Everyone at Advanced Ear Care is excellent at what they do. They are so friendly & helpful. They go out of their way to serve their customers. If you think youre going to save money by buying hearing aids on the internet, think again. You will sacrifice all the free service provided by Advanced Ear Care when you purchase your aids through them.

I highly recommend Stuart Spencer at Advanced Ear Care! I had been experiencing difficulty with my Audible hearing aids connecting to my phone and in the Thrive app. Stuart was very knowledgeable and was able to solve the problem and showed me what I need to do should it occur again. He also adjusted my hearing aids so that now I can hear better than ever! The waiting area is very nice and the receptionist is great also. She was able to give me an appointment for the same day I called. Great service!!!

I gave Advanced Ear Care five stars not only because I am totally satisfied with my new hearing aidsbut also because of the wonderful staff here in Laguna Woods.I could never imagine that I would be this happy with hearing aids. However, I took Isaacs recommendation and they are so wonderful I dont even know Im wearing them.Isaac is not only a knowledgeable and most competent hearing aid specialist ... he is also very personable.Susie always greets me with a smile when I come in the door. She is wonderful and is very personable and warm.Mike has been extremely helpful and efficient when I needed information about previous visits.Advanced Ear Care has been a wonderful experience in every way possible. And I am going to refer them to all of my friends who wear hearing aids.

I dropped in yesterday to see if they could fix the “whooshing” sound emanating from my hearing aids. I had accidentally put them through the washer and dryer after leaving them in a pants pocket. The staff who assisted me were very kind. My hearing aids were taken immediately to what I think was a dehumidifier and in 5 minutes the problem was solved. They even put in new batteries and would accept no payment from me.I am definitely going there when it’s time for my next hearing test. The staff is efficient and friendly and their clinic is spotless.

First let me say this is one first class outfit. And all the staff are fantastic! Sarah has been my go to hearing pro for quite a few years now. I’ve even traveled from AZ to see her. Mike is amazing and super helpful when Sarah is not in that day.My recent event involves all on phone help!!!I had a slip and fall on a boat. Long story short; my hearing aids went over and to the bottom of the bay. 12’+ at high tide. They were down there in the mud. My diver was able to come and look after 24 hours. He was not able to find my glasses but found both hearing aids. I followed instructions for a hopefully good outcome. Well; 24 hours later with Sarah and the staff helping I had two working hearing aids! Like new!Now, I do not recommend this process for cleaning your hearing aides on any way. I’m just very impressed with the product. Over 4 years old now and like new.Thank you all!

I was not looking forward to the ordeal of getting my hearing tested. But I have to say that everyone I had contact with, both on the phone and in person, made it a pleasant experience. They were friendly and hospitable but, to me, the most important aspect of the experience is that they were honest and helpful. They did not make me feel like they were just trying to sell me something. They showed high integrity in recommending what is right for me, not what is best for them. For me to recommend this kind of service to people it cannot just be, OK, it must be extraordinary. I have no reservations in recommending Advanced Ear Care to anyone who may be concerned about hearing issues.

I was having some difficulty with my new I phone as I had a android previously and I lost my ability to adjust my hearing aids via my phone. I phoned and Mike said to come on down an he would assist me which I did but there was further adjustments to accomplish in my house using the transmitter.. I returned home and Mike & I talked on the phone but I simply could not accomplish the task. Mike said..let me come up and fix it for you! He did and within several minutes he solved the whole problem and now I can hear the TV directly into my hearing aids and can adjust the volume and or switch from ear to ear. Wonderful service... and I have had that type of service from Steve et.al for many years I have worked with Advanced Ear Care.

The nicest people you will ever work with!I knew my hearing wasn’t good and got the run around for literally years. My ears looked good, so nothing must be wrong. Saw Advanced Ear Care was doing hearing tests. Finally! Someone could tell me what was wrong! Worked with me to get what I needed, just because they knew I needed it. I took my father who has hearing aids and has been having difficulty hearing even with his aids on. We were running late for our appointment and the staff graciously allowed us to come on in. They were extremely informative, and gave great information on how to maintain high quality hearing by changing the filters (which my dad did not know he should be doing), gave him some extra filters so he can avoid any further issues. They were so pleasant and kind; just one of the nicest experiences with a healthcare facility Ive experienced in a long time.

I have had severe hearing loss in one ear for many years and have tried multiple hearing aids trying to correct it. He was able to prescribe a hearing aid that corrected that profound loss and gave me stereo hearing again for the first time in years. Just to see…Oh, oh - yes I really need help. The dear person helping me must have been a psychiatrist also, she just calmed me, fitted me and 2 weeks later I had my first pair. After that it was easy to go back with questions and assurances.Now, I am on my 2nd pair. Love it. I have had several generations of hearing aids from them and all have worked well and / or were serviced with minimum down time.8/11/2020 had scheduled check-up with newest staff member; he did excellent job as usual in servicing my hearing aids and providing me with information about the new Livio Al aids, the only question remaining is if these aids come in the in the channel configuration which I prefer. The Starkey literature only show behind the ear. I look forward to hearing if in the ear is possible.

I had an outstanding experience when I visited Advanced Ear Care. The receptionist was extremely polite and friendly. The technician was very knowledgeable and put me at ease because I had a piece of my older hearing aid break off and lodge in my ear canal. He was gentle and removed the rubber tip. I LOVE! my new hearing aids from Advanced Ear Care! What technology they have evolved into! No batteries, just put in charger overnight! Several settings for the environment you might change to - such as RESTAURANT or STADIUM. Also several levels of decibels. I found the Audiologist and others to be very friendly and observing of social rules for this pandemic in which the country finds itself. I highly recommend this office.

I have been a customer for about 8+ years since early 2012. I started out w/ one hearing aid, and several years later Stuart performed a hearing test which showed that I needed 2 hearings aids. So I got the Starkey Audibel Platinum behind the ears. I just upgraded them per the discount sale to the Audibel Via Edge Al 2400 behind the ear aids. They are very impressive and I love how they have improved my hearing. there are multiple adjustment that you can do via the Thrive app. Advanced Ear has exceptional outstanding customer service and Suzi at the front desk is great. Anytime I need an adjustment or repair, I have been able to get right into the office. Mike has been very helpful too. And when Brandon was there, he was also very helpful.

The Audibel Via Al 2400 Rechargeable Digital hearing aids are beyond amazing! In October, 2019, Stuart Spencer introduced me to this new wireless hearing aid technology that he felt would benefit my hearing situation. Not only do I get more power and clarity but I receive my cell phone calls through my hearing aids and no longer have to struggle with answering my phone calls the old way. One of the many important features with this technology is that if I happen to fall, my hearing aid is programmed to call my emergency person. So important! I have trusted Stuart Spencer at Advanced Ear Care for over twenty years with my hearing aid needs and I highly recommend his professionalism and expertise along with his friendly and exceptional office staff. My 80 year old mom & I both went in for the free hearing tests they offered, expecting them to try to sell us something whether we really needed it or not. Instead, we were told neither of our hearing warranted hearing aids, which matched the results at a different company three weeks earlier as my mom was in for a second opinion & was interested in a tendinitis masker. She was told that a masker would cost her about $2500, but there was no guarantee it would mask the roaring in her ears as it works for some, but doesnt for many; & that since the noise in her ears is improving, the evaluator/consultant wouldnt recommend spending that kind of money at the level of irritation she is currently experiencing. We left paying nothing & no sales pressure. We were shocked! Additionally, the gentleman that tested our ears was very professional & knowledgeable, yet personable, and the lady at the front desk was very friendly. What a refreshing experience. We definitely recommend Advanced Ear Care for an honest & thorough evaluation!

I came in because they advertised a free test. They would not give me the results of the audiogram, nor tell me which words I repeated back incorrectly. Once I suspect was deaf, which I heard as death. But they wouldnt confirm, they then called a remote doctor. Not impressed at all. Their prices were unbelievable high included one deal for $8298. When I asked for explanations was told I was upset. Told I was asking to be told I didnt have a problem. They ignored my statements that I had Tinnitus. I do not recommend this place at all.

The people at Advanced care are not only good at what they do but the nicest caring people around. I have had a couple adjustments on my hearing aid and Stewart always walks me through what is going on and takes time to get it right. Absolutely the best. Would not go anywhere else. My experience with Advanced Ear Care was excellent. They have the state of art equipment to test your hearing and com up with a precise hearing aid solution and then regularly check and adjust your hearing aids. Stuart and Brando are both trained professionals and have excellent knowledge in this field. They both have enormous patience in working with their clients and they try to come up with the best answer for your problems no matter how many time you go back to them.

Stuart and his team have become like family. Going to their office feels like visiting my sister’s house - there are always freshly baked cookies and coffee, thanks to Suzi and Mike. And if you schedule your visit for a Friday, you’ll get to meet Nellie.My wife, Sandi, was fitted for Livio AI hearing aids about nine months ago and they have changed both of our daily lives (our relationship) for the better. I was surprised by the positive difference it made for us to once again be able to speak with each other in a normal tone. We drop by the office every three months or so for Stuart to install any firmware updates and fine-tune their programming specifically for Sandi’s hearing ability. He can tell exactly how she’s been using them from the data they record and they talk about her experience using them - what she liked or didn’t like and what could be better. They also get a thorough cleaning during these visits and Mike is always available to answer questions and to demonstrate their features. He happens to be an expert at how these hearing aids operate, as he uses them as well. All of this attention means they just keep working better for Sandi.These are sure not your grandfather’s hearing aids. Stuart travels to some of the most remote corners of the world to bring the blessing of restored hearing to impoverished children who would otherwise never be able to interact normally with their family and friends.I just wrapped up a thirty-five year career as an industrial process engineer. I’m due to get my hearing aids this year and I don’t need to even consider going anywhere else. The Livio AI’s are the most technologically advanced devices available, these are genuinely nice people and this is truly a special place.

I have been their client for the last 6 years and purchased 2 hearing aids from them.I am very happy with the service, they check my hearing aids once every 6 month andclean my ears at no cost to me. They are always there when I need them.I have recommended them to 2 friends who also have hearing problem.I purchased a hearing aid through medicare from another company, the service is nothing like the service I get from Advanced Ear Care

At my February 2020 appointment, Advanced Ear Cares Sarah Rhee did a great job of adjusting my hearing aids so that I now hear better. She spent extra time having me close my eyes and verify words she spoke - then fine tuning the aids to improve the performance even more.
