Also told me about mixes and even new flavors. These guys know how to take care of people as treat people right.

Went here to find cbd gummies and oils for a child having panic attacks. Several people said this was a great place to go. The gentleman behind the counter was knowledgeable and kind. Gave me samples to try along with what I picked out that was suggested. Happy customer!

Walking into the shop, it immediately smells awful. The staff have no idea what theyre doing and couldnt even answer simple questions about vaping.

They were remodeling but the staff was still helpful.

I’ve gone multiple times to 540 now and it’s always first rate customer service, excellent insight/advice, they show you every option to fit what you’re looking to spend! Excellent selections and I’ve always tried some new sample! 20/10 would recommend!

I have never received better customer service in all my life. More than fair, and they even treat their weekly customers a hundred times better. I bought a 40$ CBD cart and dropped it and broke it outside in the parking lot and they gave me a brand new one for free! They also know what the hell they’re talking about. My mod was leaking and having a lot of problems, I was ready to throw it away until Zack fixed my tank and then he fixed the part of my mod that u screw the tank on to. Very knowledgeable group of individuals. Only bad thing is sometimes they’re a little too busy and you’ll have to wait a few mins. They should definitely invest in another register. Also their parking lot is a little dirty sometimes. Very unique group of individuals.. treat you like family.

Bought a box of coils. Opened the box (supposed to be 5 coils) there’s one coil inside still sealed and another one in a broken seal. The rest were cut off. They sold me a box they were selling singles out of. Customer service at time of purchase was so poor I’m not even going to bother calling for my money back. Waste of time and money.

This is not for previous smokers using vape as a way to lessen their habit, this shop is for those who are making a hobby out of it. There was nothing there for me, I was talked into something, got in the car, and it was ice. He didnt even mention that there were no other flavors or non menthol. I wasted my time and money.

My husband bought a glass topper for his shisha and the lotus that went with it. With one use the glass splintered and was unusable. The heat should not have caused it to do that since its used for that purpose. This was our first purchase from this shop and when we called they just wanted us to buy another with 10 dollars off at first but when my husband said no the product was faulty he was told to come to the store and theyd figure it out. Once he got there they immediately just tried to get him to purchase another because he needed to speak to a manager to do anything else. This all started at 10 this morning and its still not resolved so weve lost 32 dollars. We just wont be back and will continue to just use Mr. Vape and Tobacco near Walmart.

FAKE / KNOCKOFF/ DEFECTIVE imported Chinese products. They will sell you fake and defective quartz and then act like they cant even give you store credit when it inevitably breaks the first time you heat it up. CON ARTISTS.
