Within a couple weeks he found us a vehicle and he got it in our price range and exceeded our expectations. I am looking for a truck after we get this one paid down or off. Ive gotten two of my cars through Mike Raisor and my current through this dealer specifically. Ive had a great experience each time. This particular instance Shad and another guy (didnt catch his name) helped me. For my current car, I am doing it all on my own with no cosigner. I had a not-so-great credit score and was a first-time car buyer (and 20 years old) at that point, and still got approved! I was interested in a car about $7k more and year newer than what I have now and was actually told that I probably wouldnt get approved for it with my credit history and being a first-timer, which I actually appreciated because I wouldnt have received an inquiry on my credit report just to get denied. I was recommended cars in a different price range that would be more fitting for me or a lease. I still chose to buy/finance and Im still very happy with the decision I made. Ive had issues with a certain recall on my car, but the Ford shop has taken well care of it for me twice already and even paid for a rental car each time my car was in the shop! Definitely recommend these guys! Ill be back to Raisor for my next! Thanks for your knowledge and recommendations for getting me the car that best fitted my needs.

Worked with Ryan to find a car to meet my very specific needs. He listened and was very low key. We found a car took it for a test drive, took it to my mechanic, and then began negotiating price. I felt like I got a fair deal and walked out feeling very good about the purchase. So far so good and I would recommend this place to friends.

We were searching for a very specific vehicle and they happened to have one on the lot, a couple of year older model than we originally intended but clean and low mileage 85,0002007 Ford Explorer to be precise. We purchased the vehicle after noticing a couple of (at the time we thought) were minor issues that we were assured would be addressed. One was an alignment for a pulling to the right, another was a slight stutter during hard acceleration. We purchased an extended warranty with the vehicle that the seller assumed was going to take care of the stutter and the alignment was placed on a we owe from the dealership. We brought the vehicle in for the we owe to be fulfilled a few days later. Only to find out the alignment was never done. The check engine light came on shortly after purchase, and we waited to take it in for service so we could address multiple issues at the same time on one deductible. After two service trips to Mike Rasior Ford the dealership recommended by the seller and both dealerships are owned by the same person. We have been quoted almost three thousand dollars in repairs for a vehicle purchased with in its first oil change. All repairs not covered under the extended warranty sold by this dealership. I will not purchase again from this dealership recommend for everyone to stay away from this dealership.

Very good at what they do I had a very easy time getting into the car I wanted with the price I was good with Im from Texas and I will say this dealership was the best experience Ive ever had because they didnt turn me down at the first look at my credit score also the warranty they put on the car was a lot cheaper then in Texas the warranty in Texas would cost about $4,000 here it was $1600

I spent more that 30,000 at this place and Ken Richards couldnt even handle a job as simple as getting me a $50 referal for bringing them a new customer not to mention the others ive recommended to shop there at this point i dont want tge money cause ive been gettin the run around for a month now its really sickening because they pretend to hace good customer service until you sign that dotted line

Bought a car and it has bad tires on it and 2 bent rims and no help whatsoever. They wont replace them will only offer 6 dollars off thats right 6 dollars discount off the regular price of the new tires. Thought it was just an alignment and that was not the case. Will not return if this is how they operate.

This guy was the most rudest guy I ever met we had a car towed over to the place cause our car randomly stopped working and as soon as the tow truck pulled in he said we can help you he was so rude I won’t ever recommend this guy
