The folks here were super friendly. I needed a minor repair and they did it on the spot and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this place.

After having someone run into our car in a parking lot, we found out that not all body shops would work on Teslas. Thankfully, Kaanapali Collision agreed to work on our car without hesitation. They kept us informed throughout the process, and finished on time. They are extremely efficient and do amazing work. The car looked like new when the work was completed. I would recommend them highly.

Not at all professional. Amanda is very rude and curt. She poses no professionalism at all. Her underlying attitude is we dont need your business.I am sure she has repeat customers who she values and their referrals, but I need to be quite forward as to what I experienced. Perhaps these reviews are friends or customers asked to write a good review for a discount.I was quite surprised. I had my car repaired at the shop at the end of last year because they are one of the only companies sanctioned by my insurance company in the area. If it was not for convenience, I would have walked away.I dont care to give money to a company who treats customers poorly. I heard Amanda on the phone with other customers, and she was equally as disrespectful. Maybe she was having a bad day, but that is no excuse. We all work hard for our money and choose where to spend it.If you want quality, they are OKIf you want professionalism, I give them a zero.It is a personal choice, but I feel there are many others companies that do a terrific job and can be pleasant and patient with their customers.My anticipate, the response to this review will be nasty, but I see this is the way they respond to poor reviews. This is the best place to get your car fixed!!! Fast and friendly, great workmanship! They went the extra mile for me with a difficult insurance company and adjustor. Amanda made sure they paid what they should and that I didnt.

Came to this place for the first time, someone hit my car, Amanda was great. Super nice, helpful and Honest. Super stoked and will def. be a return customer shall anything happen in the future. HIGHLY recommend this place! During my last day in Maui with my fiancée, our parked rental Jeep was hit in the rear bumper, leaving a relatively large dent. The person that hit our Jeep took off and we weren’t sure what to do to remedy the situation. We decided to try an auto repair shop by our resort and it was the best decision we could have made. As soon as we walked in, Judy greeted us warmly and asked how she could help; Amanda then gave us an estimate within several minutes. We were a bit short on time as our flight was leaving later that day and they found a way to fit us into their schedule to repair our bumper in 2 hours. And on top of that, Judy gave us a ride back to our resort!!! We feel very lucky to have driven by this Kaanapali Collision as they treated us with great care. We can’t thank you enough!

What a great experience. Just had the front bumper repaired on my Subaru Outback. Got in me in and out in less than a day for far less than I thought it might be. I cannot recommend them enough.

Took my rental car to Kaanapali Collision. Had a dent in the bumper, the kind the rental company frown upon. They did a great job fast and inexpensive. Took a load off my mind knowing I dont have to deal with the evil empire.

Beware of selective aloha service. Seems BMW vehicles and owners get prefered treatment over toyota owners.

When I took my Lexus in for body work this wee, it looked older (2004) and more than a bit worse for wear. Three days later (and on schedule), my car now looks almost brand new. Kaanapali Collision worked diligently with me to not only complete the front bumper repair (covered by insurance) but also to fix the back bumper(numerous nicks and bruises, both headlights (very foggy and discolored) and both side mirrors (delaminating), at very little additional cost to me beyond my insurance proceeds. They also washed the car, thoroughly polished the windows inside and out and cleaned the dashboard. It was almost as if my car had been repaired and detailed. Excellent, honest service at a fair price... that is a perfect example of aloha!

They helped me out in a major pinch, friendly down-to-earth owner and manager. Recommend.

Lifesavers! Snagged the valance on my rental car and about tore the front end off. Simple problem really, but not when youre on vacation. No real damage mind you, but the rental car company probably would have charged me $1500. Popped it back on for $50.
