They were able to get the screened in area warm.They take the COVID-19 pandemic seriously and are very cleanWe learned Wednesday through Saturday were nights with awesome, rad, live music. Some nights the elders are really cutting the rug💃🕺🏿We have had several appetizers and entrees and everything has been spectacular🎉.The place is located on a golf course or close by, so many golfers stop by afterwards to the “19th” drikin ho. 🏌🏿‍♂️Bathrooms were the only negative, no terrible or bad, but needed attention more often. I will say restaurants that provide a private toilet and sink are awesome for disabled people. These private stalls make things much easier for people with disabilities😀. Thank you Tierra Del Sol Country Club!!Overall, it is well worth giving Tierra Del Sol a swing.

Gorgeous views! The restaurant at Tierra del Sol is wonderful! Amazing staff and reasonably priced delicious food. The 19th hole is charming and the staff treats you like family. The pool and scenery are so relaxing, yet classy and upscale. We cant wait to return!!

Wendy the manager went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist me. I was looking for a non alcoholic beer and it says theres 2 on menu. Ive come before and there was none. I stated a better quality one would be nice So she was able to get some! Thank you. I appreciate that.Our waitress was great too.

The course was in great shape. Wish there had been room in the club for us to have an after-game drink. Great for them. Not us. It feels good to have this kind of problem we enjoyed an awesome bottle of wine at home instead. Not far to drive :-)

Had a nice meal in this very nice restaurant. Pork chop dinner was very good. Shrimp dinner was ok. A couple of items noted: side items do not include a regular baked potato (only a baked sweet potato), the shrimp was a bit overcooked and dry, and my biggest issue was dirty silverware. Very nice waiter.

Yesterday, at lunch, ordered a chicken breast sandwich. The waitress brought my meal in a FEW minutes. It was what appeared to be turkey meat of the Oscar Myers variety. It had lettuce piled high with a couple very small pieces of tomato. The bread appeared to be very cheap. It was a force to pay over nine bucks for such a mess. My waitress never came back. I put $15 on the table and left (I did eat the sandwich because I was very hungry after playing golf). This is not the norm at this restaurant. I’ve always gotten great service and great food. I will mark it off as a bad day for the restaurant and me. Thank you.

Tonight December 18, 2019 approximately 6:00pm our party of 10 arrived for dinner after playing golf and we were all seated outside on the patio. We were very impressed with our meals. Our baked haddock was outstanding. Another person at our table also said that her salmon was also outstanding and cooked perfect. Visited the bar here for a beer following golf. Always love this bar as they generally have an IPA on tap. Today was no different, delicious Boulevard IPA on tap. The service too is friendly and welcoming. A little slow on the drink order today as the bartender was MIA. If there is a downside to this place it is the ability to deliver an order with any consistency in regards to time.

Everyone enjoyed their food. Our server was excellent. She did a great job keeping the kids drinks filled.

I live a few minutes away and ever since the new owners took over a couple of years ago its been great. The menu is pretty good and prices are reasonable. Happy hour is 3pm--5pm. Definitely worth a visit.

Our waiter in the bar with the pony tail was terrible. He brought our food and we had to ask for silverware. Then he got our checks messed up. The food was mediocre at best.

I have been playing guitar accompaniment at Tierra Del Sol weekly for a flamenco dance class, for over a year. The facility is a typical Villages rec. center, adequate but not fancy, its staff friendly and helpful, and its largest room’s size and acoustics (too loud and chaotic for conversation, like most of our high-ceilinged rooms everywhere) turn out to be good for the dancers’ percussive heel work and certain other dance portions, and the guitar background (using their mike and sound system). Flamenco is amazing and very historic music - visitors welcome! 3-5 pm Tuesdays.

Wonderful salads. Excellent staff each time Ive gone. It can be a but noisy even at the outdoor patio. The outdoor patio is wonderful though, all screened in, overhead fans for the summer and heaters in the winter.

This is one of my favorite courses in The Villages. It is an 18 hole tract with the back nine much more challenging than the front. Number ten will make a man out of you. If you par this hole, pat yourself on the back. You must hit real golf shots on this course. Placement and yardages are key. The course is tough for real amateurs, but you should give it a try.

Best shape in the Villages. We even had grass on the tee boxes & fairways (highly unusual for most of our courses)....& the greens were smooth, fast & true!

Great Food. Great Atmosphere. Still miss their Sunday Brunch with homemade pastries which they had before they downsized to add the theater.

At the restaurant Servers were excellent and attentive. Food was decent, nothing to rave about. I got the Philly, the ones at Jersey Mikes are better. Fries were okay. Little seasoning on the calimari, mostly tasted the dipping sauce. Would go again if I were close but wouldnt be a first pick.

Having had both breakfast and lunch at Tierra we enjoyed it very much. The service is good and friendly. Food is served as ordered . It is my understanding they will soon be open for dinner. Will come back to check out their menue. We also like the location. This especially true if you enjoy the pool next door put on a covering then enjoy lunch.

I rated it a 3 bcause they switch menus on you and all of a sudden what you wanted to order is no longer available on the new menu without being told! The new menu is what they call there dinner menu and everything was entrees at $15 bucks a pop! All i wanted was a french dip sandwich for like $11.00! Everybody in are party was miffed over that and we had a group of 8 and had ben there since like 3:00 and we were ordering at like 4:30!

This clubhouse/restaurant review from 2014 is obsolete; entire place has been renovated & changed owners. Food is fair to good, varies with what you order - as in most places one eats out. Careful with the draft beers, sometimes not real cold and sometimes a little flat. Prices are generally pretty reasonable. The golf course is one our favorites in the Villages, lots of trees with some tough challenging narrow fairways and dog-legs; particularly the back 9.

Our golf group loves coming here after golfing nearby. In fact we often choose courses close by just to go to this newly managed Tierra Del Sol restaurants. The salads and burgers especially are fresh and high quality.

The course is in excellent condition. Beautiful greens. Only complaint is the sand traps werent raked. And we had a 921 am tee time. It still was a very enjoyable round with family and friends. Shot 75 almost hit my age of 72.

I just had lunch there with a group of 9 ladies and came away very disappointed. Our waitress had something bothering her because her attitude was not very warm. For 9 of us, we had 2 menus. She said she could not find any more. We asked if it was possible to have a bun or bread with our salad and were told that that was not possible. I ordered the Apple Walnut Spinach salad because I had ordered it before and it was delicious. This time, my salad looked like someone had thrown a handful of spinach on the plate, added a few walnuts and cranberries placed a whole hard boiled egg on the side and lined the rim with sliced apple pieces. So disappointing. I will give credit where credit is due. The drinks were good and refilled when needed and the bills were delivered on time. We all just felt very uncomfortable,

We had a wonderful group of 12 folks to dinner - - two from Canada, two from England - - the rest from The Villages. The food was great but dont question the bill. There was a bit of drama and one of the employees called one of our group rude. It is quite a shame but none of us will go back again. None of the wait staff was happy, long faces and no interaction with us. We did see a few eye rolls from them. Just another example of sad restaurants in The Villages. I thought the customer was always right.

Baked Haddock was really good. Firm, very moist, loved the Ritz cracker topping. They were out of baked potatoe but the mashed was good. They did not offer a military/veterans discount on Memorial Day.Overall experience was very good.Wait staff was very good, pleasant and attentive but not bothersome.I Recommend this restsurant.Formatable menu.

The only positive about this place is all the folks were friendly. Our waitress had a very sweet cologne we could not tolerate. I have allergies. We sat outside and her cologne was so strong you can smell it at other tables. We had to ask for another server. We had a beef sandwich and also a phillie steak sandwich. It was on a Monday and the bread was not fresh. The meat seemed like it was heated in a broiler or microwave and not fresh. It was a little dry for both of us. We will not return. City Fire and Codys in Brownwood a lot better beef quality and buns. Hard to find a great restaurant in the Villages. We sure miss our Portillos in Illinois.

The food was ok. I had a salad in October 2018 that was fantastic but this one was disappointing. They changed the salads. I had spinach, chicken bites, dried cranberries, goat cheese and glazed wLnuts. It was awesome. Now they don’t have that.the place was hugely noisy so they moved our table. We asked about a second drink because it was happy hour . Our waiter said I can’t get you another until you ate about done. My friend ord,reed a double anesthesiologists wasn’t done. Is he got hers however. I just wanted another not a double so when I was almost doneI kept looking for the waiter. Finally I s aw him and called him over. He tells me it’s 5 minutes past happy hour so he can’t give me happy hour price. I said you just gave my friend a double and he said that was just before 5. By you watch it was about 6 minutes before. Had he been outta,ereI was asking him before 5. With the salad change and the drink problem I feel more should have been done.
