The very best pre-owned car buying experience EVER!.In 2017 my wife and I began to look for a surprise birthday gift for our sons 17th birthday. We did a lot of research and decided to look for a pre-owned Mercedes C-class 4 door sedan. We visited 4 or 5 pre-owned lots. The more we looked, the more discouraged we became. Many of the sellers lied about their cars. We would get to the lot and the cars never looked as good as the photos online. We met some shady used car dealers.Much time wasted, about to give up, we came across LAGUNA MotorsWe were skeptical at first. It was 60 miles away......There was not a direct office number, only the option to call for an APPOINTMENT ONLY. We called and left a message asking for an appointment. The car listed was exactly what we wanted for our son. Within a few hours, we received a call from Darshan, we made an appointment to see the car the next day and make the drive. Long story short, we got there, the car was perfect!Darshan was great. His no-pressure sales style was exactly what we needed. He gave us the keys to the car without any sales pitch. No sales talk. He told us to take our time to test drive the car, and let him know what we wanted to do. After test driving the car, we decided to buy it, and we did.A few weeks after having the car my son saw the check engine light came on. This was past the warranty, I was worried. We called Darshan, and without any hassle, Darshan sent a flatbed tow truck and picked up the car. He had the car serviced, and then he had an employee deliver the car back to our home.I told Darshan I would write a great review and I should have done this a long time ago. It has been on my mind and on my to-do list... Good luck getting ahold of this company. I called inquiring about a BMW and it took me days of calling, leaving messages, emailing, and messaging through TrueCar with no luck. Right when I was about to give up one of their salesman finally answered the phone. The car I was interested in was in getting maintenance but they expected it to be done by that day. The salesman took my contact info and said he would call me back. 5 days later nothing heard. I tried getting ahold of the company yesterday and today. Once again no luck.Frustrated and giving up. I have cash in hand and they know that. The car has issues that would.not apply because I am an out of state buyer.

Cant speak for Darshan (the business owner) but Terry (salesman) was extremely rude and condescending when I went to their previous dealership, now defunct PCH Auto Sports. The specific car I went to inspect had scratches, cracked bumpers, and dents, but suspiciously had a clean carfax. Thats fine, many people fix their cars through small parties, but Terry didnt have to lie to my face. I was contacted through Yelp from the unfortunate lady that purchased that same car a year later saying it had tons of mechanical problems. Just be wary when purchasing a vehicle through an unofficial, non-branded dealership like here. I personally feel safer buying private party and just paying for a professional and thorough pre-purchase inspection. In the end, I bought a better car elsewhere.

After making an appointment via text because nobody answers the phone I drove to Laguna Niguel from Huntington Beach. I get there and the car is not there. The owner of the company drives the car and thats the car that was for sale. After calling again and no answer the owner texts me that the car is not there and need to make another appointment. I came to Laguna Motors in hopes of purchasing a vehicle for an arrival of a new baby. I wanted something I could afford and could pay out of pocket. I ended up getting a Mercedes C class for 6 grand, I loved it so much and I was happy. But then obviously, Mercedes are very expensive maintenance wise.. and Darshan was so very helpful and understanding when I let him know I wouldn’t be able to maintain the vehicle (And he did offer to repair all issues!) and allowed me to exchange it. I then got a 2013 Honda Civic that I absolutely love. It had miles to suit my needs and easy, affordable maintenance! He was very kind in to let me finance a couple grand to pay off the vehicle! I really recommend Laguna Motors. If you’re looking for a private lot with few variety of vehicles with good prices.. Laguna Motors all the way. Another plus about buying a vehicle from Laguna Motors, you get warranty on the vehicle if you ever experience maintenance issues or even flats! Which other used dealerships I went to did NOT have this!! And the salesman was Darshan’s father-in-law, excuse me for forgetting his name, but he was very helpful with getting me to test drive the first time I came. And then Darshan’s father who helped me to test drive the Honda Civic and was way too friendly to me, I appreciate it!

Had an appointment at 1 but asked to arrive earlier, they said that it was fine. Got there an hour early then scheduled appointment and car was not in lot. They told me it would take 30-40min for car to arrive. Understandable because I was early. Came back at original appointment time and car was still not there. After 25min of waiting I decided to leave. Car still had not arrived.They did apologize and were very nice though.

Terry has a nice selection of used vehicles with prices that are very competitive. I have been researching for a few months and was surprised to find something so close. When I asked for more information, he was quick to respond. The SUV I was interested in was getting some work done on it and wasnt quite ready to see. Terry kept me updated and gave me first chance to check it out. I was able to inspect it and take it for a test drive right away. Everything was about as I had expected, but not exactly what I was looking for. Terry was friendly and helpful. I would recommend Laguna Motors if you are looking for a good deal without the pressure of a used car salesman.

Laguna Motors is the BEST pre-owned dealership Ive ever worked with. They make car buying easy!We first went to Laguna Motors to test drive and see a certain car we were looking for. Upon test drivIng that vehicle, we decided that it wasnt what we were looking for. Instead of pressuring us and trying to convince us to buy it, they suggested another vehicle, an Audi A4, which we ended up purchasing.About a week into driving the vehicle, we encountered a problem with the vehicle that needed major work to repair...at first we were stressed out, felt taken advantage of, and very frustrated. Most dealerships would have just put that responsibility on us to repair, but not Laguna Motors!! They told us to bring our vehicle to their mechanic and it would be taken care of. WHAT?!?! Totally unheard of!! But YES...you read correctly! They covered the cost of our repair, offered to pay for a rental, and even covered our first payment! A week later...I got my A4 back and it drives like a brand new vehicle!!If youre looking for a vehicle...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Laguna Motors. They stand by their vehicles and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your purchase. This dealership has no customer service if you look closely at their reviews it is consistently the same comments. Terrible customer service, they book appointments only to not show up to the appointments! They have literally a kid answering the phone. When asked to speak to a manager they said “NO” what kind of place who prides themselves in customer service denies a potential customer to speak with their management. I had been checking their website for a while, I love their inventory and every week the add different cars.My fiance bought a car there and he couldnt stop talking about it and how friendly they all were. So a few months later I bought my car there too. The best thing is that they were honest and didnt pushed me to make a decision right away, in fact, they told me to drive other cars to compare so I could be sure what I wanted. At the end they helped me make a decision, I knew I could trust them, plus they know what they are talking about.Once in a while a still check their inventory just for fun to see what cars they have. Im really happy with my Lexus SUV, all my family are jealous of me having that car.

The worst service ever!!!!!! At first I make an appointment and no body was there on time, then I bought a car with the compromise to fix the radio and AC and 2 days later it wasn’t fixed and I spoke with different people to deal with the car.....zero customer service!!!!Be careful is they want to sell you a Chevy Cobalt 2009 because it’s rusty parts inside the engine, the left window is not working plus the first things that I mentioned above!!!!!

By far the most amazing place to by a car in all of Orange County! They work as a team and they make you feel like you are apart of it. They make it known they are on your side and will go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. My financial situation is far from good. A other dealerships in the area, I was talked down too and made to feel silly for even thinking I was in a financial state to buy a car. Walking into Laguna Motors I was expecting to be treated the same way. I was very wrong! I was greeted by all the staff right away! Darshan is the gentleman that took care of me and boy did he! He made me feel comfortable and talked me through the whole process and went over all my options. He made me feel very knowledgeable. He made many phone calls and went to bat for me when it came to working something out with the banks. The process was so incredible and I walked away feeling better than ever. If could leave negative stars I would. We arrived for an appointment and saw the Porsche boxter backed into a spot in essentially a business park commercial building lot. It was filthy even though we had an appointment. We felt uneasy and left. When the sales person texted on whether we were close by we responded that we had decided to purchase another car and thanked him. What happened next is hilarious. Terry the sales professional became a junior high student and began a text rant to us. Calling us classless and liars. Very argumentative. If I could screenshot the exchange and post it here I would. He should be fired and a lot attendant hired to clean cars they have listed for sale prior to client appointments. Buyer beware.

I made an appointment on Tuesday to look at a car at 4:00 pm Friday. They confirmed it and said “sounds good”. Friday comes, I drive to their location and don’t see the car I came to look at in their designated spots. I call the number because I also cannot find the office which ended up being up inside an office building with multiple businesses inside. Anyways I called and a very young sounding man answered. I told him I am here for my appointment to look at the car and I can’t find the office and also don’t see the car parked anywhere outside. He told me he would text me instructions on how to find the office and didn’t say anything about the location of the car. He texted me the address again, which I already had and still didn’t address my concern about not seeing the car outside. I then walked upstairs and found their office. Inside I told the receptionist that I was the 4:00 appointment to see the Ford. And not only did she not have my appointment in her books but she also had no idea what car I was talking about. I proceeded to tell her I texted and made an appointment on Tuesday and she said “oh we sold that car on Wednesday”. Any good business would of let me know they sold the car instead of having me drive all the way out there to see a car that wasn’t there. In addition, the car was sold less than 24 hours after I made an appointment so it’s not like a long time had passed for them to forget and the reason they forgot must have been that they never wrote down the appointment in the first place! I took a chance after reading several poor reviews about this company’s terrible business model but I wanted to give them a chance. I am here to say I sincerely regret that decision and wouldn’t recommend anyone to waste their time here. Every staff member I encountered there seemed young but more importantly seemed very unqualified and inexperienced when speaking to customers. I’m glad I didn’t give them any of my money or any more of my time.

I was looking for a car and good financing although my credit wasnt that bad Darshan was able to fight for the interest rate and payment i wanted for my beautiful BMW 3 series and i couldnt be any happier !!! I would highly recommend Laguna Motors to all my friends and family. I was in desperate need of getting a SUV, I found Laguna motors had a large selection of them. My credit wasnt so good but they said they could help me out. As I was out test driving some of the cars they were hard at work on my paperwork. The one thing that takes so long at big dealerships is waiting for the paperwork and going up the chain of command, from one manager to another. This did not happen to me, after I picked the SUV I wanted, they already had made the decision and I was a new owner of my Tahoe. The paperwork was done in less that 30 minutes and I was on my way.

Fast processes yes buying a vehicle anywhere is a fast processes if you find what youre looking for . I am extremely disappointed with this dealership drove about an hour and half to come see the vehicle the gentlemen here are not honest at all with you they just want to make the sell, First the 2010 infiniti G37x (black) i purchased had no oil inside the vehicle and was told they had just done the service FALSE, Second the tire pressure light was on and i had asked if they can fix this before i drive back home, they said of course 30 min later as we finish paper work they come back with my vehicle and say just drive a little and the light will disappear got home more than an hour drive light was still on comes out to be that the tire senor battery was broken multiple $350+ a piece, still havent changed them . of course they knew what was wrong with the vehicle just didnt tell me . Third till this day i have no received my licenses plates and my lien holder has not received the clean title, after being told YOU will have EVERYTHING by June 27th, vehicle was purchased in April just goes to show what kind of dealership this is . Worst dealership experience. Great vehicles, horrible staff would never recommend or purchase again .

This was by far the best and most easy going car shopping experience ever. When my husband told me a particular vehicle we had been shopping around for online popped up at a dealership near our home for a very good price and wanted to go look at the vehicle the next day I was hesitant because I hate going to car dealerships. But since it was in our neighborhood at such a good price I agreed and we made an appointment the next day. Most of the similar vehicles we were looking at online were either very far away or more expensive. When we arrived I was pleasantly surprised it wasn’t a typical dealership. It’s very laid back and there’s not a bunch of salesmen standing around waiting to haggle you. We literally pulled up and text that we had arrived. Darshan came out and was very friendly. He handed us the keys and told us to go ahead and take our time driving the car around and when we’re done drop off the keys to the office and if we had any questions to let them know. We loved the vehicle so we went to the office. There was already a customer with Darshan who was the one handling sales that day. We handed the keys to the receptionist and she asked how we liked the vehicle. There was no pressure to buy the car. You just hand them the keys and if you’re not interested you just leave but in our case we loved the car so we waited. Paperwork took less than 30minutes. We wanted to add a few things and we got it (Bluetooth and a longer warranty). We even negotiated a lower price even though the price was already very competitive. We did pay cash so maybe that’s why it went so smooth. We don’t normally buy used but for such great quality of the vehicle at such a competitive price we hope to buy used again from this same dealership. The car we bought was a GMC Denali. We are expecting our third child soon so we wanted to buy an SUV with plenty of space. We love it.

It was a really fast but efficient process to get my girlfriend and I a car which was really great since shes been struggling to get one from anywhere and Ownership is really good, making sure everything was in order and personally checking for any problems that may arise. Im definitely going to come here when I save up myself.

I went into the place kind of scared because other car dealerships have said no to me from the situation I have but Darshan was able to get me the car I wanted and for a good price, hes been helping me along the way with getting whatever needs fixed. I live in Colorado. I found the exact vehicle in the make, model, year, engine, and transmission that I wanted at this dealership. I saw it online and had to buy it! I was presented with the inspection performed on it a couple of months prior. I emailed a sales rep, docu-signed a few papers, wire transfered my payment, and the vehicle was mine in less than 24 hours! It got here two weeks later (shipping companies were a bit of a pain to work with), but everything is exactly as described! Wouldnt hesitate to buy another car from here. Maybe next time Ill fly out and drive it back!

I dont usually leave reviews but I have to give credit where its due and they will give you the best price for your trade in. They sell mid to high end cars here and as long as you have a decent car theyll give you the best price for your trade in. I would highly recommend anybody to never trade your car into the dealer and trade/sell it at Laguna Motors ask for Darsaun.2nd I was in the market for a Lexus and they had the exact same car I wanted. After being lied to by multiple reputable Lexus dealership, I was fed up and found Laguna Motors. I contacted them directly and dealt with Darsaun. I told him I had a trade in and texted him pictures of my car and he offered me a great trade in without even seeing my car. As long as I wasnt lying about the condition of my car his offer stands. And all these stupid dealership force you to come in so they can evaluate your car and rip you off on your trade in. Darsaun was straight up and did not beat around the bush and he was even willing to just buy my car and take the money to a different dealership to buy a car if I had a better price.To be 100% I had a better deal, but the fact that the Lexus dealership wasted my time and jacked up the price on my original offer because they CPO the car without even telling me and I still went with Darsaun and Laguna Motors instead, and now own a 2008 Lexus GX and Love it!Thanks Brother!

Usually Im in the dealer for like 3 hours goin back and forth. The manager (i think) Darshawn(?) didnt discount much but he was cool af and straight forward with the whole process. He really broke the whole deal down so I understood the financing terms. It felt like buying a car from a friend or family member. Homeboy met me at 10pm to sell me a car lol. The location is a little different. Its not like a regular car lot. They rent an office and you go into an office. Its nice and clean but I had to call because I got lost. I think on your website you guys should let everyone know exactly where the place is at. Other than that no complaints. I like no pressure and again you got me approved on my dream truck so thats all that mattered to me. If you guys get a Dodge Challenger hemi I need one for my wife hit me up!

I am a first time car buyer. I am just staring out in adulthood and I had never experienced the car buying process before. needless to say i was a bit intimidated and scared i would be taken advantaged of because i am young, however that was not the case with Laguna Motors. Terry and Darshan walked me through the entire process and worked with me through my not very established credit. I will refer all friends and family here!

Drove almost two hours to see a car I had made an appointment to see. When I got there they said they had sold it. Didn’t even have the courtesy to inform me that it was sold so I could atleast not come or turn around. The gentlemen who bought the car didn’t even make an appointment.
