Amazing customer service!

After dealing with a lot of craigslist flakes and other dealerships that just didnt seem to hear what I was saying in regards to what I was looking for, I decided to check out Lacey Motorsports. John went way above and beyond throughout the entire purchasing experience. I ended up picking up a very well cared for 2010 Sportster 1200. John took care of all of the registration and licensing stuff that everyone pretty much hates doing. He also picked me up in his personal vehicle to bring me back out to the shop so I could ride my new scoot home without having to make a bunch of trips back and forth and shuttling my own vehicles each way. Bottom line, this is a great small-scale family run shop that has no whiff at all of the stereotypical dealership experience or appearance. Ill be recommending these guys to pretty much everyone I meet in the South Sound region looking for a new ride.
