If I only had 3 words to describe Laguna Home Theater it would be: Professional, Meticulous, Clean. I had Keith come out to do wiring for a 70 wall mounted TV at our new house in Newport. The guy did a great job, because he is such an honest person, his pricing is very good compared to lots of other people out there. Ive already recommended them to other friends looking to do electrical work and will use Keith again for future jobs.
Laguna Home Theater just installed surround sound and outdoor speakers for us. They were very efficient, professional and courteous. Even though ours was a small job, Keith came out to meet us and to do the estimate himself. Everything worked as promised. They cleaned up everything afterwards, reprogrammed my universal remote, and taught us how to operate everything. I am extremely satisfied with my experience, and will definitely use them when Im ready for a full blown home theater in the not too distant future! I would recommend these great guys without reservation.
The owner, Keith, was professional and attentive from the moment I called. I had a 65 LCD mounted and a Vienna Acoustics 5.1 surround sound system installed with all of my components mounted in a hidden-wired fashion floating in the middle of my wall underneath a console. The room is quite large, and he ran each of the surround speakers to a spot were Best Buy told me was impossible (which is why I called Laguna Home Theater in the first place . . . I wasnt getting the answers I wanted to hear from Best Buy). My system cost me almost $25,000 before installation, so to say I was nervous about the installer is an understatement. Now, I call him and refer him to every single friend I have who is in need of anything audio/video related. I cannot recommend highly enough.
I bought some new Sonos equipment yesterday... I called Keith and within 24 hours Laguna Home Theater had a very well qualified, professional technician here and in one service call, untangled the mess left from the previous owner and connected all components without a glitch! Amazing service by an amazing company.... Thanks guys
Keith with Laguna Home Theater was great.He came to my home and had a look to see what could be done about my family room. He listened to what I wanted and also gave his suggestions.After the visit he sent a proposal right away with all the costs. The next week I was ready to move forward, but I had a different idea than what we had talked about. He made these changes and did the job exactly how I wanted it.He even cleaned up everything, vacuuming included. Highly recommended!
