I think they need more help. but the store is really clean and they ahve nice cheap stuff. great for me, will come again.

Tried to EXCHANGE 3 boxes I purchased the day before. I was helped by the same clerk, I have proof of purchase on my phone and yet Lorraine (the manager) said no. I was just trying to exchange, not even a return, to a smaller version of the boxes. I thought they would be more understanding, guess not.

Inexpensive do dads, good for kids party supplies, Easter stuff and household items

I like the products in which I can choose and buy was a buck!!! Ive been looking at several dollar trees for Vit D and this location had it. I bought 5. 😊 The inside was like many others that i have been to. Small, and messy. I suppose you have to roll with it and with employees who arent the most charming. It pays to be nice to the employees and not just there. Everywhere. It could make their day and inspire a trickle down effect. All in all, my visit served its purpose.

Stopped by to pick up some Halloween items for the next year. They normally have them at a highly discounted price but I was too late. Plenty of Christmas items if youre looking for those items. Great parking and other stores as well. 👍🏻

Awesome store...very clean and organized...

They have great Jamaican Beef patties but seem to have a hard time keeping them in stock. Been to the store twice and they are sold out. Maybe they need to rethink how many cases they should order as other varieties do not sell as well.

I ordered $241.00 worth of goods on line and had it shipped to the store. On Saturday April 28 I went in to pick it up. There were two lines so I got into one. After waiting for 10 minutes my turn came. I told the cashier I needed to pick up my order and she said I needed to see the manager (Lorraina) who happened to be working the other register. I asked for her and she told me I would have to wait until she finished her line. Now I had been patiently waiting for 10 minutes, people were just getting in her line and I had to wait even longer. I told her I had been waiting and longer than the people in her line and she turned her back and ignored me. I became furious and told her she cant just ignore me and then she said I had to understand her position. I told her no, she had to understand my position. Now I am steaming made. She made me wait and then more people kept coming to her line and I was forced to wait. Finally one last lady got in her line and I said I have to wait for this person as well, now waiting over 25 minutes. She closed her register and went to get me items. Another 20 minute wait. She finally came back with items on a hotel style cart and said here are your items, no review to make sure they were accurate. I was parked in the first spot and she told me I couldnt remove the cart from the store, I would have to carry out the 16 plus boxes or move them to a small shopping cart that would require 4 trips. Terrible service. When I got home to boxes were missing. I called her immediately and she said she would call someone and get to me.Terrible experience. Not worth the savings.

There is never carts. All carts meant for customers are always filled with to be stocked merchandise.

It has a big selection

Rude, indifferent staff. (Specifically Lorrana). No rhyme or reason to opening other registers when there are a lot of people in line. (Letting everybody from the end of the line into the new line). The Alicia location is old, but blows this place out of the water.
