Nice and clean drugstore. A very nice lady helped me choosing some hair repair conditioner and she was really kind and sweet. She was an expert and could give me some very good advices and before leaving she gave me some samples to try home. I will certainly go back again! Thank you

Elderly man behind the photo counter is rude! You don’t need to explain that my prints won’t be done in 5hours because the staff from last night did not do their job. That is something internal that shouldn’t be said to a customer. Terrible customer service. Did not even bother to pick up prints later that day. Everyone else in the store was very nice and welcoming except for him.

The photo department staff at the Walgreens/CVS in Lahaina are rude!The initial young lady who helped was pleasant and is the reason for the two start, alone she would get four. However, the afternoon supervisor on Jan 7th and the clerk on the morning of Jan 8th were condescending and blaming me for their errors. The story is boring and long so Ill just say that when I described my encounters with these ladies to two other people they laughed and related similar stories! Whats with this? Is it a management issue, are these people punished for mistakes and so blame the customer rather than accepting fault so they dont get into trouble, or are they just that arrogant! Id recommend going elsewhere for your photo needs.

The pharmacy staff is great. In particular Odessa she went out of her way to help me!

Extremely rude pharmacy staff!My wife was seen by a doctor today at 7:00pm who was very concerned for a rapidly worsening condition. He fulfilled a prescription and stated it was URGENT she gets her prescription as quickly as possible, so we went straight to get the prescription filled and came in today, December 19th, and was in the pharmacy a few minutes before they closed. When my wife came up to the counter and gave them her prescription, they got super mad that we came in right before close for an urgent prescription and a woman (short, middle-aged, short hair) behind the counter, literally rolled her eyes at my wife and said oh my god! when my wife turned it in, and then said Im going to shut this and abruptly shut the counter window and mumbled much more under her breath from behind the counter window.Avoid this place like the plague. I dont typically use Walgreens and now never will again, other pharmacists definitely are more understanding and flexible.

I forgot to get my prescription filled at home before I left, so I went in and they were great about it. I was in and out on 20 minutes. The pharmacist were super friendly. Thanks!

The store is clean and the people who work in the store are great. The Pharmacy, well thats an entirely different story. The Pharmacist would not order the medication I needed and have been taking for years. Even after I said I now live in Lahaina and would be coming each month. Never ever did I have a pharmacist not wish to help me like this. He wouldnt ask the Kahului store to pouch over the meds that they had in stock either. Why? Then for my sons medication I was treated like a criminal each time I went to get it. I understand that they needed to see my ID once or twice but each flippin time? The Central Maui Pharmacy where everyone in their mama goes and they are super old school, took my ID one time and scanned it into their system. Come on Walgreens, get with the times! They are always very rude, not willing to follow up on our insurance co-pay being just 7 bucks, and we had this insurance for over 23 years from the Union so you know its the best. Uneducated rude pharmacy techs who acted like doing their job was such an inconvenience for them. I had to basically do all the thinking for them and direct them on how to do their job each time I visited (around 5) NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS STORE! POHO THE PHARMACY!

If you want to keep any of you money, do not under any circumstances fill your prescription at WALLGREENS! I had to purchase Imitrex tablets for migraine relief and made the mistake of believing their advertising and not price shopping. 100mg tablets at Wallgreens cost $240.00 for 20 tablets. Thats &12.00 per tablet. Across the street at Longs Drugs the cost was $116.00 for 27 tablets. Thats $4.29 per tablet. Thats 275% more at Wallgreens. Same exact pill, same exact manufacturer. When I inquired about this at the pharmacy I was told that Wallgreens corporate is aware of this and it is their policy to charge that much. I for one will never spend another penny at Wallgreens. And we all wonder why health insurance is so high that we cant afford to get it!
