Purchased the southern edge from timberline homes. We are so happy with the quality of our home. Our salesman was Shane Albarado who went out of his way to answer any questions we may have. Our home was delivered and we had very few items that needed to be repaired, which were taken care of in a timely manner. I highly recommend Timberline Homes, not just for the quality of the product but also the professional staff who has walked us hand in hand through this journey.

Beautiful experience, fell in love with majority of their trailers. And the sales rep, shes very very through and explain everything in details. They have a great business. I will send people I know whose looking to buy a mobile home.

I originally left a 1 star review, but after 6 months our house is finally finished and all mistakes were corrected as good as they can be. Most of our issues were definitely because of poor craftsmanship on our home bc Im sure they are all rushing to get homes out as fast as possible bc of the Hurricanes but I wasnt very please with the way Timberline handled fixing the issues. They originally sent a VERY unqualified man and a joke of a crew to finish out our house. That was a nightmare. The other two crews of guys spent the next 6 months fixing his mistakes. Over all my sales team experience was great, the office staff was mostly helpful and the second and thirdCrew of guys were awesome fixing things. If I ever purchase again Id definitely go with a different manufacturer and would only purchase from Timberline if they still have the finish crew that I liked.

Sarah was very helpful with our purchase. Our home was destroyed in hurricane Laura and she was so understanding and patient with our family. Would definitely recommend to our family/friends!

I Jodie Broussard purchased a home from Timberlines Formally Greg Tilleys after I lost my home in the 2016 Flood! Yes I had a few problems, But ! I have to say my problems are being solved! Sarah worked with me to get my home here! Ree her husband has worked with me also as far as a few repairs here! I love my home now! At first I was so lost and disappointed that I lost my old place ! But ! Now I am a Happy Person ! Yes! I do recommend Timberlines! You will also ! God Bless!! Jodie ! And I have to say,, Keith that does the repairs,, He is one Awesome person! He knows what he is doing!! That’s for sure!!

Do not buy a trailer from this place. As soon as they have their money they forget about you. My parents bought a trailer in November, installed January5th and they have still not had the skirting installed. The dish washer was installed incorrectly so it can’t close and leaks all over the floor. Huge cracks in the ceiling along with cabinets hanging from ceiling. We submitted our punch list and they basically said they couldn’t help. That they would be submitting it to Clayton homes with no word on who to contact or how the repairs would be completed. Basically as soon as the home was paid for we were on our own..

Staff was super friendly and helpful! My first home is absolutely perfect for me! Thanks for making everything happen in such a short amount of time! Highly recommend buying a home from them.

We bought a 2018 regulation it is beautiful, but not with the help of Marcus he was awesome .. anyone who wants a mobile home really needs to go here. Everyone is very nice and helpful. They do what they have to to get you into a home .. thanks again guys

Bought a mobile home from them years ago. Sara worked with my wife over the phone, when all the other dealers didnt want to give her the time of day. Sara also worked with us to get the paperwork straight. When the home was delivered, the manufacturer sent a husband and wife team from Alabama to fix the imperfections. They came on a Saturday and spent most of the day there. They did an excellent job, even changed the one drap and gave us a new set of drapes that would cover all the widows.I have always recommended Ree and Sara to everyone I know. They were so helpful.

1 star my tail! Been living in this house since May. 1st off we only bought this house because it was on the lot and we didnt have to order it. We lost our home last year and wanted to build but was gonna take to long so we settled for a mobile home with a firm agreement that they would come out and fix the cracks and whatever else. Quote I made sure I asked that because I didnt want a unfinished home. They made me turn In a paper within 30 days of everything I found wrong with it.which i did the person in charge of turning it in never did. no big deal!You would think they would wanna make it right. They sent someone out that did a shot job of floating sheetrock,and when painted used a dirty roller. Still needs a door that is missing which was said they had parts ordered and in Lie! The only thing that was great was the salesman after that you get treated like you never bought with them. Wish I could post pictures.

I was totally impressed!!! I went with my friend who was looking for a new manufactured home. Timberline was not here when we bought our home. What a shame!!

Horrible customer service. Lady named Sara is very rude, sarcastic, and nonchalant. They are very vague when asked questions and lie to buy themselves time. When caught up in those lies, they simply stop communicating with you. They made sure to deposit my down payment check the very first day it was given to them, but offered zero support throughout the process. Delay after delay after delay. Put my down payment in early May, it is currently late August and still no house. Their answer is “ we don’t know what’s going on”. DO NOT BUY HERE.** update**. 6 months later and still living in an unfinished house with a jacked up roof and cracked siding and no responses from employees**Don’t believe the fake reviews. We are speaking with a lawyer about legal action. Will update later with the outcome of that for people looking for REAL reviews

Our salesperson Marcus was such a sweetheart! Our emails and texts were answered in a timely manner and our home is wonderful! They walked us through every step and even checked on us after we moved in!

They say 1 thing and the paper work says different. Read your papers really good make sure all what you wanted is in there.

Interested in viewing two of the homes this morning...#16 & #17...but no sales people came out to greet us...only a man yelling out the window for us to go inside! Not exactly a good impression. Hope they are not working on commission. JS

Horrible service.....paid extra money to have a warranty for our ac unit and ive been trying to get mine fixed for over two weeks now....had nothing but trouble to get a tech out here. Also waited a week for my part to come in to be able to fix ac....mind you during the hottest time of the year, and still nothing. Will never recommend them to anyone.

I love all the mobile homes here dont know which to pick from cant wait to go back and get our home! Very very nice.

Great mobile home place that has the Customer truely in mind.no pressure laid back and very informative staff.they work with you every step of the way to make sure you clearly understand what is offered and the financial stuff.i personally recommend common sense lending for people who dont have the credit others look for to finance you.this company looks at your situation and line of non tranditional credit individually.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!We bought a home from these people and moved in way back in May. Today, on November 27th, Im literally floating sheet rock, installing doors, and fixing random things that they still have not fixed!

We absolutely love our new home from yall and Marcus demontre did everything he could to help us and make sure we got a good deal on our home thank u so much and all the other staff where very helpful no one was ever rude to us thanks for our new home its the best!

The houses are beautiful and they Def have to best prices in the Lafayette area. I see that there are quite a few people that say that they recieved bad service, but I disagree. We bought a home, recieved excellent service, and absolutely love it.

POOR QUALITY, OUR HOME IS FALLING APART AND IT IS LESS THAN ONE YEAR OLD. WE PAID OVER $55,000 AND I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN MY AUNTS ADVICE TO NOT BUY FROM THEM. OUR KITCHEN CABINETS ARE SO SMALL YOU CANNOT PUT A SILVERWARE HOLDER IN THEM, THE CABINETS ARE NARROW, CHEAP, AND WORTHLESS. THEY ARE PEELING NOT FROM PAINT, BUT BECAUSE THEY ARE MADE TO LOOK LIKE REAL WOOD AND THEY ARENT. THE MOLDINGS, TRIMMINGS ARE ALL COMING APART IN MY KITCHEN, YOU WOULD THINK WE LIVED HERE FOE TEN YEARS. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR PRODUCT. THE FOOTPRINTS ON THE INSIDE OF MY NEWLY DELIVERED HOME WAS THE FIRST CLUE THAT THEY DID NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCT. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

This company is doing a horrific job on a house that my friends just bought from them. Their first mistake was paying everything in advance. The house is not put together right at all and they want to blame everything on the manufacturing company. Which means they dont CHECK these things from the manufacturer before putting it in. They have even gone as far as threatening their customers. Horrible, horrible company with extremely rude employees. Would NOT recommend.

So disappointed in this company. Our daughter and son in law was looking at a home here. They were going to put down $25000 thats right $25000 the home they were looking at was a show home but apparently this was an inconvience to Tilleys. They didnt want to break down that home to sell a home. So they have found another home that was also a show home the company said no problem you want it we will sell it to you. Can you imagin a company not wanting to make money. I would not recommand this company!!!!!!! When young people work hard and look for their dream home dontlook at Tilleys
