I love Staples the machines that you can print things off your phone and scan them back are the coolest ever thats mostly what I do there the staff seems very friendly I have not had to really interact with them much I do enjoy being able to go in there do my thing and leave

Able to see and handle products
I went to this store for staples since it was the closest Staples store, 33 miles one way. I specifically asked a sales associate if he could direct me to which one fits a Swingline S8 Model 33811. This stapler uses only S8 Crowned staples. I couldnt find them in the isle they were in. He brings me over to the same isle and says anyone of these will work in it. It depends on if you want ridged or regular. I told him I found it hard to believe all of these would fit as staplers come in different shapes and sizes. Even being a Senior citizen Im not even that stupid. I felt as if he really couldnt even care if they fit or not. Well I got home and the didnt fit as they were too large for the stapler I have. With horrible service like that Ill go to your competitor from now on. Youve permanently lost a paying customer!
If I could rate this place -5 stars I would. Im 30 and literate. Ill tell you technology is not always on our side. Not o ly that I have been struggling for the past half hour trying to figure out this email-to-print option. Theres at least 4 associates in eyes view and not one person has asked me if I needed help. I even helped an elderly man myself to make a copy, the least I could do while I stand here waiting for the pdf files to download to their server. What a waste of time and coins.

Glad this is not the Staples store I deal with on a daily bases. Had a product on hold (I know they normally dont do this) and when the guy went to look for it he forgot what he was looking for and went some where. Thank goodness for the pregnant sales person. She went and got the product and I was out of there in 5min. I wish I had got her name. Dont think I will go back to this store even if it is the only store with what I want in stock. I will wait.
As I walked inside and looking around to work on my way over to the ink area for my printer the salesperson came over to me and asked me if he can help me and took care of the printer ink situation so quick I didnt even make it all the way over to there. so it saved me a lot of walking everybody is extremely helpful and friendly and there are sales there but most of the prices are a little inflated. But I do enjoy going into Staples at this location.
Brought a package in this morning Sat. 30 around 10:30am for ups and there was a guy sitting on his chair on a computer with earphones and totally ignoring me for 10 minutes. I finally asked the cashier for help and he must of heard them came over to help me. This store has the worst employees, this is not the first time having problems here
This store doesn’t even deserve this one star for a review. First off their website claims to have a print ready the same day if you order before 2pm which apparently doesn’t apply to this location. I ordered an 18x24 poster for my wedding and when I arrived home to frame it I discover that the poster actually measured 18 1/4 x 25 1/4. I couldn’t even cut it down to fit without cutting off part of the design. So I call the store and have to hold as if this local store is an 800 customer service number. Once I finally get an answer the gentleman had an attitude like what is he supposed to do and no intention of helping just quick to pass me off to the girl in the print department. The transfer turned into a 20min hold to then me have to call back and have my name an number taken and never have received a call back. If this department is so popular, then hire the appropriate number staff so people can receive accurate work and customer service they paid for.
Went in looking to have handouts printed for a family members memorial service. The girl I talked to in the printing area had an i dont care attitude and was really off-putting. I plan on avoiding Staples going forward. Also $180 for a 200 page print is a bit absurd.
Friendly,helpful, knowledgeable staff. Office depot down the street refused to copy and email a simple form for me, citing company policy. Bizarro!! The awesome ladies at Staples had it done for me in 2 minutes!! Thank you😃

I have ordered business cards online and picked them up in stores. I had ordered glossy which cost six dollars more but when I picked them up only one said comes glossy? I didn’t understand this at all and think it actually makes the cards look weird so just a heads up if you order glossy your only getting one side done. Besides that everything was as ordered
Horrible store! Stood around for 10 minute needing help to get a Kindle Fire, even had an associate walk past me twice and still no help. Went to Best Buy to get the gift!....yep, only 2 minute spent in Best Buy and walked out with the Kindle Fire!
Stopped by with an online order to pick up. When I arrived they only had one of the four items. It was a computer error. They helped me for nearly half an hour to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Everyone was curtious, and had great customer service skills. This isnt the closest office supply store to out business, but we will definitely be using them again.
Staples just lost my companies business. For 8 years, staples has handeled all my copies and prints for my business. As of the last 2 months, I get a new story from an associate. First they don’t do same day orders, now they do same day orders, next they don’t take online orders anymore, now they don’t do same day copies. The sales associate is sitting behind the counter and says my manager changed policy. This is not good customer service
We were there today November 10th 5:30. We were not greeted, not offered any assistance. The two guys at online pick up were rude and were as about unhelpful and unknowledgeable as they could be. They could offer no answers to any of my questions and acted like they could care less. neither of them offered to help me carry the heavy large printer to my car. These two guys in their 20 and 30 are rude and not raised very well apparently, no gentlemen here!!I wont be back.
Worst experience ever! The blueprint order specifically had printed for a color copy and a black and white. There was no color print, and it took forever to get my copy of color. Then I waited longer for the associate to check my order which was missing a item to my order. Very disappointed with this shopping experience!
Ask for Carmen. Shes awesome. Got my printing done before school started. She was also super patient with me and my three girls!
Worst service ever! I drove an hour for email prints and one copy. Im not putting $1 to make an 11 cent copy! Then wait another hour to print 2 email docs! Never recommend! Will never return.

You want to know why the cost of doing business is so high. Look at the prices and you can see what drives the cost of your product to be so much. When the business people become the victim so does the consumer. Look on ebay for deals on office supplies. the dollar store and even wal mart can make you feel less like a sucker. They know you need them but if you can avoid them! PS there staff is friendly and I love shopping there. because I am to a sucker for business. My customers will pay for it. Sorry about that!
This store is so disappointing...Have been there 3 times for major purchases...all have been messed up... Manager is not helpful at all.Didnt even want to plug in my printer....acted like it was a inconvenience for. HimDelivery was promised next day. Now its 5 days later ...im so angry... Called the store and manager could care less. Will never go there again
