Disappointing selection and overpriced items. Got something I guess. To be fair, I did come here the week of Halloween, but still. Staff had headphones in while organizing items and seemed to be in their own little world.

Great place to get anything Halloween related. From babies to adults to decorations.

I loved this store they actually had Halloween costumes and the staff were very nice and helpful. Some prices were kinda of high. Its a shame there closing down all there stores on November 2nd 2020. The 1st of November all store will have a closing sale 50% off everything!!So I recommend going grabbing Halloween costumes for next year!

Bed Bath and Beyond keeps getting weirder and weirder.

DO NOT buy the animatronics. They do not have any warranties on the items. My sitting scarecrow stopped talking with it less than a year old. I contacted Spirit Halloween and they have no warranties. I was informed when I purchased all items that they were guaranteed for a year. I spent over $1000 last year and a lot this year. Very displeased! I will never shop at any of the Spencer/Halloween Spirit again. HOME DEPOT has a year warranty.

The costumes are very expensive. The quality of the costumes are not good at all. The sizes fit super small. I wont be back. Its not anywhere near worth the money you pay. Walmart costumes last longer then these. Not worth your time. But its the only costume place in lafayette for adults to get costumes. So I guess they will keep ripping people off...

Patrons not wearing face masks or are wearing them incorrectly. Employees removing face masks to talk to customers. Overall, about 60/40 split on masked to unmasked. Will not return for business.

Hours are not to 8pm, its to 7 pm, when it should be more like 9pm. Who closes at 7?????

Went there today brought the kid I babysit he was putting a picture frame back on a shelf it accidentally fell and broke manager was really nice about it knew it was an accident but while I was walking had stuff in my hand to buy then some lady that worked there came up to me and was like can I hold any items up front I was like why and she said cause the buttons were high theft items treated us like we were low down judging us over an accident we apologized and were going to pay for it if we were told to but they didn’t need to judge us over that thinking we steel

I don’t know where this place actually is but it’s not in the mall where the pin is set

Really rude staff, overheard one it them making snide racist remarks about my black friend who was with me, telling a fellow employee to keep and eye on him and other racially profiling statements truly grotesque
