Lots of pop culture type of stuff. Since the mall lost ThinkGeek this is the next best thing for that type of merch.

I like it for some of the Funko exclusives. Other than that I dont really shop there much. However I am not a fan of their false advertising regarding the instore discount. If you sign up for the FYE club. Sure you get a diacount but are then enrolled into recurring payments. The tricky part is that sometimes they say its just this 1 time then when your bill comes you realize you were signed up. Ok store but sometimes, shady practices.

The staff was great and the store has something for everyone.

This store has alot of cool stuff like old TV shows, anime themed items, funkos etc..

Its a good place descent prices found a lot of cool things and collectables and staff is always on point

The store is fun and exciting in terms of merchandise. However the staff when I went in didnt acknowledge me the entire time I was in store nor did anyone ask if they could help me. They were talking amongst themselves instead of generating business by engaging the customers. Not sure if Ill give it another chance with other stores in the mall available that provide better atmosphere

This is an entertainment store, so not a whole lot to comment on. The staff here has always been nice to me. I enjoy their sales and have always been able to find great things at awesome prices.

Pushy sales tactics, employees will try to sign you up for a VIP membership without telling you that it is just a free trial and your card will be charged in a month. Being a previous employee I know for a fact the employees are specifically told to not mention the fact that it is a free trial and that the customer will figure that out in a month which is the reason I left. I wouldnt get my numbers because not enough people wanted it because I told them the honest truth about what all it entails, and my manager was not happy with that. I cant bring myself to scam people like that. If youre going to shop here, do not get the VIP membership even if they make it sound amazing. Its notoriously difficult to cancel no matter how easy the pamphlet makes it sound. Also, THEY WILL SIGN YOU UP IF YOU ARE PAYING WITH CARD AND DONT SPECIFICALLY TELL THEM YOU DONT WANT IT!!!

Messy, but the guys behind the counter can help you find what you are looking for. This place can easily not have it, though. The mall in Lafayette is kinda turned into a place for people to drop their kids off. The kids turn up here ...

Introduced me to FYE backstage pass, thought it was a great idea. FAILED to let me know it is a 30 trial program and copied my credit card number from the purchase I made that day.Called them up ask why I’m being charged $11.99 and they said I agreed to sign up for this fee for this program. I did not consent to charges!

Got the Metallica cd I wanted and the cashier was nice.

Standard, usually have a great time there but staff couldnt be bothered to come to the register to check out the customers and was occupied with messing with things in the back.....pretty lousy service.

Great store and merch. The guy working the register made a low-key misogynistic joke, but dont let one bad apple ruin your experience

They good selection on DVDs blue ray DVDs and music CDs little expensive price for new stuff but they sell used and offer warinty on use CD and DVDs they also sell vinal records that Is great too

Its really over priced merchandise that you can easly get online and at walmart for half the price especially movies when they rip you off when you sell them thair and only give you 50 cents to $1.50

Staff was incredibly rude and stand offish. Manager says, this may have been mislabeled but I refuse to care because I know I didnt do it. Very unknowledgeable about the products they do and dont have. Unwilling to locate products or help you in any way other than talking about their favorite comic book series or cartoon characters.
