Theres a young girl working as customer service rep and she is nice. They say they offer DHL services and I called on the phone and the man said he could help me ship via DHL. Once there, the guy working there did not try to help me send a return item to China. The young girl needed help and he walked away carelessly and negligently. That was very unprofessional and ill mannered.
