Got some touristy T-shirts here. This is a tourist trap place for sure. But I knew what I was getting into. T-shirts were good quality, very soft. So i got one. Probably paid too much. Anyway, no body was rude and I don’t get ripped off as some others seem to implied.

Rude staff / owner!

Unless you are a tourist who wants to throw your money away...avoid this store. After living in Hawaii for many years I returned with my family for a vacation. We walked Front street to see what had changed and happened into this store. My wife found a long sleeve shirt that was on a rack marked 60% off. The tag on the shirt said $39.99. I paid at the register and as soon as I swiped my card I realized that no discount had been applied. When I questioned the cashier, she pointed to the no refunds/exchange sign taped to the register. I immediately asked for a manager. When the manager came over she again stated no refunds or exchanges. I was angry and began speaking in the pidgin I had learned so long ago. The manager looked a little embarrassed and said sorry I never knew you was one local...she refunded my money and I walked away appalled at how easily they cheat tourist out of money. Not only was the shirt full price according to the pre-printed tag, but definitely not worth 40 bucks.

Cute little souvenir shop, worth a stop.
