Sheisty, shady, with admittedly sarcastic toned account managers. I warned my daughter about using this rent to own dealership but she was led awry and did so anyway. Didnt like this whole situation from the moment I walked in to try to get her out of this within the hour of her doing the application. Predatory is the best word I can think of. Her dealer rep said he was looking after her like his own daughter. Thats a joke! And I pray he doesnt have kids if this is how hes taking care of them. A year later, still angry about this purchase. She put over half down on an 8k car and still, over a year later, owes nearly 4k. Finance and miscellaneous fees ;) Right! Ridiculousness at its best.If you have a choice, please go to any other dealership...a real reputable one!

I love this place! 2 years ago I bought a 2011 Hyundai that I paid off just this past February! That car never gave me not one problem! Hurricane delta decided to drop a tree on it & my insurance total lost it!😫 I went back to them yesterday and TAB (my sales girl) was the GREATEST! My husband found out 5 months later that they were holding his license plate once he tried to get a new registration sticker.They were quick to send reminders about payments and insurance, but failed to tell him that he had to go back there to get his new registration and license plate after the car was paid out. I hope this is a lesson for others. Hmmmm...Never Again!!!

When they read the mileage it is not accurate at all, so you will get charge for mileage that they claim they read and it dont even match whats on your dashboard. I got my oil change on May 2nd and my mileage was 61074, when they read my mileage on May 27th they stated my mileage was 58145 that dont even add up... then they want to catch a attitude when they get caught in a lie.... STAY AWAY FROM THESE THEIVES!!!!!

Claim to help but its really no type of help they give you a car with a bs warranty no inspection sticker (want you to pay for it) tell you they down payments start at a certain amount(it dont just a way to get you in the door) they limit your selection on cars and the payments are ridiculous and unrealistic.

If I could give this place no stars I would but I cant so a 1 will have to do. The People are nice when you 1st get your car but as soon as something goes wrong they blame it on you. In February 2018 this year I got a 2009 A Buick enclave. The next day I noticed the the Radiator was leaking. I told them I did not want it they told I could not get my money back and they would fix it. Never fix the problem. I got my car back and 2mos later I Add to replace the whole radiator at my own expense.3mos after my car broke down on the highway and when I had it tow to them I was not told until I got them that I would have to pay all the expenses at once. The only reason I bought a car from everybody rides is because of the service department. They told me that I would be able to make payments on repairs if need be. They sold me and lemon. I will never do what these people again. I will never recommend these people to anyone. If you cant get finance anywhere else walk or take the bus. This place is a joke in a rip off. And I am in the process of suing them.

They hire people that come from the lowest of the low to be in these offices and they get real petty!!! Go look at the reviews from the BBB. You have to literally get a lawyer to sue these people. Paying off my last car note today and Im so thrilled! My car has been my baby for the last three years and shes been such a trooper! Brandon sold the car to me and Miss Lela has been a God send ever since! They will go out of their way to try to help you get into a car regardless of your credit, even if you are short on down payment money! Not to mention that they work with you if you are running behind on your payment! I wasnt always able to make a payment before the end of my grace period but Miss Lela always established a great line of communication between the two of us which resulted in my car NEVER EVER EVER having to get reposessed or turned off or anything of that nature. Miss Lela also called me with friendly reminders when a car note was coming up to make sure I wouldnt be late and she was always very pleasant and helpful. If I needed answers she was there, if I needed help she was willing, understanding, patient and never made me feel judged or uncomfortable. I would recommend them to others!

Its easy to get approved if your someone with bad credit. The cars dont last, by the time your warranty is up the car breaks down and they dont care or even try to help you out. All they care about is the payment. Watch what you buy from these people, I wouldnt suggest that anyone to buy a car from them.

This Dealership is Everybody Rides I purchased a White Kia Sorento 2011 last year the heater core needs to be replaced that’s a $1,900 job! Do Not purchase any vehicle from this company or you will be in a big bind once you miss one payment. It is not worth it they may have changed their name but it’s a scam. I bought a better vehicle from CarMax of Lafayette with extended warranties plus a cheaper note.

Do NOT buy a car here!!! All of the workers are unprofessional. They will trick you into getting a car that won’t work shortly after you put money down and make you pay to fix it. They are rude and ghetto at both offices. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Don’t do it even if you are desperate because it will bite you in the butt. All of the 5 star reviews are fake.
