First class service. Our rug was by no means simple to clean as it was very delicate. They came to check it out, warned that it may not get as clean as wed hope because it was a difficult fabric to clean, but then brought it back looking brand new. Super knowledgeable, caring, and just a wonderful customer experience. Took in a 6x9 Turkish Hereke for cleaning, and fringe and edge repair. Kourosh was very informative and helpful in deciding on the scope and scale of the work. He did not try to upsell or provide a service that wasnt needed. Very courteous and extremely knowledgeable about rugs in general. He showed me some examples of repairs done to rugs waiting to be picked up that were more extensive than what I needed done, and as a result, I felt very comfortable that they knew what they were doing. The prices are very fair and Kourosh is willing to work with you. Kourosh willingly discussed many of the Persian rugs he had on display (and some for sale), and I received an impromptu education. When complete, the rug repairs were unnoticeable, blending seamlessly with the rest of the rug, returning the rug to like-new condition. In sum, very professional and engaging and worth your time and money.

I recently had one rug cleaned by these guys and was very pleased with the result. I had a second rug done, and once again had a good experience. They are friendly, professional, and above all, do quality work. I asked if they could repair a little section of the edge where the thread had come off, and they offered to do that for no extra cost if they had a matching thread. I was very happy to see it was done.

Dont trust anyone else with your valuable rugs! I called to see if they could clean two Beni Ourain rugs. They both had some pet stains and one of my rugs is quite old with loose fringe. SoCal Rug masters repaired the fringe perfectly and imperceptibly. They cleaned both immaculately. They are now beautiful vintage rugs in perfect shape! They are in better condition than the day I bought them and will now last possibly hundreds of years. SoCal rugs even advised me on the best way to clean and maintain them to keep them in top shape! They were even able to make it happen in a tight time frame due to some guests staying at my home. Im thrilled!

Kourosh is very professional and knows a great deal about rugs and their origins as well as their value. He also answered my questions about restoration work I might want to consider. My persian rug had to be cleaned and I found Socal Rug Masters who provided me with outstanding service with a reasonable price. They were also very knowledgeable and they were able to repair and restore fringes of my rug that had been worn out over the years. I visited their location at Laguna Niguel which is just a few minutes from my house and I dropped off my rug. I can certainly recommend this business for anyone who has persian or oriental rugs that require cleaning.

He was able to restore it to an unbelievable condition!Additionally, he repaired the rug and gave me great advice and educated me about things I hadnt noticed, for example, he pointed out where the rug was coming apart from ithe side cord . I have a Persian rug that I have had cleaned at 3 different locations and this was by far the best result and experience I have had. Not only did Koroush pick up and drop off my rug but, he was able to get some deep stains out that others told me would be permanently set in. I highly recommend him if you are as meticulous about your rug as me!

So glad I decided to take my rug here, Kourosh knows rugs and does qualify work. He charged me for two corners but reinforced all four with out me even asking - will only take rugs here from now on.

My daughter’s beautiful rug she loves is just like new!! We thought it was ready for the dumpster after my dog ran back and forth, inside and outside into the mud, for 6 hours on a rainy day!! Previously, I had spilled a big mug of tea on it which didn’t help either. But then we found Kourash and Leila at SoCal Rugmasters and, MAGIC!! It’s just like new!! We made the huge mistake of bringing in a carpet cleaner first and he just chewed it up. Turns out, a rug is NOT carpet!! Kourash was so kind and helpful and didn’t promise anything. He thought he could get out the stains but we knew there was a possibility it wouldn’t work. You can imaginye our shock, joy & happiness when we arrived to pick it up.
