I came here a few weeks ago with my husband, we were in here for several hours and loved it. Customer service was excellent, they had a ton of Halloween items, good sales, and we even earned a $5 reward as well. Store was really clean, all employees were wearing masks, they wiped their station down and sanitized after every customer! We will be back again soon, and I highly recommend this location.

I went for scrapbook supplies. The store has greatly cut back on what they carry. I will continue to purchase on-line but regret lack of local availability. I understand demand dictates what a store carries and scrapbooking popularity has waned over time.3

Need to find new latches for jewelry. When upon entering Michael’s I came across so much more. I then remembered I needed 1/2 inch round double side adhesive which zI also found at Michael’s. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very nice size craft store with many craft items and then some.

Very very happy with the framing and matting job of the two photographs my wife and I took while traveling. Left is door of St. Stevens Church in Mainz, Germany and right is a door on a home in Memphis, Egypt.We had the photos enlarged by Fine Art America and delivered the posters to Michaels.Many thanks to Nancy who helped put together the matting choises with the colors and Ashley who put everything together. Based on the time I waited for my wife and daughters, I should give them 1 star ... A strong suggestion for all this kind of well packed with products places ... is it possible to settle a nice waiting space for husbands, sports lovers, that are not that much virtous with the handcrafts?

I love this store. Just sad they cant get all supplies these days. I did find the water colir paintbi needed. Must wait for the 2 brushes missing in their inventory.

They never have anything I want in the store.Shelfs are pretty much empty when it comes to metal stamping and the brand name Impressart.

Found a staff to help me which saved so much time. She was very pleasant and showed me location of several items. Good experience.

A kid in a candy store experiance for anyone of any age who loves crafts! Extremly large options for anything crafts. Store is clean. Prices are average after sale price, they are on the high end but hey your so mezmorized by all the crafting materials who cares. The cashiers are always happy to help you get a coupon code. Highly recomend this location.

Updated: I submitted an edit to Google Maps so hopefully its correct now.....The address on Google and on the Michaels website is wrong. Put in Rolling Acres Plaza, Lady Lake FL to find it. I was driving around for half an hour.

The team took longer then expected to open the doors. They did not greet the customers when we all came in. They were not available for help many times etc. Will most likely not visit this store again.As always, Michaels had great deals. Keep the company moto alive and be kind and friendly.The only friendly person was at the register.

Always out of what I go for no matter when or why. Staff has nose in air. They were out craft knife blades.

Two clerks were extremely helpful finding me an item. I found one item and needed a second. Could not be found but they looked until they found it. Above and beyond. Very Friendly. The one girl was in training and was shadowing. She was very pleasant. Happy with the customer service.

Always amazes me when a store with such a large and varied inventory is so neat, organized, and spotless. This location certainly has the secret! Very helpful and friendly staff. Great prices, especially on sale and closeout merchandise.

Childrens craft club on Saturdays is great. Always fun and affordable. Of course the sales are awsome. This store is very under staffed. At check out there may only be 1 or 2 cashiers with a line that could be as much as 30 deep.🤨

So much to see!! Huge inventory. Packed to the ceiling! Lots of home decor items. Found my items online, live the fact it tells you the exact location of the item. Pressed for time, it made it fast and easy!!!

Ordering online is horrible! Its been 10 days since I placed my order and its still showing as waiting for ups to pick it up. Never will I ever buy online from Michaels again. Im sticking with Amazon and Walmart from now on!!!

An item I had just purchased, using a discount coupon, was stolen from my golf cart while I was shopping at another store. When I returned to Michaels to repurchase the item, I asked the clerk if I could use the same discount coupon again. She asked why and when I explained she said, Yes, you can use it again. And Ill refund your money for the stolen item as well. Thats what I call compassionate service!

Dont go there! I visited the frameshop for a price on 3 custom frames. A woman working in back was asked to assist me showing immediate displeasure at having to do so. She was rude and condescending. Ive custom framed many pieces, never treated so poorly.

Just called to ask if the carry a particular item. An item their website said to call for availability. Both times I called was placed on hold for over 5 minutes with no one returning to the phone line to tell me anything. Not even can you please continue to hold. Nothing. I was going to come down from ocala if they had it but nope, your customer service only on the phone made that decision up for me.

This is our home on Saturdays. The crafts for kids are cheap and fun. They make for a wonderfully affordable day out. Always having sales and its easy to find an associates to help.

I used to love looking at their merchandise but now the store seems unorganized, and appears tor to be a little fun down. I took my first cart back to its orig. space... Got another..took it back also ...remindef me of broken down Walmart carts. ....it will be awhile before I go back to this store ...had to do a return & the girl was so out of it she thought part of the merchandise was a purchase.. dah.
