Karen is a down to earth person. She knows her stuff forward and backwards. Even though I didn’t buy my golf cart from her she was still willing to help me out. Not like another golf cart dealership (Tim’s) that wouldn’t even test my old batteries because I hadn’t purchased my golf cart from them.Go to Federal first. You won’t be sorry.T

GREAT SERVICE!Even thought I made Shade Tree Mechanic modifications to my golf card battery charger (Changes that made it impossibles for Federal Golf Carts great mechanics to use their testing equipment) they were able to still find and replace the two diodes that had failed; all while I waited! I was out in less then 20 minutes.The good people at Federal Golf Carts represent the best of what is great about the small town feel of Lafayette. We Lafayette consumers cant forget and must reward those business that havent lost the values and blessings of a small town; even though Lafayettes growth can sometimes dilute those values.
