As a first time auto owner, it’s hard to find a dealership that is candid and honest with everything. Tony was greatly knowledgeable, helpful and din’t pressurize me one bit unlike 99% of the salesman that I see in dealerships. Great selection of cars and helpful staff. Go check this place out.

I purchased a 2017 Chevy Cruze from Momax Auto Sales on June 11, 2021 which I paid for in full. Not even two weeks after purchasing the vehicle, my car began to overheat while I was driving. I pulled over immediately to find that the radiator hose was detached from the radiator and this was due to the radiator being mounted with DRYWALL SCREWS and ZIP-TIES (obviously not a sturdy or sustainable method). I then called Momax to see if this would be covered under my three month powertrain warranty. The person on the phone told me that it was not so I took it into a separate mechanic where I was told that the framework of the car was so messed up that it would be difficult to ever get the radiator mounted completely correct. I talked to the owner, Carlos, afterwards and he acted clueless, almost as if he hadn’t even examined the car before putting it on the lot. Also, upon buying the car, the salesman told me that I could renew my warranty for additional time after the first three months were up. Well, almost three months later, I go in to renew my warranty and I’m notified that I CANNOT purchase additional time with the warranty. I wouldn’t be so worried about extending the warranty longer if it weren’t for me experiencing this major issue so soon after purchasing the vehicle. Overall, I’ve had a very terrible experience with Momax and would not recommend it to anyone. Please save yourself the money and sanity.

Everybody who has been wronged by this car lot we need to sue them they are unprofessional and selling cars with bogus warranty’s I brought a 2012 Hyundai had it for 7 days!! Just for it to break down with engine problems come to find out the warranty bill has not been paid and also that’s not even the engine that goes to the car the original engine was scrapped for parts told to my by Hyundai which I have paperwork on smh I’ve asked for my money back ig they “don’t do refunds” or loaner cars it’s been 3 months since with little to no response from Carlos be careful out here because they will take your money and tell you anything ive lost my job as a traveling nurse because of them it has been a disaster from the start

Went to look at a car I inquired about online. In the 5 minutes it took me to drive over there from talking online with them they raised the vehicle up 2000! They would not even discuss the option of in house financing as they advertise. Salesmen are a bunch of kids. Stay away from these con artists.

I would not buy anything from them. I tried to buy a truck from them and they would not work with me.Because of my credit was not the best. So there sign is wrong. They dont deal with bad credit and they low balled me on my trade in. Even though their sign said buy here pay here. They wouldnt even do that for me even though I had the money to put down because I had two trade ins plus cash. The day I was suppose to talk to the manager, I couldnt because they told me to come tomorrow and he wasnt there so they said tomorrow again. I did that for 3 days and on the 3rd day he still wouldnt talk to me. So I want somewhere else. I wouldnt tell anyone to go there. They kept pushing me around.

DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! We bought a SUV from them with a warranty that was not honored and the owner said he would make it right and I paid over 5000.00 in timing repairs and all he does is dodge my calls... CROOKS ... warranty that isn’t legit... RIP OFFS!!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Never buy from here. I bought a 2011 2500 6.6 duramax from here for $22,000. It had 200,000 miles on it. Had an exhaust leak under the hood. The turbo went out on it a week after I bought it. It pours oil onto the ground. Has bigger tires so I can’t turn at all. Door locks didn’t work and the back left window motor didn’t work. Overall have almost $30,000 in the truck and stuff keeps going wrong.

I wish I never would of went n got a car from them, I had my car for 10 months from, n since day 1 I’ve been having problems coming out of money, n The owner dont seem to care, all he care about is his money, I regret it so much, I cry all the time, because I keep spending money n paying the car note n insurance, they had my car a whole month n a half, b still made me pay the note, worse car lot ever

Never buy a car from here. Bring a mechanic with you if you do. They will lie about problems with the car. My. Engine light. Came right on when I left the lot. And give you the run around. I usually don’t do reviews but I don’t want anyone to go through a terrible experience. Don’t let them fool you. Bring a mechanic with you . They sale junk cars. It’s really sad. Havent personally bought anything from these people, but with the prices they are asking, i doubt i will! How you going to charge 24k for a challenger with rear and quarter panel damage!? Its going to take at least 7k to fix it! Crazy!

Paid $3000 outright to buy a used vehicle — I noticed there was a check engine light and asked them about it. They supposedly checked it and claimed it was just a malfunctioning sensor. But I just took it to a mechanic today, and they said it was a failing catalytic converter. Way more than a malfunctioning sensor. I am infuriated that they lied to my face. Stay away from these shysters.
