The owner has no respect for working class people of color. No one should have to deliver to this company and face harassment, lies, and potential job loss because of the color of their skin.Incredibly disgusting behavior. Pretty good job. I had my window punched out and got new glass. The glass was not tinted like the rest of my car so I went here to get it tint. The tint matched and looks great except for the part you see from the cars interior. The interior part does not match at all and is disappointing seeing that. Over all I would recommend going here if you want a good tint on your vehicle.

Missed appointment the first time to have glass installed at my location for a class 8 commercial truck. They did however reschedule and did a very good job and made it right. Will continue to send my glass work to them due to taking care of the problem in a timely manner and being very professional. The installer that came out was great. Very easy to work with.

I had a leak in my truck windshield and I scheduled a day to get it repaired. The shop manager came out to inspect my truck and without even asking me where the leak was he said I would need a new fuse box and a new gem box . I explained to him that I was aware of the fuse box issues and I had already cleaned and repaired them . He said he would have to do 125.00 leak test on my truck and then call me with an estimate. So I scheduled another appointment, drove 40 miles to drop off the truck on a Thursday morning, I never heard anything back . That night it poured down rain, so I called to check on my truck, they said they had got busy and didn’t have time to look at the truck, so I ask them if they left my truck out in the rain all night and the shop guy said yes . I then went there to check and my husky floor mat was full of water ! When I ask him why he didn’t pull it in before the rain he said it didn’t matter because it already had a leak, and he was going to have to run more water on it to find the leak, I ask him if he covers the electronics and fuse box with plastic before he tests with water, he said no never ! I would probably have to replace them all anyway ! I told him to give me back my key . I drove three miles down the road and my transmission wouldn’t shift, my power windows weren’t working and my fan blower Motor was stuck on ! I made it to magic glass, they gave me a ride back to my other vehicle, then replaced and resealed my window while I waited and for $240.00 my leak was fixed ! It was my windshield just like I told the guy in the fist place . Now I had to drive my truck 40 miles home with the transmission slipping and the heater on hi trying to dry out the gem box . This was total negligence on there part . This idiot in charge of the shop could have cost me over a thousand dollars in repairs ! Stay away from that place !!!!! Completely unprofessional !!!!!

Thier workers and dispatcher were both friendly. When I scheduled the windshield to be replaced, we agreed upon a time window and that it would be done at my home. They started to take apart what they needed to in order to replace the windshield when they found they did not have the right part. Everyone apologized, the dispatcher said she would call when the parts came in. Here it is, 4 weeks later, and no phone call. Now, I have to drive back and forth to Indianapolis, daily, with a cracked windshield. I would not suggest scheduling an appointment unless you have a vehicle that uses very common parts.

I would not recommend this shop to anyone!! If i could give 0 stars I would. They had my car for 2 weeks for what was supposed to be a 2-3 day job and my car wasn’t even fixed when I got it back. I called every couple of days to get an update and was continually told a different day that my car would be done. After about a week I was told that they could “put the sunroof back together and I could come get the car and bring it back.” I declined because I just wanted the sunroof fixed! After 2 weeks they finally told me that the guy who was supposed to do the job hadn’t been there and they didn’t know when he would actually be back so they wouldn’t be able to do the job. When I picked the car up it hadn’t been moved from the place that I originally parked it or worked on at all in the 2 weeks that it was there. I took it to the dealership and got the repair done and got the car back the same day I took it in for 1/4 of the price that this shop wanted to charge for their so called “premier work.” This place is a joke!!!!

I was told April 2nd they would be out to fix my window and they rescheduled. Then was told the following Tuesday they would be out to fix my window and by 2pm nobody showed up so i gave them a call and they said they would have to reschedule again after already saying they would be out tuesday and never called me and told me they weren’t coming out til i had to reach out to them. The manager is very unprofessional and arrogant. They proceeded to tell me the only way i would have my window fixed is if i brought them the vehicle after setting up 2 appointments for them to come to my house to fix my window. If i could leave a negative review i would. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SAFELITE AND NOT THESE PEOPLE.

Took my car in for the driver’s window glass to be replaced. After I left I noticed my speaker sounded terrible so I took it back for them to look at. The owner was very rude and said he loves telling customers his work was correct when they question it. He claimed it was an item I had stored in my door pocket that was rattling...but there’s a big difference between that and a speaker sounding bad. The work was good but the customer service from the owner was poor.

I called the company 2/2 about cost of replacing my tech windshield because of a large crack. They told me that by dropping off by 8a 2/3, they could have it replaced AND recalibrate the windshield (because of technology) by 430p that same day. During the repair, they discovered that one of their employees was out per COVID and had many orders to take care of. This is not told to me till 5 min after my call at 430p that I was on my way (they knew they were short staffed, yet the office didnt bother to check on the status of the recalibration earlier in the afternoon in order to let me know sooner so that I wouldnt be shocked as I was getting back via a coworker or make other arrangements). They offered that I could leave it another day or they offered to pick up at my work and bring it back. I stated that I would NOT prepay for the calibration portion till it was completed. When I got there, I was then told by the office personal and the owner/manager that would insist on the prepayment for a service that wasnt done. Because my voice was raised and frustrated, the owner/manager became involved with similar tone and stated that his insurance wouldnt cover him transporting my vehicle without prepayment should something happen to/from my work. After we repeated our issues and lack of compromise or full understanding of my frustration from the lack of customer service, there was no offer of discount for inconvenience, lack of customer service (clarifying the new deadline because of short staff before 430p and before I called to state I was on my way so I could have made other arrangements beforehand) or even compensating for a Lyft/cab ride to go from my home to work and work to shop by offering a discount on either the windshield or calibration. Instead, I had to either accept prepaying for the calibration, bring it back another day (being without my car on another work day since they are not open on the weekend) or have it calibrated at the dealership (which they previously claimed they were the only company that could recalibrate). I chose the dealership to get away from this very poor customer service and lack of understanding of what could have/should have happened BEFORE 430p.During this whole ordeal, they never once told me when I should remove the tape on my windshield to ensure it is secure, when I could go through car wash, etc. I also discovered that their employees felt the need to go into my backseat (btw, this is a Jeep Cherokee) in order to replace a FRONT windshield. This was discovered when I noticed everything in my front seat (including money that was tucked away). I also discovered that their fee to recalibrate ($199) was drastically higher than dealership ($65). I will NEVER return to this company and would highly recommend that no one else do business with them.

Made an appointment for 1:30 and after because I would not have my husbands check due to the holiday season until after that time. The gentleman who installed my window was a very kind person as for the owner I cannot say the same. The technician finished his job early at another location asked if he could come I explain to him I did not have the money he said I could write a check I express to him I was not comfortable with that because I did not have the money in the bank. He had talked with the company and they said they would wait until Monday to put the check in the bank. Seeing as though it was late Friday. Probably would have been the scenario anyway so I do not feel like they were doing me any favors. I called later on that day and told them I would put cash in their Dropbox. We made a trip all the way to Lafayette and were unable to cash my husbands check due to some unfortunate circumstances. I live an hour away from Lafayette was making a trip to my neurologist later that week asked if I could stop in at that time and just pay cash. Before I could take another breath I I was reprimanded and very disrespected by the owner who told me he did not like excuses I expressed to him the concern I had originally with writing a check. At this point the way the business has been handled and how disrespected I was I will not be using this company again and the owner was completely fine with that. I understand that he installed the window and he wanted his money but to be talked to and dogged like that was not acceptable. A simple no Im sorry that doesnt work the check will be deposited at the end of today you need to make a trip over here to bring the cash in a kind way would have resolved the issue. But all of the other parts of that conversation did not need to happen. I did not need all of the extra reprimanding that he felt was necessary to give me. So for that reason I will be giving the lowest Stars possible. A word of advice just tell someone no. Like he had stated he does not like excuses it makes him angry well I dont need a lecture nor do I need to be degraded by a man. Thanks hope you have a merry christmas.

This place is a joke, took them almost a month to replace my lost back glass & then I still had to pay full bill, unprofessional, want to make excuses for their poor management etc etc etc DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS !

My wife was extremely disrespected by this company irregardless of the situation no one deserves to be talked to in the manner she was we will absolutely not be using the service again not to mention we made a point to contact the Better Business Bureau and Bob Rohrman Honda who deal a lot and do a lot of referrals for this company. We purchased our vehicle through Bob Warman Honda and they referred us to them lets just say the general manager was very upset to hear about our experience.

Love them! They made my repair easy, friendly, kind and professional. *Update* July 2021 They did it AGAIN! Replaced both windshield and sunroof glass on my new(er) car. Wonderful, professional service from office to workshop. Simply the best!!!..... After not one, but two failed windshield installations by another local company, Advantage did an OUTSTANDING job of assessing the situation, and installing a new windshield right away. The service technician answered all my questions clearly and the office personnel handled the complications involved in the insurance claim quickly and easily. I highly recommend this qualified and professional business, and am grateful for their excellent work. Forget the rest, use the best!

I called the nationally televised auto glass replacement company and the earliest they could accommodate my needs was nearly a week out. Their price quote was astronomically better. I received a call from the technician prompting me on his arrival and before I could my coffee cup up his smiling face was greeting me at the front door.

The receptionist was very kind and more than helpful, treated me with respect. Russ, the repair technician, came out in 20 degree weather and took his time repairing not one but two windows in my Subaru. Did an excellent job with both windows, cleaned everything up and was polite as I could ever ask for. I definitely will go back here for any glass repair

I called everywhere! Wanted almost 300 too fix my windshield... Was referenced by chuck Bronson. So, I decided to make the call. So glad that I did because they offered to come out and put it in for 208! Not only is that a heck of a deal but the lady at the front desk was courteous and nice and nothing but helpful. Advantage Auto Glass is likely who I will call first going forward. I called about ten different auto glass/body shops for a windshield replacement. Advantage Auto was cheapest by $100+ and they came directly to me for no additional charge. Loved that. They installed my new windshield quickly. After having the new windshield for a few days, I realized the glass had a distortion—nothing that Advantage Auto would’ve necessarily seen because it was pretty subtle but irritating to me. I called to ask about it and Advantage Auto sent out a new windshield the next business day, no fuss, no charges. They had fabulous service and were very easy to work with. I’ve had no issues with the windshield since getting it. Thanks!

I had a windshield replaced here and I noticed that shortly after installation I had a leak so I called and they agreed to come grab it from me while I was at work to take a look, well, I waited and waited and after they cancelled on me Monday and promised to grab it from me first thing the following day they lied about that too, they never called so I started feeling like I was forgotten and in my opinion I should’ve been a priority! I used my lunch break to take the vehicle to them and after diagnosing it they concluded that it wasnt leaking because the windshield was placed incorrectly, and then proceeded to say they wanted $225 to fix what was the issue! Seriously this is not how you treat what should be a valued customer whom has returned time and time again ! My car never leaked water until I had the windshield replacement🤬With all that said I do not recommend having your windshield replaced at this location! And one last thing the gentleman was courteous enough to let me use a Chevy Malibu while they fixed my car, just beware the gas gage is broken it’s got an exhaust leak and it smells like cigarettes🤮Thank you and I wish for all future customers to have a better experience then I had🙏🏼

I Called they came next day and replaced my windshield in 30 minutes this was after Safelite showed up day before and said they couldnt do the job. I have used safelite a few times in the past but this time I was very disappointed and will never call them again. Safelite was $75.00 more expensive even with a 30% off coupon code. I have been using advantage for my glass repair for years. Misty is very pleasant to work with whether on the phone or in person and the guys in the back do a superb job. They even have affordable rates. It just makes it a no brainer for me to continue going for window repairs or replacements.

I recently had a windshield replaced in my truck and also some tinting done as well. Tavis and the crew did a great job. The customer service staff up front were very prompt, polite and professional working to get the right windshield ordered. I’ve seen other reviewers that reference the office staff negatively, however that’s never been my experience at all. I would highly recommend this shop without hesitation to anyone looking for auto glass needs or tinting services.

Last October I had my windshield replaced due to a crack caused by a rock chip. Everything went perfectly during that visit. On Wednesday February 7th my wife noticed a crack in my windshield. No rock chips, just a crack. I called Advantage on Thursday afternoon and they had me bring it in on Friday at 3pm. I left with a brand new windshield covered under warranty with service that was just as exceptional as the first time. Thanks for taking care of me Advantage!

Excellent work. We took a Chevy work truck to have the falling headliner replaced and both drivers/passengers side seats patched. The seats were ripped from our guys getting in and out. The owner did an excellent job matching the vinyl. They also cleaned the seats after they were done. The seats looked brand new. My truck was also delivered to Premier Auto Detail upon request. Thank you for a job well done. We will be back!

Took my rv windows in to see if they could either clean them or replace them. Every day we called they changed their plan from cleaning them to cutting new glass to ordering new glass to using lament. Said they would call us with price quote and didnt hear back. when we called again because they had them for over a week and a half, they said they didnt do them and to take them elsewhere because it wasnt worth their time. Waste of my time!!!!!

Misty was a joy to speak with over the phone and made me feel confident when scheduling my appointment that I had made the right choice. I didnt catch the names of the service technicians who worked with me, but they were also great! I dropped my car off for my early 8:15 appointment which was just after they opened for the day. Their manager gave the group a morning pep talk in the lobby and then offered to have a technician take me home in my car so that I could skip the hassle of an Uber or Lyft. I took the extra time to talk with the tech about his day and job so far, as well as discuss the problems I was seeing with my vehicle. Im sure they would have sent a tech to come pixk me up again if Id asked, but I did decide to schedule a Lyft back. Very friendly and quick with their work, and gave a detailed invoice. I definitely recommend going to Advantage Auto Glass and Trim for your repairs and diagnostics!

I just had Jason replace my windshield. I was with him for most of the time while he worked. He was clean, professional, very skilled, and very detailed oriented. He took the time to make sure he did his work exactly right at every stage, double checking what he just finished before going on to the next one. He cleaned up every time he moved forward too, making there was no glue, or calk anywhere except where it belonged.When he was finished, he cleaned off the dash, even though it did not need it, he picked up every scrap of rubber out of the gravel on the drive, and yet again, checked to make sure everything was better than good.I can not recommend these guys highly enough.

I had talk to several people that morning, just to get a quote. I wont list any names of the people who are employed, although as soon as I was connected to someone on the phone, I had told the lady that I had received a better price threw another glass company.The price I got from another company was from AutoGlass Express, that price was given to me after I told them that I needed them to come to me.. Anyways, I made that clear to the lady and asked if they could match the price or reduce theirs, that was $90 more, she put me on the phone with this awful man and I was completely shocked the way he talked to me over the phone, completely rude for no reason and stated that the company that offered me a better price was below market value, and must be some cheap glass.I wont be referring anyone to them ever.

I wish I could choose 0 stars....Had a 2 inch leak in the back window of my F150 so I brought it in. They charged a reasonable price and I got the truck back next day. All is great, right? WRONG. The following day it rained and we learned that there was now a leak along the ENTIRE top of rear window.Called and they promised to fix it again. I was given a managers number and told to drop it off on a Sunday night and someone would meet me there to pull it in and they would fix it first thing Monday morning. However, when we showed up at the agreed time, I was told to throw the keys in the glove box and leave the truck in their parking lot UNLOCKED OVERNIGHT! When I said I did not feel comfortable doing that I received a series of rude texts saying they do it all the time.So the next day, dropping it off during normal business hours, I brought my truck back in for the third time. Picked it up that evening and, big surprise, it still leaks. When we picked it up, there were MUDDY FOOTPRINTS on my leather seats and on both doors. No attempt to even clean up had been made. There is major staining on the headliner due to the most recent leaking. This damage has been appraised at over $1000.So I originally brought my truck in with $100 worth of damage. Three weeks later, it still is not fixed and we have over $1000 worth of damage.

My window was making a bad sound every time I rolled it up or down. I took it to Advantage and the owner went out to look at it immediately. He then told me he could replace a part for $215 but that the window was functioning and would continue to function. He said it was NOT on the verge of break down as I feared. Honest guy. I will definitely return if I need glass or a car window motor in the future.

Went in for a wiper blade that was not working correctly. It turned out the nut was lose. Didnt even charge for tightening it down. Very honest company. Will be using them again for sure.

My truck window was vandalized while out of state for a funeral. I called Tavis from Ohio. He ordered the window, had it waiting for me when I returned and it was installed the very next day. Tavis and his staff have always gone out of their way to provide great customer service to me and my companys fleet.

Had a windshield replaced here. Different trim textures were used horizontally and vertically. My rear view mirror fell off within 2 weeks of the repair. The price was higher than I was quoted on the phone. Not satisfied I recommend you go somewhere else.

Owner is very rude. I dont know. How they do on windows but i wouldnt ever have them do anything with carpet. They will tell you they will warrnty it and then when you take it to them they tell you they cant do nothing to fix it. My car was to be detailed inside and let me tell you my 3 year old grandaon does a better job cleaning. I will. Not ever go back there period

I have never done business with advantage nor will I EVER. Their website says they pride themselves in superior customer service. Yet both times I have been there, I have seen nothing but disrespect. In my first visit, all I needed was some help finding a serial number on my sunroof. Simple right? No... I was asked by the owner, Tavis, And why am I helping you with this? I had a leaky sunroof, Not installed by them, But I just needed the serial number so I could look up warranty information. 2 minutes of looking for serial number, and 30 more of rudely telling me how much he hates Webasto brand sunroofs. Congrats... I dont like my leaky sunroof either. In my second visit, he obviously remembered me, because he told me how in my previous visit I had stepped on his dick. Again I came in for a quote to fix my sunroof, he told me I really dont want to work on it, but I am willing work with you. I said, No, thats quite alright. I will gladly take it somewhere else with superior customer service. Ive asked people around town about their experience with Tavis, and everybody says hes a jerk. Confirmed.

Highly Recommend!! I was hauling a ladder in my wifes Jeep liberty. I hit the brakes and it slid forward and cracked the windshield. I called Tavis at Advantage Glass and Trim and he helped me immediately. I dropped the car off and they fixed it. I will highly recommend AAG to everyone.

Window tint and overall interaction was very poor. I was told that my vehicle was dirty and over ten years old so thats why the tint has what looks like crumbs and hair between it. I dont know how to tint thats why it was done here 1-6-16. I was supposed to have a fully detailed vehicle and windows fully prepped for tint. There is actually what looks to be spray paint between the glass and tint and that is somehow my fault and i will have to pay to have it redone. I took my vehicle to another shop that has done tint for a long time (name has a z in it), they thought it had been done by an inexperienced individual. I only asked if this could be repaired or redone, im not asking for perfect. I will not be returning i will pay another company to retint the entire vehicle.

Quality work at a good price!Im a repeat customer who was impressed and very pleased with interior leather work (and Andreas excellent customer service!)and window tinting on a Honda Accord. Both were well done and have held up perfecty. I also have an older convertible that badly needed a new convertible top. I knew Tavis did convertible work from my earlier visit, so I decided to try him again - and I was not disappointed! After inspection of my car, Tavis made several phone calls for bids on a top, gave me a quote, and I scheduled the work. What impressed me most, was Tavis commitment to quality work and detail. Tavis was not initially satisfied with how the top took, and asked for additional time to redo the work. He also replaced a key seal that I had missed, which made the top fit even better. Tavis and Andrea kept me informed on the status of the work the whole way. Great experience, great shop, great job, great people. I highly recommend them and they will be the first place I go for future work. Thanks for bringing new life to an old classic!

Only place you should use to get glass done in town.

Everyone I delt with was professional and friendly.. Even pointed out issues and helped find the parts needed replaced. Only glass company I will deal with. Been here twice once was a repair this round needed replacement windshield. Same day service in a day and age where everything takes an appointment...
