The store is overly cramped. I couldnt get assistance easily. I noted that prices were a little too high. That would be fine if customer service was better than the average department store. The restroom was DISGUSTINGLY filthy. It was evident that the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly on a regular basis. The mildew in the toilets and the thick layer of dust is proof of their lack of attention to cleanliness. That carries over to the rest of the store. This is a higher priced home department store but they dont take care of the store. Very disappointing. This seems to be an issue in this shopping center.

Came in for four items, left with one. There were three of us waiting in line and none of us liked the re do of the store. I asked for help with the items I wanted and the sales associate was extremely helpful but didnt know where the product had been moved to..not a good experience.

They either cant locate products or just dont want to. Now $70 of my money is tied up because after I drove all the way here they dont know where the item is. Cost me money and time. Dont waste your time with this location as I have.

This store occasionally offers deep sales on bedding products that have better price than what offered online. I got an 8 piece 100% cotton comforter set from Bryce for under $45 tax included... staff is always willing to help.

Bed Bath and beyond is always a fun place to shop! The store is neat and clean and the staff are very helpful and courteous. I think its a terrific place to find unique gifts for people that are difficult to shop for too. You never know what your going to find there. The name of the store is perfect because they have items FAR Beyond bed and bath inventory. This is also one of my husbands favorite places to shop because of all the outdoor/patio things and the small electronic gadgets they have. They share a large parking lot on a major corner that has plenty of handicapped parking and they also have clean public restrooms. Great store! Please give me a like if you found my review helpful.

Looking for straps to hold sheets on my 17 mattress... had just what I needed! Also, the old fashioned age l screw- in arm sleeve holders for couches ( if youre old enough to remember arm sleeves) so that I could use them to secure the mattress pad on the bed. Had them! Anything odd, such as these items, Ive always found at Bed, Bath and Beyond. Incredible store!!!

We were aided yesterday by Virginia (vf5716) on our visit to the store. The dishes we wanted we not in stock. Virginia processed our order and used our coupons to maximize our discount. She is a great asset to the store and we appreciated her assistance. She is a real keeper!

Ive purchased a lot of items from this store over the years. I get some good items and good deals that Im very happy with. My only complaint is that its so Fragrant in that store that it hurts my sinuses and I cannot stick around to shop very long. I have to know what I want, and get in and get out, otherwise my sinuses will hurt for hours!

Today was NOT a typical visit - store was crowded with Christmas shoppers and lines were LONG.Typically, help is easily available and friendly. I always get good value here for money spent. They are reliable for regular purchases, and have a variety of unique products as well.

I was out for a few minutes shopping with my daughter. And found these wonderful Little Guardian Angel Bells. Even though I thought they were overpriced. They will still look nice on my cats climbing trees and will be nice little bells for my cats to play with. Next time that I go to their store maybe they will have things a little bit more reasonable priced. And when I say A little over prized the bells are only about 1 inch tall and they were $ 11.99 each...

Wonderful customer service. Employees who wanted to help me find just the right item. And the cashier escorted the customers to her register which was a very nice touch...especially during the Christmas season when people could be a little cranky.

Lots of household goods for kitchen, bath, bedroom. Linens, towels, kitchen gadgets. Prices are fair. Good place to look for wedding/anniversary gifts. In a large strip mall with plenty of parking and easy access from the highway. Near JoAnns and Best Buy.

Great place to shop and great items with some on clearance. Nice people working there but not enough on the register. Otherwise, they would be a 5 star.

I like this store very much. They have things I cant find anywhere else. They have great prices on Keurig k-cups. They have 20 percent coupons which never expire. The only problem is long check out lines and not enough cashiers. The employees and super friendly and helpful but there are never more than two check out lines open.

Took back an Aerobed because it was defective. A simple return held up a line that seemed endless. Vanessa, the clerk was great. The managers were terrible. I ended up paying $55 for a replacement. Not my intention. I had receipts and everything. I wouldnt shop there again for any reason.
