This store is awesome, I’ve been going here for 6 years and I have always been pleased. Great eyelash selection, I’ve been buying the same lipgloss for a year now and it’s my favorite. I really like the hair care products as well, I take a lot of collagen and biotin pills which make my hair frizzy. Their products seem to make that stop, I can let my hair down.

Excellent the place was neat and clean. The sales girls was very knowledgeable. Nice sale person. Have almost all products regarding beauty you ask for they have it. I love this place.

If I could give less stars I would. These employees couldnt be less interested who walked through the door. They just wanted to talk about how Mormons werent their cup of tea basically and how to use them to get them to help you move. IM A MORMON!!! I should sue your asses off!! Do you have any idea how unwelcome and insulted I felt? Our purpose is to be helpful, yes, to show you that people in the world will still help you without wanting anything in return. Not for use and to laugh about later! And at work no less in front of one who came in there to spend money! I left! No thank you! Others will be happy to take my money!

Super friendly staff

Worst customer service I have ever had! I walked in and told them we needed help with extensions and got absolutely no help. The extensions are locked onto the bar they hang on so you cant move them to even see if they are the right color or not. After 30 minutes of trying to use my cell phone light to see around the glare on the boxes, I went to the counter where I was obviously an annoyance to the person who worked there. I asked to see the package that I think might match and without saying anything, the clerk unlocked it, pulled it out of the box about 3 inches and shoved it back in saying final sale. At that point I was so angry that I just made the purchase and left. Of course the extensions turned out to be the wrong length, so the unacceptable customer service cost me $150. If I ever receive this bad of customer service anywhere in the future I will walk out immediately.... lesson learned!
