Joshua was by far the best rep I have ever had!!!! And I have been with Verizon for over 30 years. He was the most knowledgeable and nicest representative I have dealt with. I generally dread having to deal with a cell phone, cable or any type of business when it comes to this type of thing. But this has by far been the best experience I’ve had when it comes to customer service. My wife and I wanted to switch from ATT to verizon and Jeshua at this location made this while process very easy and enjoyable. It seems all the customers in the store at the time were pleased with him. If i could give Jeshua 6 starts on this review I would. Mahalo for your help Jeshua. We look forward to doing more business here in the future.

Not only did he go above and beyond to service us he added accessories to protect my phone too. Today I went in to buy a phone charger and he checked the status of my phone and said my phone bill went down $5. So I’m sounding off for Will. Thanks for being so awesome.

Saved 800 bucks trading in my old iPhone 8, we came in today to see what was wrong with our iphone and told us he couldn’t do much if he couldn’t see what was happening . he told us about a promo going on, which the Verizon store across from target wouldn’t take the iPhone for the promo but his store did in Lahiana and even told us it’s for any phone from x to x as long as the battery isn’t exposed . So we returned our new iPhone to the Verizon store and brought it at that store and was able to get the 800 credit that Verizon store at target shopping plaza said that we didn’t qualify for . highly recommended . Big shout out to Will!! He gave me the best costumer service I ever had at Verizon. I happened to be in lahaina and decided to do an upgrade on my plan. He was so patient with my family and I. Guided me towards what was best and most comfortable for us. Took his time with putting all my things together and made sure all my stuff was transfered completely. If you need to check in at Verizon ask for Will, he is your go to guy!!

I am pretty put off on Verizon in general, since this experience. On vacation from seattle, my phone just stops connecting to the network with a “sim failed” message. We go to this store to get this fixed up and end up waiting m, no exaggeration, 38 minutes to be helped. At one point I even overhear one of the team members saying there were other staff menders in the back, in a meeting. If it were me I would have pulled one out to help the growing line.Jeshua was great, he was friendly and tried to be quick but he wasn’t able to complete the sim replacement and had to call in to have their support team help. The lady was rude and argumentative with him and then me, saying I’m not on the account. We were literally looking at my account with my parents and sister, where I am an authorized user. I had to answer a litany of screening questions to verify who I am, and even showed my I’d with my name (an uncommon one) clearly matching the account. The lady transferred us to the fraud department who didn’t seem to care and ended up hanging up on us in the end. After an hour and ten minutes of being in the store I walked out with a still not functioning phone and an hour of my vacation blown with really terrible service. Again, Jeshua was fantastic, but the rest of the Verizon experience was deplorable.My father, after hearing this, called from Seattle to focus on getting my new sim activated and had to unlock the account with the fraud prevention team. He then had to read out the long ICCD number and eventually my phone started working. When that was finally fixed, he asked about compensation for the terrible experience and was transferred, waited 15 minutes on hold, and finally gave up. The service has never been great, but man is it getting worse.I will likely be switching carriers soon, as I seriously can’t believe the way I was treated by the support team.

Upgraded my phone last month and Bryana helped me every step of the way. She was the only one working that day with many customers waiting. She was helping more then one person at a time. Wow what a amazing customer service she has. This was the best experience I have had going into a Verizon store. One of the employees Will did an outstanding job. I went into the store looking to get an upgrade. They didn’t have the phone I wanted so he ordered the phone for me, and within a couple days the phone came in! He helped me with the upgrade and was with me every step of the way. We had to get a replacement screen protector for my wifes phone. Bryana, was the only person working. She had several customers waiting, but was able to assist two or three at once.I was having trouble logging into the go wireless system to access the replacement screen protector information. Bryana was extremely helpful, she remembered us from several months back. Bryana replaced my wifes screen protector and was able to get my account info quickly. What a wonderful representative Bryana is. She was cheerful, courteous, and well informed. Her ability to remain calm even with numerous customers waiting.What a great employee she must be.

Normally I hate going into a Verizon store, the corporate stores are the worst. This not a corporate store. We stopped in on our vacation because my boyfriends phone died, not a pleasant thing to deal with when you are so far from home. We explained our problem to Issac. He was over the top helpful. He sold both of us phones, saved both of us money on our bills and did it all with humor and kindness. I highly recommend that store and Issac Im particular.

I would give no stars if possible. I was in there earlier today, was not greeted, acknowledge by the employee named Will. I had called ahead and asked if they had screen protectors for the S10. Nothing was labelled, and there are different types of Galaxy S10s. When I entered my card for payment, Will scribbled on the card reader under my signature which is fraud. Shortly after we both realized it wasnt even the correct size screen protector, and after I demanded a refund he said there was no way to issue a refund on the tablet. I had to ask for the receipt, which took forever for him to print out. I asked when the manager would be in, he said on Monday and his name is Trent. I have called my bank to dispute the charge as fraud, I have left a voicemail to his store in Lahaina, and I have contacted Verizon customer service to make note of this as well. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Probably the worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything in a store before. I

Kim, the manager, is the best. She always has time to help with any questions, makes me feel welcome every time I visit the store. I pay my bill there every month.Her employees are just like her, they are always friendly and helpful. I feel so comfortable with them I am never going to another cell phone company.If I had a company I would want someone like Kim to run it as I know a company makes it on repeat business.

We are so thankful for the service that Jeshua provided us. This is the second time he has assisted us with finding the best way to get our entire family the phones that we wanted on a plan that fit us best. He made the impossible seem possible and was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable during the entire process. Some other representatives can be snarky or even told us that the color we wanted was not in stock, but he was the definition of good customer service & found the requested color without hesitation. His salesmanship is superb and always offered us additional products, upgrades, and options while answering all of our questions. All while he was attending to us, he was able to effectively multitask while completing other customers requests, always keeping an eye on the door and greeting new customers, and making sure everyone was comfortable, even giving us his own chair to sit down. If it wasnt for Jeshua, we wouldnt have been able to take care of the Buy one Get One promotion because the previous salesperson didnt communicate imperative details that would allow us to make informed decisions and completely dropped their communication and follow up on the very last day of this offer. We loved working with him and recommend that if you are going to visit this location, you insist on working with Jeshua. Mahalo again!

My wifes cell phone died while on vacation. We looked up Verizon and found the Go Wireless store in Lahaina. Upon arrival we were met by Alex Prindle. We anticipated a problem filled experience but were delighted by the incredible help we got from Alex. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us recover lost info from applications on the broken phone. He was excellent in overall customer care and treated us extremely well, going out of his way to get accessories from another location. Went in to get a new phone. The guy helping me added on multiple things to my order without telling me. He made me believe that I was getting them for free by saying “ I’ll add on a pop socket for you” and “I got you a phone cord”. He charged $85 of extra stuff that I don’t need. I had no idea I was charged for the added stuff until I looked at my bill a month later. Very disappointed. Make sure you’re checking what they’re claiming to “give you” before you check out.

Just needed to buy an accessory. Was not aknowledged at all, and waited patiently for about 15 minutes, but both employees were helping someone with a new phone plan. I am a Verizon customer, so I realize that setting up new service takes a while, but could maybe one of the employees have just taken 3 minutes to ring up my purchase, Im sure the customers they were helping wouldnt have minded. Or, if that wasnt possible, perhaps communicate with me and let me know about how long I will have to wait.Anyway, I went to Walgreens and got the usb C charging cord I needed (was $29 in the Verizon store, $17 at Walgreens) so it worked out for me in the end. If you need to get a charging cord, all types were available at Walgreens, and there was no wait.

I am writing about some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I am visiting Maui and lost my phone, and had to get another quickly! I went to the Verizon store in Lahaina 15 minutes before closing, and the employee there, Jeshua, greeted my friend and I immediately and quickly addressed my need for a new phone. Jeshua was very efficient, juggling multiple customers at closing time, but there were multiple frustrating glitches with the setup of the phone that he walked me through, and eventually involved technical support. This was an extremely time consuming process and Jeshua went above and beyond to take care of me. Not only did he stay far past the time he was supposed to leave, he had an amazing attitude and was a genuine pleasure to interact with. At one point, there was a belligerent customer who he quickly defused and made sure we felt safe. He was cool, calm and collected and behaved like a true professional. Because of these issues, Kim, the regional manager, had to come in and was also pleasant and extremely helpful. Overall, i hope I never spend 3 hours dealing with technical issues again, but if I do, I hope Jeshua and Kim are there. Best customer service I have ever experienced!

We came to Maui on vacation and had previously mailed a phone to our hotel after having lost the previous phone :(. We needed an extraordinary amount of help to get it set up. Our first problem was that we did not have a tool to put the SIM card in. We tried and failed to use a needle to put it in, even injuring ourselves. We made our way to Verizon. Rhett immediately helps us put the SIM card in with his trusty paper clip. He then proceeds to help us sign into the google email account (which we of course had forgotten the password and security questions to!). Thanks to Rhett we left Verizon with a fully backed up phone. Thank you!!

Very poor experience. They did not have a very popular phone on display, and only offered to show it to me without powering it up. I said I was not comfortable buying a $700 phone without trying it, and she shrugged her shoulders. I told her I would like to operate it before I buy it, and she simply looked down at her computer and never made eye contact with me again. I walked out.

My Samsung phone stopped charging completely and I was a little panicy as I entered the Verizon GoWireless store in Lahaina. It didn’t take long for Rhett B to put my mind at ease. To the new phone he did all the magic things necessary to bring my old environment to life from the old phone also adding a new, better screen protector on the new device.He was extremely pleasant and patient helping me work around long forgotten pins and and other necessary information totally erasing the concerns I had when entering the store. I wish we had more people like Rhett in our home town.Ask for him when you visit Lahaina. You won’t be disappointed....Bob, visiting from California...

Still waiting for a call back. I have spent approximately 2+ hrs in the store in Lahaina on Keawe St in the past 2 months. We had questions about upgrading to smart phones after using basic phones for past 10 yrs, We have always been with Verizon.. Each time in the store, we patiently waited our turn, (it is a very busy store and associates have to juggle customers in the store and those who call). Each time the Assistant Manager, Chayla helped us and though she did provide us some very good information, her patience seemed to wear thin within a few minutes and she became VERY abrupt and rude. Yesterday, I called the store and Kim, the Manager answered. I stated that I had questions about transitioning to the smart phones the data plan itself, etc. She stated that she had customers in store, but would return my call when she became available. That was at 10:37am. I did receive a call back at 11:01am, not from Kim,, but Chayla, who began the conversation professionally and courteous, but quickly became her rude self, asking if she could call me back as she had customers in the store. I reminded her, I had already waited a bit for a return call and asked, what about your phone customers, are they not entitled to your time and attention as well? She stated, yes but she didnt think it would take an hour to deal with me. That was after 8 minutes. I reminded her that I was about to spend, what is for me a lot of money w/Verizon and believed I was entitled to her time and attention. I stated, yes I would like a call back, but I preferred that her manager call me, that I felt though, Chayla had attempted to be helpful, she could not maintain a professional demeanor and was unnecessarily rude. She stated she would have the manager call me. That was yesterday at 11:09 am. It is a 26 hrs later and I am still waiting. It is unfortunate that good customer service is on a when they feel like it basis. They would benefit on some re-training in that area. I will do everything I can to avoid that store in the future.

Where do I begin...I normally pay online for billing but decided to in person at the Verizon office in Lahaina on Keawe Street.I was challenged over the past year with my data plan and made the executive decision to switch to sprint.Kim at this office witn extensive tech knowledge, professional savvy and phenomenal customer service skills pursuaded me to continue my dedicated and loyal service. I planned on switching but kim made me change my mind!!! Give her raise, paid vacation and a new title!! Well deserved!!!
