We went investigating the possibility of a hot tub 2 1/2 years ago. I’d been aware of Olympic Hot Tubs advertising since the 70’s and I began Googling various local spa companies, the reviews I found with the best feedback were about Olympic Hot Tubs. To carry it a bit further, we live in Tacoma so most would have thought we’d go to the Fife store, but numerous reviews specifically mentioned a young salesperson by the name of Kim who worked at the Lacey location. So, we set our sights on seeing for ourselves. As we walked in Kim introduced herself and invited us to look around and feel free to ask any questions we might have. Great! No pressure, I thought was my visceral response. We told her a little bit about our needs and what size we thought we might like. She showed us several models and invited us to come and take a test soak. We didn’t take her up on the soak right away, but we had a pretty good idea what model best suited our needs. We told her the Hot Springs Aria was a little above our budget, and she offered the possibility of using financing to help. With that we decided we needed to plan a budget with what we were comfortable financing. Fast forward 2 years and because we worked on our credit portfolio, our line of credit availability tripled. At that point we special ordered the tub, cover, and shell we wanted. Mind you we still hadn’t taken a test soak yet, which I wouldn’t recommend to anyone else to do, but we lucked out and when we did get it, the Aria was everything we’d hoped it would be. We ordered our spa in March for a delivery in October. The entire process was stress free, no pressure, and Kim was a gem to do business with. She made sure we had all the specifications necessary for the pad and electrical requirements as well. Through either phone calls or emails she was always quick with a response and if she wasn’t available John offered the same quick answers to anything we inquired about. Two weeks ago the tub was delivered by knowledgeable fellas and it took less than 30 minutes. I had an electrician come out and hook everything up and then we scheduled a technician to come out and walk us through the fill and set up, covering literally everything we needed to do and all the chemicals to maintain our tub for the first year. We’ve operated the spa now for about a week and a half and we couldn’t be more pleased. From the sales to the technical side of things Olympic Hot Tubs has been there for us at every turn. I know I’ve penned over a page of describing our experience, but I want to emphasize that THIS is what great customer service and support is about. All the stuff before the sale is a given. It’s what they do after the sale that you discover where the true value is. They care so much about customer satisfaction that they want everyone to enjoy their spa experience, that they even help those who didn’t buy their spa from them. The more you learn about caring and maintaining a spa for yourself, the more enjoyment you’re going to get from your investment, not to mention a piece of mind. Needless to say, I am thrilled to have done business with Kimberly and Olympic Hot Tubs and I strongly suggest you give them the opportunity to show you the same salesmanship and service they’ve given to me and my wife. You won’t be disappointed!

Worst customer service ever! The older man definitely did not want to sell us anything. We will gladly take our money elsewhere!

Went in to shop for hot tub, both sales people were assisting other customers...no biggie. However, as I was Looking around there were no prices put on the hot tubs, just monthly payments. I wanted to know the total cost of the hot tub not month costs if finance as I am paying cash for the hot tub. After awhile of still waiting to talk to a sales rep we just left. I’ll go somewhere where I can See the prices and maybe talk to a rep.

These people are a nightmare to deal with. John the sales associate assured us we would be taken care of and that has not been the case. We put money down, then because of covid, our hot tub ship date was delayed. They will not refund us our money or give us any kind of incentive. In addition, they received the exact hot tub that we have on order into their showroom and rather than call us, they sold it to someone off of the street. I understand covid is out of everyones control, but we have put thousands of dollars down, been denied our refund by the sales associate, and not been given any opportunity to buy the same model hot tubs that show up sporadically. Please do yourself a favor and buy from someplace that can provide some actual customer service and that actually values the customer. The owner can sit and make excuses for pisspoor customer service all they want, still does not justify the way we are continued to be treated.

I ordered my hot tub at the end of July and was told it would be delivered at the end of August. I was informed that due to COVID the hot tub was delayed until September 9th and I would have a new delivery date of 16th. I was upset with that but I at least I was given some notice. The 16th arrived and I heard nothing and contacted them and was told a glitch occurred and the hot tub now wont be delivered until the 23rd. I had to re-schedule my electrician for a second time, which they were not happy about because they are on a tight schedule too. I had to change my work schedule on the 16th to accommodate delivery (not upset about that) but I am now having to do it again on the 23rd with one week notice. On top of that I dont even get their valet service until the 29th. When I asked if there is any sort of compensation (some extra cleaning materials or something) I got a free drain and re-fill to be used within a year. I have just not been happy with this process.Update: The hot but was delivered but they forgot to ship the sub-panel box so now the electrician cannot finish hooking up the 220V. I contacted them and was informed it would be FedEx and I would receive it by 10am on Monday and this was on Friday. The electrician had to make a return trip and we waited until noon and the panel box has not yet been delivered. The electrician now will probably have to be rescheduled and I will continue to have to wait. The nightmare process continues.

Wonderful customer service!! We had no idea what we were looking at, but the second we walked into the store we were greeted like family, educated about the hot tubs, and tested ones out. Even to the point of finding specific jets that helped target sore spots on the body! They are incredibly kind and knowledgeable about their products. Since having the hot tub, I have found it’s so simple to maintain, a huge relaxation, and an overall beautiful piece. You can tell these spas have been tested and trialed to make for the best spa possible. Every little detail makes a huge impact and Olympic Hot Tub nailed it! These spas are wonderful, and the company itself is wonderful. I would highly recommend!! And they support our troops by donating tubs to Water for Warrior to help wounded veterans! :)

We purchased our first hot tub @ the Lacey location.John was great !!He was very informative and explained to us the differences between the systems. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.John made sure that all our questions were answered with no sales pressure.We decided on a saltwater system.John explained the process for delivery and got us a speedy delivery date.We were called the day ahead of delivery with a time window for delivery.On the day of delivery the crew called us that they were on the way, 2 hrs ahead of the estimated scheduled time !!Which was great !The crew was friendly, professional and the set up was done in a timely manner.We would definitely use them again if needed in the future.We have had our saltwater spa now for almost a week and we love it!

I stopped here first looking for a hot tub. Then looked every were else that i could find. Ended up in Fifth and bought the same tub. I should have just bought it here. Instead i wasted a whole day driving around. The gentleman here was very friendly and knowledgeable.

We absolutely love our hot tub and, after having it for five months, still use it daily. We found it is an awesome way to unwind after a long day at work. Theres nothing quite like sitting in a hot tub, with a glass of wine, and snow falling. Love it!We have been really pleased with the staff at Olympic Hot Tub in Lacey. They have always taken time to answer all our questions and have been very honest and open with us about the products to us in our tub. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hot tub. Great service! :)

The Lacey store, and Kimberly in particular, was great to work with as I selected my second hot tub. Kim helped me understand the benefits of a salt water pool for my use, and even made a house call to move the process along! After installation, when I decided to purchase a cover lifter, Kim helped me determine which would work best for me. Also, the company service team was thorough and careful in its installation work. I heartily recommend the Lacey Olympic Hot Tub store.

They sell used hot tubs. Then they send techs out here. We find out we bought a 20000 hot tub and it was used. Had many horrible conversations with Rob. And they treat you horrible and try to cancel your warranty.. then they try and say they resolve the issue.

John at the Lacey store helped me pick the perfect spa for me and my familys needs, Im very happy with the Hot Springs Flair that I purchased 2 years ago. It has been a terrific hot tub and I havent had any issues with it whatsoever, and the water is so easy to maintain with the ozone and Silk Balance. Water always smells fresh and feels silky smooth! Ive had challenges with my unit, but the staff at Olympic Hot Tub have come to the rescue time after time.Being the type of person always seeking perfection with others working for me, I must admit, Olympic personnel always offers outstanding support and assistance.Furthermore, the hot tub is quality construction and an Excellent investment.

Kimberly was of great assistance on helping my wife and I in picking out a hot tub based on our needs and then wants. The purchase was easy, delivery and setup went well and we have been enjoying our tub almost every night even in the rain, snow and night which quite relaxing. The Cavana cover is well worth the investment as you can tub literally in the rain and snow. Even now when I go in to buy products for the water and Kimberly is there, she recognizes me and takes time to chat as do all the staff there. Great company, people and great tub.

Rick was fantastic in helping us purchase our second Hot Springs Hot Tub. His knowledge in the technological upgrades since the purchase of our first tub 20 years ago was superb. He was able to make us a great deal, made sure that our tub was delivered very quickly, and came out to walk us through the setup and maintenance requirements since we purchased the salt option. We LOVE our new tub and highly recommend this store!
