers and will provide excellence that we expected from Lazy Boy
Very user friendly and not pushy. We got a quote, waited a week, came back in, changed to a different set. No problems. This is our second set of loveseat and sofa from them. Their furniture holds up well.
I moved and did not bring any furniture with me so needed an entire house of new furniture. I stopped at La Z Boy just to see what they had with no expectations and was very agreeably treated. Every store representative was courteous and helpful and I ended up working with Dalia, who was beyond helpful. They told me about their free design services and that is how I met Beverly.Both Beverly and Dalia went far beyond just finding something I liked, they let me know if something was not going to fit the space or that I would probably get a sore neck from seating in a chair that was too tall for me.They looked at other items of design that would complement the furniture as well.I changed my mind several times and they had to get me multiple quotes each time I did that, but they were always kind and helpful.I finally chose my furniture and got a great discount as well. I most highly recommend using this store!
We bought a Lazy Boy recliner several months ago as we were familiar with the brand. Two days after purchase, my husband went in to complain and wanted to return it. All complaints had to go to Kent. This store is in Lacey. Short version....customer service has been very poor, we still have the chair and he is unable to use it. We are waiting for the Escalation Department to call us. Customer service would/could not give us their number. I will Never shop at Lazy Boy again.
We had to fuss at them to get an obviously-appropriate refund. Not going back.

Excellent quality and service. Our sectional is one that fits our small living space and well worth the extra money for the memory foam seats. The pet friendly fabric has held up to our 2 dogs shedding and no wear from nails. We did a lot of research beforehand and we feel like we made the right choice!
I purchased a sectional in late August which I have yet to receive. The sales people in the store are pleasant but the integrity of the company to deliver on the product is ridiculously slow. I was quoted a 10 week timeline, we are now at week 16 and the latest message is I MIGHT receive my sectional by mid-to end of February, at best DOUBLE the time I was given. Ive been given a different story every time I call, not only from sales people but the distribution center as well. Since I paid $4900 IN FULL when I ordered it and have absolutely nothing to show for it, I am requesting a cancellation and a refund. Although I was assured that was in process last week and will be resolved soon I am not holding my breath. Dreadful experience.
Everything went great! We custom designed our couches and everyone was very patient. We took a long time trying to decide on the colors and types of sectionals so, the patience was appreciated.
The experience when purchasing the furniture was good. It seems as though the management part of the purchasing experience was set on the sale and not the sales experience.Delivery was good. However, one of the end tables was nicked and we are bringing it back to be swapped out for the same one without a nick.Lastly the recliner on the sofa worked the first 8 hours, the next day it stopped working. This is day three without a working recliner. Very dissatisfied with the working parts of the recliner. We have to now schedule a repair appointment. Do not know when the repairman will be available.
Shopping for the furniture went fine. We were told 20 week lead time when we bought our furniture. It has been 20 weeks, and I just got told that it will be another 6 weeks. I had to call to get told this. They could not be bothered to initiate communication.

Taylor helped me find the perfect power life recliner for my Mother in an assisted living facility. Since we were in different states he made it very easy to do everything over the phone and their website. He followed up with delivery dates too .He was extremely helpful and friendly and made this a great experience for me.
The worse and I mean the worse customer service ever. Ordered a dining room table and 6 chairs e d of July’s 2020. I was quoted 10-12 weeks. First of October I called the 800 number and the store each 3 times to see if we were still on schedule. No one EVER called me back after a week. So I went to the store in Lacey and told it would be maybe the first part of December. Why on earth did I have to go track them down? Then I’m told the manufacturer would not consider expediting the order. I fix a search only to find Lazy Boy owns the company. Why didn’t they call me? Lazy Boy is not the same company it was many years ago. After I get this order and it had better be perfectly, I’m done with Lazy Boy. The Lazy is an understatement.
I spoke with Phillip over the phone and he was so helpful! He answered all of my questions and even called down to the Oregon store we visited to double check pricing. He was friendly and accommodating!

There service is terrible, we bought 2 love seats on 06/10/2020, we were told that they would be in the warehouse within 6-8 weeks, 12 weeks later we called them asking where is our furniture and they said oh they were just delivered last night So when can we get our love seats? They can be delivered in one week. So here we are one week later and we still do not have our furniture. They said oh someone called you and no one was home. Funny I said, I work at home all day due to Covid, oh I meant we called and no one answered, So I said what number did you call from so that I can check my messages, well I cannot find that number. Now we are at their mercy on waiting again more than a week for our furniture to arrive. Please shop somewhere else that has better customer service and where you are not lied to after they receive your money.
We were completely satisfied with our experience at the LaZ-Boy store located in Lacey WA. Sales Representative Kaitlyn greeted us at the door in a professional manner. giving us some time to look at some of the different recliners at the store. Kaitlyn was very knowledgable of the companys policies and products which was very helpful with us finding the exact type of recliner that we wanted. Every one of our questions were answered quickly and we strongly believe that Kaitlyn represented LaZ-Boy exceptionally well. The one thing that Kaitlyn did that impressed us the most is that she always seemed to know when we needed time to make a decision and she instantly gave us that time without pressure to make any snap decisions just for her benefit. Overall, it was a great shopping experience and I definitely recommend to anyone that the LaZ-Boy Furniture Store is a great place to shop with professional, knowledgable and friendly sales representatives who care who strive to meet every customer needs.

OUR LOCAL STORE IS SMALL, BUT VERY ATTRACTIVE. FOUND A COFFE TABLE I DECIDED TO PURCHASE. HOWEVER, THE STORE WANTED TO CHARGE ME $40.00 TO BRING A TABLE TO THE STORE FROM THEIR WEARHOUSE SO I COULD PICK IN UP. HUH? CHARGE ME, THE CUSTOMER, TO STOCK THEIR MERCHANDISE THEYRE TRYING TO SELL? I THINK WE HAVE RESOLVED THE ISSUE, BUT UNDERSTANDABLY, THIS LEFT A VERY BAD IMPRESSION ON THIS CUSTOMER.
My review disappeared after typing for 30 minutes. Here is a short version.The Servive sucks. I brought in a client to buy swivel recliners and area rugs. Dalia Santacruz helped us and seemed knowledgeable. Then we needed fabric samples, which were not allowed to borrow. We were told we had to order online. Area rug samples, cant borrow either. I tried ordering fabric samples online. I was td wrong numbers but they werent wrong. I was told the sample number was incorrect. It wasnt. I called every 5 minutes to the store for 30 minutes to get assistance but they never answered. Friday night from 7:30 - 8:00 no answer. Tacoma has given me decent service in the past.I do interior design and there is not much selection in Olympia. Still no selection, because you are not a viable option. Dalia, you need a new job!
Steven helped me over the past 2 days with every last detail of my purchase of several pieces. He was incredibly patient, kind, and never put pressure on me. I set out yesterday to make this purchase at either your store, Bassett, or Ethan Allen. I visited your store first and was left with such a good impression of the quality, versatility of your pieces and Steven’s approachability along with his low pressure style that I returned to your store after visiting my 3 targets for the day. Later, he advocated to get my order processed for delivery to a rural area while still helping me stick to my budget. He was able to help me close the deal from home saving me another day of driving. I appreciated his help so much!
Arriving to the showroom, I thought I wanted a swivel glider for our nursery. I’m so glad I sat in the chairs in person rather than shopping online, because I learned that I much prefer a swivel rocking chair. Philip was very helpful and patient as I plopped from chair to chair before making my final decision. Can’t wait til it’s ready for pickup!

Charles was really great to work with! I’m high maintenance when it comes to big dollar purchases, so I ask a million questions and need to be shown all of my options. He was laid back and patient with my inquiries. Not pushy at all (I hate to be hassled) and didn’t use aggressive sales tactics. I bought an oversized leather lounge chair and a custom fabric reclining chair. Both are extremely comfortable, and will fit great with my living room redo! I’m so excited to get my furniture delivered! Overall great experience with Charles, and the quality of merchandise sold in this store!

The customer service at this location was top notch. The sales woman didnt pressure me into buying what she wanted to sell and let me find the perfect recliner on my own. I appreciated that. Paying for my chair was super quick and she and another employee loaded it into my car for me. I went home and took a three hour nap in my beautiful new chair. I didnt wake up in pain. There is nothing like a La-Z-Boy.

I needed an electric recliner due to a severe shoulder injury, LazyBoy got me set up for delivery within 4 days of purchase and I thought everything went well. When the chair was delivered, I realized they sent me one with a wireless remote instead of the hard-wired remote I had requested. The chair was extremely uncomfortable and, after 3 days of trying to use it, I wanted to exchange it for another type since I needed to be able to use it/be comfortable while doing so. The chair was delivered on a Thursday at 8:30 AM. That Sunday about 5 PM, I went to the store to ask about returning it and getting a different one. I was informed by the same sales person who had sold it to me that she ordered the wireless because it was what was in stock (despite not telling me this previously). Same salesperson proceeded to tell me that there is a 3 day return policy and I was outside that window (I had the chair 3 days and 8.5 hours) and that it took a couple weeks to ‘break them in’. I was also told they didn’t guarantee comfort. When I told the sales lady that she had not informed me of the 3 day return policy, when she sold it she told me it was on the paperwork and she could not be expected to remember everything she told people when she makes a sale.Very displeased with the service and the product. $2000 is too much to pay for chair/delivery to have such shoddy customer service. Would never buy here again.
We stopped here to look at recliners. It is a nice store with many arrangements of furniture sets or groups, as well as displays of chairs in groups here and there. The furniture is very nice, and priced at a premium. We did not find anything we wanted during this visit, but may shop there again.
I visited the local La-Z-Boy store in Lacey, WA shortly after my husband and I relocated here from West Virginia. I needed to purchase furniture for the living room in our new home. Roxanne and Beverly were a God send. I had no idea what to put in the living room other than knowing that I wanted La-Z-Boy furniture as I had some in my previous home and loved it. These ladies were so patient and helpful! Beverly even helped me with choosing paint colors to go with the new flooring I had ordered They guided my husband and me through the entire decision making process which was extensive. We were so pleased with the choices and are now anxiously waiting the arrival of our furniture to complete our home. I would highly recommend a visit to this La-Z-Boy store for anyone looking to purchase furniture for their home.
Two fabulous and kind-hearted individuals (Charles and Beverly) assisted me with design and purchase of my new living room pieces today. They were committed for as long as it took and the end result is going to be fabulous! There were a couple of items that I already knew I wanted and we played with color, shape, customization, and placing of other accents to choose the feeling I wanted. All in all, it has been a seamless process to create my new living space that reflects me and my style! Kudos to La-Z-Boy, but especially to these outstanding representatives of their business and services.
Steven and Beverly were amazing! Beverly came out promptly to measure the space, formulated a plan tailored just for us, and Steven helped make it happen. Both were professional, efficient, and just plain nice to be around. Steven and Beverly also both stayed 1.5 hours after the store had closed to get our order completed, when they could have just said they would process the order the next day. That is customer service! Selections made for us were just that...made for us. We got great prices on our pieces, and can’t wait for delivery.

Our sales person Ed was a very good sales personFive stars for him.The biggest letdown was the pickup.No covered area and the sales staff had to help load I have had back surgery and didnt think I would have to load not good customer service for what you have to pay.With this being said I will buy my next furniture from a company that will deliver .
