I needed help unloading a couple of heavy things from a truck. Other guys helping me were able to get them unloaded. I called TM&T to cancel. They charged me for an hour ($149), and never told the guys to turn around. I got voice mails saying they were 20 minutes away, and that they had arrived, nearly an hour after I had called. Wont call them again and dont recommend them

We moved from out apartment to a storage unit. Solomon, Jesus, and Emanuel moved us. They were very efficient, professional, and courteous. We will use this service again.

The movers were able to arrive early they were absolutely fantastic Duell was extremely experienced I had a lot of large glass pieces they delivered intact Ive only had one Tiny broken glass dish I have on packed in the last 3 days still got more unpacking to do but absolutely will use them again in a heartbeat

I booked an unload at a storage down the road. 24 hours before the reservation date they called to confirm. Well with everything going on with the move I forgot to cancel 2 men and a truck. They charged me $109 because I didnt cancel 48 hours before. They could have confirmed 48 hours before but they didnt. So now Im out $109. Also I was going to use them a month later for a bigger job but not anymore. They are very expensiveI could dispute the charge with the credit card company based on the fact that I wasnt contacted 48 hours before. Dr offices and hotels call before so their customers arent charged. What makes 2 men and a truck so special that you cant call 48 hours ahead if thats your policy. Doing the right thing goes a long way in business. I also noticed that you only have 1 review. You should reconsider your policies and call 48 hours before to confirm instead of charging your customers like a thief. Moving companies have a bad reputation to begin with and youre perpetuating that negative view.

Horrible management they steal deposits even after they say they were going to waive and refund money just another scam moving company BEWARE THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND STEAL FROM YOU

Very disappointed we booked a move and then had to cancel the date of the move they talked us into rescheduling before we knew which day would work for us then we find out that they charged us a $129 fee for a move we were going to do 3 weeks prior this company is not a honest company and will Take money that does not belong to them after they agreed on the phone to waive the fee.
