I saw a really nice 2014 Cadillac CTS Premium Black Diamond Tricoat, black leather interior with red morello accents. The car has just under 56,000 miles for just under $21,000. I sent an email to inquire about the car. The contact turn around was within an hour or two. Sales rep Chris Houser called me and confirmed the vehicle was still there. I asked him for some pictures since there were only two on the website. He sent me many more. Gave a lot of good info about the vehicle, and told me they just checked everything out, gave it a good cleaning and put four new tires on it. I informed Chris that I was calling from the Philadelphia area, and if it was as good as he says, would be willing to fly out buy the vehicle and drive home. I told him I didnt want to be in the dealership longer than an hour or two since I have a 12 hour drive home. He understood and there was no BS. Two days later I made the decision to buy the car and secured financing through USAA. Once I informed Chris, he sent me a few (3 or 4) close up pictures of very minor scratches that he found for total transparency. Nothing you wouldnt expect on a 4-6 year old vehicle. I viewed the pics and told him I was ok with the minor scratches. He then told me to send him my flight info and someone would pick me up at the airport in Indianapolis. One of my combat brothers I served in Iraq with flew with me. When we landed and came outside, Chris was there to pick us up (with the Cadillac)!! He drove the 45-55 minutes back to the dealership in Lafayette. We talked a lot about the car. It drives like a dream. After we arrived back at the dealership, he took the car to wash it again and filled it with gas while I went in and signed the paperwork. Pricing was totally transparent. Price of vehicle, tax for PA, $199 processing and document fee, $100 title fee. They gave me a 5 year powertrain and transmission warranty (no charge) and I purchased a 3 year, 36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. Both warranties I am able to use at any Cadillac, GM dealer. I was done in just over an hour (waiting for Chris to get back with the car and USAA to add it to my insurance) and we got on the road back to Philadelphia. He even checked in with me to make sure we arrived home safe. I have NEVER had such a great car buying experience (new or used). In 4-5 years, I will definitely consider checking Mike Raisors dealer websites again and possibly fly out and purchase a CT6! THANK YOU Chris Houser, and Mike Raisors Pre-owned!!
After my vehicle dropped off in front of my apartment, I noticed that a small piece underneath the car was bended. I called the salesperson and he recommended me to get it to their quick-line shop to get that small piece snapped backed in place. But, the mechanics at the quick line found out that the center piece of cover was completely missing and would cost me 190$+ tax. I EVEN did not use the car. I literally just saw it when it was in my parking lot. Once I called them to ask if they d cover it, I got a simple NO without an apology. Because they made a discount, I had to handle with everything. Sorry I did not know I had to get underneath the car if the all the pieces there. It is such a huge disappointment! I still cannot believe I was sold a broken car.
I found the Nissan Armada online and called to see if it was still there before I made the over 1 hour drive from the southside of Indy. I talked to Derek on the phone and he had it ready to look at and test drive when we pulled in. It was one of the easiest deals I have ever made on a car. Derek is not just a great salesman who really took care of everything we needed, he is just a really nice guy.
I don’t recommend going here at all. They are very unprofessional, and false advertise the vehicle features online. I spoke with Troy one of there salesmen. We talked back and fourth through emailing and on the phone. I was coming to look at two different 2020 cx-5s. i was driving 3 hours to come look at them. When i got there the vehicles had huge scratches on them and one of the cars were dented. On top of that they both were suppose to have multiple features that were listed online that THEY DID NOT HAVE. They were both suppose to have the premium package that included, heated steering wheel, heads up display, vented seats etc. i was very disappointed. they didn’t have the courtesy to let me know all this before driving 3 hours. they wouldn’t come down on the price either after the inconvenience. spend your money else where, where they actually respect and value your time and don’t want to waste it.
I went there for oil change/tire rotation. They have posted on all doors stating that “masks required”. As I sat in “customer lounge”, found one customer wearing one on chin and another that didn’t have one on at all. I asked service personnel if I could sit in vehicle till service was done bc of this. I was told that I could either “sit somewhere else or go outside”. I expressed my displeasure to the manager (as I did so, the one without mask walked past and I pointed him out to manager as an example). Manager said that he would need to talk to HR before going forward. I sat close enough to overhear conversation and see his actions. At one point he grabbed a disposable mask and started walking to the customer not wearing one, but 1/2 way, he turned around back to his office. I later heard him “share his concern about what to do if the maskless person refused to wear the mask” (didn’t help that previously I saw the manager NOT wear a mask as he had a personal conversation with an employee, who was wearing a mask, in his office). The manager never said another word to me. I have reported them to county health since there is a mask mandate in place. They are willing to “talk the talk” in order to stay open, but not “walk the walk”...follow through. I will NOT go there for anything because if you can’t trust them to follow those rules that the government placed, how can you trust them with anything else.
Bought our third vehicle from this dealership earlier this month. Have worked with Derek for the past 2 purchases and have been very pleased with his service and willingness to accommodate our needs. We like the VW Tiguans and can attest to the superior safety features that they provide. We were hit broadside earlier in the year and sustained minimal injuries.

DON’T OVERPAY HERE!!! I stopped in to look at a 2014 power stroke with 53k miles. These trucks with the sameMiles and the lariat package with all the trimmings cost 32k-33,900 online and because I made reference to I love the red and gold. The salesmen refused to lower the price because he said and I quote, “ it’s 40k because it is red and gold coloring.” I wouldn’t have left a review if this was the first time something like this has happened. I will continue to use bill defouw and auto express until mike raiser starts being more honest. Just for the record I am a car guy and I do know my stuff due to working in finance at a large dealership like this in Indianapolis when I got out of the military in 2012

Terrible dealership. Would give zero stars if it was possible to this crooked dealership. My friend bought a car less than a month ago from here. They said it was pre-certified so he would have to drive to a different location to buy it. Once he bought the vehicle, he got under it to change his oil. The engine harness was completely torn off. He got a quote for a little over $7,000 in repairs. He has been trying to reach the sales person and he wont pick up the phone and is not even being a little bit considerate towards the situation. Hands down the least professional experience I have witnessed when buying a car.

Do not shop here until they get a change in management. Their new management brought along a daughter whom is so full of herself and rude to customers and I also saw her being extremely rude to her fellow co workers. I would not do business here because of her. Yes one bad apple has ruined my buying experience. I am sure everyone who has shopped here and done business with the Raisor Auto Group will be disappointed until something changes. I am also sure Mr. Raisor would have no idea this girl is acting this way or he would get her out!

Inquired about a used Murano, spoke with salesman Troy, specifically asked about door dings and transmission leak, was told the vehicle was clean. Drove over 2 hours to see vehicle, found several dings and a transmission leak. Not ok! Overpriced and mislead!
We will not be returning to this dealership. We came from Tennessee because we found a Jeep at a different dealership that we wanted, but decided before we bought it we would look around. We found a Terrain at Mike Raisor that we decided we liked better. We waited 3 hours to sign paper work. After about 2 hours I told the salesman that if we couldnt get in soon then we were leaving and we should have, but instead we waited another hour. The vehicle only came with one key, but the salesman assured us he would get us another one. 10 weeks later we still have not received that other key even though in emails the salesman said he would get it put in the mail right away. We also have not been able to drive the vehicle because they would not send the correct paperwork to Tennessee for us. I called every single week for 10 weeks and finally got it yesterday. I cant even say whether I am satisfied with the vehicle because after having it for almost 3 months I havent been able to drive it much. The customer service was terrible and I should have followed my gut before spending so much on a vehicle. The only thing I can do now is not return there ever again and advise other people from doing the same.

I would give no stars for the Pre-Owned Mike Raisor Center. I traded in my car for another pre-owned car. Turns out, they sent the payoff to the wrong company and they didnt pay off my old car in a timely manner and had costed me a bunch of money due to their negligence. I didnt get the car payment for the old car that was taken out of my checking account until yesterday (two months later!) after having to pay for the new car along with registering/plating the new car. And to top it all off, I didnt even receive all of my payment back and was told that the dealership must have underpaid what was left on the loan.Although the salesman was awesome, I will not be able to buy another car from this dealership because of the absolute nightmare I had to put up with. I spent hours trying to find out where the payment was and it strapped me financially. When I called the GM and two other people I was given the names of, I was told by one that they had sent the payment to the wrong company and that it would be paid the next day, and then I could never get a call back again. I left message after message for the GM and others and was never called back. I wasnt the only person in my family that used to buy cars from there, but I was the last.
Bought a hyundai elantra. Decent price but comes with a lot of issues. even took it to a prepurchase mechanical inspection, but there were many component of the car that broke down that wasnt detected in the inspection. already spent over $1500 on repairs with less than 3 months of ownership.
I spotted a Camry I wanted for a great price. I owned my current Camry for 14 yrs so had a little issue with the title for sale. The guys at Mike Raisor helped me any way the could and even stayed late (owner also) to help me complete the deal, and got a great deal. This was 2012 and Im still rocking the Camry. I will definitely shop with these guys again in the future.
I had the best experience with the Mike Raisor Pre-Owned center out of other dealerships in the area. I liked that you can browse their inventory online before you go out there to make sure they have what youre looking for. Derek Riley was extremely helpful both via email before I ever went out there and in person when I went to test drive and to eventually purchase a car. Everyone at the center was extremely friendly and helpful both times I was in there. I am so happy with the car I bought from them and he helped me to get a great deal on it. Well she -Kristin- is still there as of this last weekend. I agree, she is rude and I would not do business there because of her. I was there with my boyfriend and observed her being rude to her co workers and customers. RUDE!!! Someone needs to get rid of her before she ruins that store.

I told him my situation, and he sat me down, we talked, and an hour later, i was in my new truck. Not too long ago, i have went back, seen ken again, and im now enjoying my second vehicle from this place. VERY honest and friendly staff, i would recommend to any and everybody!! I hope that same people are working there when i get my 3rd vehicle from them!!

This was the absolute worse customer service ever. I have no idea what the sales volume is but I would bet that whatever it is, it would be a whole lot better If the staff were friendlier and professional. No smile...no greeting at the door...NOTHING!!! Making a car purchase is a huge investment and no one wants to do business with a company that cant be courteous. I truly believe that maybe the staff would have been friendlier if we fit the profile for the perfect buyer. Dont judge a book by its cover.

I did not end up buying a vehicle here but was very pleased by my interactions with Shad. He was upfront and even saved me a long trip by making sure I had caught some imperfections in the vehicle which were not obvious at first in the photos. The car just wasnt for me but Ill be looking at their inventory the next time Im in the market.
I went to this place because I saw it had good reviews but apparently people dont know what they are talking about.I bought a Hyundai Elantra from them and havent even had it for 6 months and already $1,300 in repairs and now the starter is about to go out.Complete junk!!Save your money and go somewhere else.
Originally we had purchased a 2008 Lincoln MKX. We thought it was a good vehicle, but after a few months we found several problems with it. So I called them up and they allowed me to return it and get something safer. The staff was very helpful and understanding . They bent over back words to help us get something even better. When the salesman tells you that when you buy a car from them, you dont just buy the car, you also buy him, trust me, he means it. I will be returning to this dealership.
Be careful and go over your payments before you sign and buy, was interested on a 2008 truck friendly staff truck was for $12,700 + tax and other things total came to $14,530 told me the interest was 23% and was okay then they told me my payment was for $420 for 57 month that came out to almost $24,000 that came closer to 80% interest then told me to just pay it off quicker and I would save money on the long run again people be careful on the final pay off
I had both Chris and Ted help me look for a used vehicle and they were very helpful. No one was allowing me to get a loan due to the fact that I had no credit but they worked hard to get me a loan and do a monthly payment within my price range. I highly suggest you go to this dealership, the staff are friendly and more than willing to help you with any situation. I plan on coming back to purchase more cars in the future!
Absolutely love this place. My girlfriend and I were looking to buy our first family car together and they made it extremely easy. Weve had our car for 3 years now and have never had a problem. When my mother (who also bought her car here) had car problems they went ahead and fixed it and allowed her to pay for it the following week. The staff from the sales team to the mechanics are all extremely nice and helpful. If you are looking for a car I suggest starting here. I left other dealerships because they were to pushy and didnt want to listen to what wanted/needed in a vehicle.

I had a great experience from start to finish! Initially I called for info on a 2015 Cadillac Escalade. I spoke with Jay Mason. He was very helpful and went over everything I needed to know. After a few days of making up my mind I got back in contact with Jay wanting to purchase the vehicle. In which thru the whole process Jay never pressured me to make a decision or gave the usual sales pitch somebody is ready to buy the car you need to hurry. Lol. I live almost an hour away so we did most negotiating over the phone. I sent him pics of my trade. We negotiated over the phone for his vehicle as well as my trade in assuming when we were in person each checked out well! When I got there the deal was as planned. There were ZERO hidden fees or trying to low ball me on my trade. Was a very easy transaction and am happy I did business with them. Thank you Jason and the whole staff. The other salesmen were very polite and welcoming as well!

When my aging 1999 Malibu needed a repair that would cost more than the car was worth, I decided it was time to purchase a newer car. Weve had great experiences with Mike Raisor Pre-owned in the past so it was an obvious choice to start my search.I quickly found a couple of cars I was interested in online and drove over to the Pre-owned lot where I was greeted by Jay Mason. He was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and let me take my first choice on an extended test drive. When I decided to purchase that car Jay skillfully did all of the necessary work while keeping my wife and I busy in conversation and the time flew by. Jay gave me the full KBB trade-in value for my old car and with an online promotion I received an extra $500 trade-in allowance; $1000 for a 1999 Malibu was a pleasant suprise!We were handed off to Jeremy Ewing for the financing and he did an awesome job. I arrived at the dealer at the specified appointment time (which was confirmed via phone call) to test drive a car. I was told that the rep I was meeting with was with another customer. I waited for 15 minutes in the atrium without even being told where the customer waiting area with chairs was, so after awkwardly standing around in the atrium I ended up leaving.
