Dan and staff have been great! I trust them and they tell me the facts about my car issues. They never do unnecessary work. I’m moving out of state and they even helped me find a new reputable place in my new state to take my car if I need it. I would absolutely recommend this Goodyear place for anyone in Lady Lake.

After a bad morning for my husband at the doctor, our tire pressure indicator came on. We stopped at two gas stations and couldnt get air. One place actually sucked the air out! 😳 Pulled into Goodyear and told the gentleman I needed help. He politely told me to straighten out my car and he would fill my tires. I so appreciate him and wish I would have got his name. He saved us! Goodyear has our business from now on!

These guys are great. Free flat repair for nails in center tread. They do all sorts of repairs. Prices are fair and theres no upsell. They explain everything clearly and return the old parts so you can see they fixed it.. Mechanics are well trained, professional and courteous. Have curb side service if you dont want to go inside. Ive been there twice now and will go back again. Highly recommended.

Justo Montes service manager at lady lake fl store was extremely helpful in my recent visit I was there to replace my brake pads and he showed me that replacement was not needed for some time no charge. I was amazed by his honesty

Couldn’t ask for any better service from Dean and his staff went in for a wheel alignment and after test drive and checking everything out it was determined I don’t need one they were very honest and didn’t charge me a cent. I would highly recommend them.

I went in because my brakes were making some noise. After a thorough inspection by the Goodyear team, it was determined that the brakes were fine. No charge. They could have easily told me that my brakes needed to be replaced. They didn’t. They were honest. The caring and integrity of the Service Manager and team were amazing! Thanks guys!!

Update: The evening manager had me bring my vehicle back. He took the new tires off again and noticed that three tires were bad (he explained it in detail). He contacted corporation and were able to order new tires and balance them. Im content with him fixing the issue.---Purchased new tires a few weeks ago, had them installed here. The morning manager/supervisor was rude from the beginning. Didnt have my appointment in the system (not on them). Either way it goes, the morning supervisor created me an appointment and I was able to maintain my military discount. My tires were installed and I took my vehicle home later that evening. LSS, the tires were overly inflated and the vehicle was bumpy. Took it back twice to address both issues. The tires were not properly balanced and even with them balancing, I had to go to another reputable tire place in the county to have the vehicle rebalanced...no one likes a bumpy ride. I paid for a one time alignment, tires, and Im not happy. I give it two stars because the maintenance guys were nice and the evening manager was professional.

Great service. While visiting in Florida, I had a nail in my new tire. Since I have road hazard insurance, I needed a Goodyear Tire store that was open on Saturday afternoon. I appreciate this store for working me into their busy schedule and repairing my tire. Thanks to them, I was able to get to my destination safely.

I took my 2011 VW in for an oil change and tire rotation/alignment. The tech noticed some oil leaking from around the filter once the oil change had been completed. Both Morris and the tech went above and beyond, staying almost an hour past closing time and switching out/cleaning filters and o-rings until there was no more leakage...at no extra charge. Great service! I will definitely return here for all my auto service needs!

We live full time in an RV, towed by a truck. While in route to our next destination, we got a flat tire on the RV....the second flat in a week! Good Sam came to the rescue, but now we had no spare....and were getting pretty tired of flat tires! We called the nearest Goodyear dealership, about an hour away, and asked if we could possibly stay in their lot overnight (as we were nervous about driving any further without a spare), and have all of our RV tires replaced the next day. Not only did they allow us to camp out in their lot, they were able to replace all of our tires and have us back on the road early the next morning. They could not have been any nicer or accommodating. Highly recommend this place!!

Got new tires here. Morris was very nice. We had a rebate and he filled out all the information to make it easier for us. Even put it in an envelope.

Horrifying! Allowed them to do some repair work they said unneeded..had to return 6 times in 7 days. I was lucky, theyre closed on Sunday. The radiator that was replaced....had to bring it back twice for leaking and overheating. STAY AWAY from this place. Unless you need windshield wipers replaced. Well, actually they did that and they dont work well either. STAY AWAY! Poor communication...just STAY AWAY

They seem slow sometimes but thats because they also seem busy. I have never felt ripped off or pressured to do anything. Ive have nothing bad to say and that makes them a superior place to take your car.

I used to know some of the guys that work here and they were awesome people but the prices I was quoted for some tires was ridiculous. I got 2 tires from their competitors for the price of a single one they offered

Store manager Morris is unhelpful and talks down to his customers, Dean is rude and curt- both are very unhelpful. When I brought my car in they told me it would take 2 hours to patch a tire and get an alignment and I was repeatedly asked if i was sure I wanted the service though I was the only person waiting. I bought 4 tires from this store and they didnt balance them properly and when I had to continually come in for alignments they said it was because the road I was driving on was bumpy(are you kidding me?). When I inquired as to other causes I was dismissed. I am not the only customer very unhappy with this store and after the encounters Ive had I will NEVER buy Goodyear again.

Watch it! Went in for a simple oil change. Guy comes out with a list of supposed items that need to be fixed or replaced (including a battery that was only 3 years old.) Like an idiot I agreed and they took me for over $300. NEVER AGAIN! Saw them pulling this act on other customers. BUYER BEWARE!

Had oil changes on both my cars - enjoyed friendly outgoing Rick- one of the managers there - made me feel very welcomed - made a great impression on me - will be back - thanks Rick for making me feel welcomed and enjoying my time waiting to get my car serviced - which is usually a mondane and usually a very impersonal experience when getting car worked on - price was fair - hospitality is very important to me too - Keep Up The Great Work!

I go there for car maintenance and wouldnt go anywhere else because they know what they are doing and they take good care of the customers. Definitely recommend it!

Dishonest service

Was greeted by Rick Stahl SERVICE manager with DO YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT?! I said no, just want an oil change for our fleet vehicle.... after huffing and giving me a dirty look it was well its gonna be at least 3 hours!.... OK I said, he gave me grief over using our fleet card.... and the fact that I sidnt know off the top of my head what grade of oil.... the sticker ia on the car.... thats YOUR job fella.... but this attitude continued throughout the visit.... after seeing him give the same attitude and curtness and outright rudeness to other patrons.... I had to step outside because he was beginning to anger me with how he was treating others as well.

Went there to get service on my car and Ihave nothing bad to say! The employees there are great and took care of me as soon as I walked in. Im happy to say my car runs great with a big smile on my face.

It took 2:30 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and that was with an appointment. I watched them do part of the work and they put the new oil in without draining the old oil. Then they started the engine with twice as much oil in it as it should have. They finally realized what they had done and drained all of the oil out and then refilled it. It was like watching the keystone cops --- nobody knew what they were doing. All of this was done at a price that was 40% higher than I was quoted over the phone. If you decide to go there anyways, good luck and you deserve whatever misfortune you get.

Their 24.95 oil change is actually 29.00 + taxes making it $32. And they tell you they have several free services that come with their higher priced oil changes to which I asked how are they free services if they cost $20-$40 more for them. Then he quoted me $89.95 xtra to change my $12 air filter

Terrible experience here. Asked to get a tire repaired only one car being worked on 4 people working in the shop but none of them could repair a tire. Salesman asked if I could wait a few hours until they could get someone in to do the work. Ridiculous.
