All the Ladies here are so helpful. I left my wallet purse in the bag and one of the ladies found it in the basket in the parking lot and brought it in. Now thats honesty for ya! Whenever Ive went there, they are always so helpful when I cant find something

This store is the best Smart and Final I have ever seen across the US but last two weeks I see a lot of additional items in my family receipts that we have never bought. I now have to keep an eye on each purchase

Super convenient supermarket across the street from where I currently work. Produce is always fresh and there is always a sale on sparkling water. I was happy to see the velvet rope for Covid taken down and simple little arrows and space divider stickers for the checkout lanes. It has a comfortable feeling and it has been my lunchtime spot for two years now. It will soon be time to move on to my next thing, but I will remember the life lessons from this neighborhood spot for life.

I cut down my shopping from costco and started shopping at SMart and Final, I saved $500 per month. They sell in bulk same as costco and so much more. The cashiers are great, they are so nice and friendly. I have been shopping here for 1 year, I have never been disappointed. BTW, so many fake reviews.

This store is stocked with everything you could possibly need! The produce is fresh and well stocked. Meat, Fish and Poultry are fresh. The customer service is excellent and the cashiers are always friendly!! My only complaint is they freeze certain buns (ie cibata buns) and rolls from time to time. When I arrive early in the AM the rolls are often still slightly frozen and cool to the touch. When I get them home after theyve fully defrosted, the bread product is often mealy and unappetizing! Thats not cool!!! Bread should be fresh or tossed, not frozen over and over again!! Other than that this place is great!!

Strange lady works as a checker, she sits outside by the door on the sidewalk smoking, looks sketchy to me, we no longer shop there.

I shopped here for Instacart, now Im going to for myself! Great store!!!

I would suggest to go to Albertson across the street instead of Smart and Final in Laguna Niguel on Crown Valley !In my experience - twice in a past month I got some milk there and it was sour . It doesnt worth my time to go back and return it, I will just avoid this store.

Dont waste your time with this place. Never coupon shop and made a special trip. They did not honor their advertising.Plus it smells bad in here.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Asked for 2 items and they walked me to one and did best to try to find other that happened to be sold out. Prices are good if you dont feel like fighting crowds at big box stores.

Awful service when recycling is about, I went to buy and since I saw the recycling ad in the window I brought my empty bottles (39, not that much) there (Smart and Final: Alicia and Crown Valley), then I made the line and I paid for my groceries and I said to the cashier if she could do the thing with the recycling then she called to “the manager” I think, a guy who asked me if I had count the bottles and I said no but I can do it right away and this guy said not here, go to the last part, at the end of the supermarket!!!! I said why??? It takes less than a minute to do it and I was in the line like the others. He looks me like he is made me a favor!!!! So my concern is if the company doesn’t like to recycling why show the advertising about it....everybody should to do it but in those conditions and with that attitude better don’t do it!!!!

This grocery store sucks! No selection, produce is terrible, no pricing on shelves (barely anyway). No joke I was even afraid 2 purchase meat here.....I walked out. For bieng a descent area this grocery store shouldnt even b selling food anyway.

Freaking awesome! All the benefits of shoping bulk, but they also have non behemoth sizes as well. Their organic produce selection rivals normal grocery stores for a fraction of the price! I really hope they do enough business to keep this place open because it is awesome! Bye bye Ralphs!

The store was empty but still had to wait! I saw an empty line with only the cashier. I handed her the 1 item, oatmeal and she did not ring it up. She then says it will be a few minutes . Keep in mind I have 1 item and ask her why? She replied Im holding the line for someone. WHAT TRAINING DO CASHIERS AT SMART AND FINAL HAVE. A minute later the customer gets behind me and cashier says I gotchu gurrl and helps her. During my ring up, no words said to me like the expected Thank you. Clearly, Smart & Final does not want my business.

Only came in for a clove of garlic & most were either rotten (squishy) or sprouted.

There was only one checker, huge line of people, all of our groceries were getting crunched by the checkout belt. Then our stuff was getting checked out before previous peopld were charged. Our checker looked overwhelmed and exhausted. We needed at least two others for the people.
