I live in Milton Village and i want to say that this system has made an extreme difference. I did a full house filter and softener, because the water was ruining my fixtures and leaving scum to always be cleaned. The water smelled and tasted bad. After the install, there is no smell and tastes great. NO MORE BUYING BOTTLED WATER!

For a quick turn around on an installation of a reverse osmosis system at an affordable price, Vita-Pure, Mike L., really made good on a drinking system install. Additionally, Eddie, their service tech, made good on checking the equipment and water quality at the two week checkup. The equipment has worked as advertised, based on my water testing with National Testing Laboratories, and I look forward to working with them in the future. Four stars almost five. I dont give away the fifth star too easily!

Mike and the guys at vitapure were great! I grew tired of my appliances breaking from calcium build up and decided to make this investment. A home test from Amazon showed i had very hard water. After a bit of research Mike came out tested my water and confirmed its potency. A week later I had a filter installed and my home tests show my water as clean as it gets.

What a fantastic company! We bought our whole house water system about two weeks ago. Within 15 minutes of the install being completed our water was completely free of iron. We are so happy with Eddie our service manager, who came out today to explain everything to us about the system. We were beginning to wonder about the integrity of this company and the water softener unit that we were sold. We were asked for payment before knowing, 1.) If the unit was properly installed, 2.) If the unit was properly working as promised from the sales person and the literature given, 3.) Without a User’s Manual, and 4.) Without any instruction on how to operate the unit. To the company’s much needed credit, Mr. Eddie (service technician) visited our home. Mr. Eddie 1.) Verified proper installation and operation of the unit, 2.) Patiently and thoroughly answered our questions about the user operations and unit components, 3.) Provided the promised User’s Manual, 4.) Provided product warranty information, 5.) Provided guidance on protection for the unit and 6.) How to obtain service for the unit. We were extremely pleased with the on-site service provided by Mr. Eddie and are looking forward to the advertised benefits of our recently purchased water softener.

We’ve had our system for 3 years now, and it was the best decision we’ve made for our old country house. This company is awesome! This is the second house that we’ve installed the reverse osmosis system in for our drinking water. We recently found we had high levels of arsenic at our new home which was making our family sick, so we called and asked for a filter for arsenic. That wasn’t something they were used to doing, but they researched and helped us find a system that specifically removed arsenic and installed it for us. They also sent someone out to double check to make sure it was working properly after the install. We highly recommend Vita Pure!

Ive read the reviews and its hard to believe this is the same business we dealt with. 50% deposit up front. OK. Installed equipment, handed over invoice marked Collect Check for $xxxx. They said theyd be back to pick up debris the following week. 4 weeks later the junk is still sitting in the yard and theyve quit taking our calls. Should have said you can have the check next week when you come back.

This place has the worst customer service. They were very nice during the sale, but never came back to service the equipment after a year passed. When we called to question them they came out with every excuse they could find. Then when they were finally gonna come to service our equipment they were gonna charge us double for them not following up with us. The lady was rude and had the nerve to lie and say she called and we refused. Dont waste your time getting anything from this company complete scam. Once they sell you the equipment they forget about you 👎. This is a real real review too.

We no longer purchase bottle water. Vita Pure’s filtered water is so clear and tastes great. No more scaling on refrigerator’s door dispenser and in pots used to boil water. Team is very professional and installation was completed in less than one hour. So glad our neighbors recommended Vita Pure to us.

I have been a long time customer. I paid for and had installed an under sink filter system. First couple of years things were great. Then they just stopped servicing the filters.Also, called them up because we are moving from Broussard to New Iberia. Have a two week notice or so. Was told that we were the first to schedule something for that day. Day arrives and I have someone house sitting from 8-10 like I was supposed to. At 10:30 my house sitter called because no one showed. I call vita pure. They ask if they can call right back. After 20 minutes I call again. They apologize and ask for us to reschedule that day from 1-2. No problem. 2:30 arrives and no one has shown again. I call again. She asks can I call you right back. After 30 minutes I call again. She doesn’t understand why their “independent contractor” didn’t show up. I canceled for the day. This is this past Monday. She tells me that she is going to talk to her regional manager on Tuesday and she will call me. So when I didn’t hear back I called Wednesday. The lady told me the manager didn’t go in. Should be able to talk to him on Thursday. So she calls me today (Thursday). Says there isn’t much they can do since it’s an “independent contractor” but that they would discount the $200 job by $25.Stay away!! They are responsive when they are selling the unit but don’t really care about you afterwards.

We had a problem with iron in our water. Less than a year ago I had another company change out a head in my softener system, they took me for $1500 as it never corrected the problem. Called VitaPure after tasting their water at a friends home and they changed out our systems. Mike “the Waterboy” was awesome and our technician Ed was very informative.
