EDITED: my mother in law and I went in today and spent our $3,000. Herschel was AWESOME!!! The customer service here is second to none! HIGHLY RECOMMENDNot a lot of inventory to choose from, but what I did see, I really liked. My mother in law is getting about $3000.00 worth of furniture from this location.

They have a huge variety of things. Several different sofa/love sets, several different cocktail and end table sets. Ever looking for just bar stools? They have them. Several different dining room sets... I was surprised at how much more they have than surrounding furniture stores. Trolisha is awesome, ask for her!

I went to Affordable Home furnishings on 7/5and ordered a day bed. They were. Closed over the weekend and I called 3 times today and finally got the order canceled. The manager never asked why but his first words were we dont do refund. Would never recomend

Okay so listen, me and my momma went over there to get a sofa, ya feel me. So listen we was putting the pillows in the vehicle and my momma grabbed a pillow off the sofa in the store and a roach came out the sofa. It was them ghetto roaches because it was fast like it was on a track race. So I went back to the car to get the pillows out because obviously we not taking the sofa home because they got roaches and we not dirty. And so a bug popped out n lawdddd I dropped that pillow. And like that ain’t it. So I told my momma she threw the pillow out the car (still made me bring it back in the place) but yea. Bad experience. If you mess with roaches then hey go buy you a sofa over there. But other then that they workers was cute so if you need a man go over there to because it’s obvious they single since they working at a store that lets homeless roaches stay there for free.

This place is absolutely great! The management always talks and laughs with me and offer me the best in the store. Herschel Ross and Justin manage this store like no place i have ever been! Thanks again for always working with me!

I love this place. The staff is very friendly and the things there are just what their name says...AFFORDABLE. Shot out to Justin and Herschel two of my favorite people there.

If I could put negative starts I would! This place is horrible!!!! Delivered the wrong bedroom set to my house and apparently the one I wanted and already paid for was not even available. They did NOT bring me the correct bedroom set and didn’t not offer to drop the price or anything. I got stuck with a bedroom set I did not want and have to pay even more for it and on top of everything else the “managers” are no help! I talked to 7 different people all claiming to be the manager. They take money off my car without my permission. I seriously don’t know how this horrible place it still open! I would NEVER recommend anyone to shop here!

The staff over here are very helpful and great with helping with finding items that I need. And my delivery was very fast and they were friendly.

The employees here are always pleasant and very helpful. The furniture is really good quality for a rent to own place also. This is the only place I will go now!

This place is a rip off, plus their customer service skill sucks. Ive met one great person in there and her name was Trolisha tanner. Shes very polite and was very helpful. P.s THEY HAVE BEDBUGS

Worse place ever, will never recommend this place to my worst enemy. Didnt get the furniture I wanted, was delivered something totally different and then it was damaged but I did order new furniture. Their customer service skills need some work

This place is absolutely disgusting! All the furniture was stained, had scratches and even cigarette burns on them. There was even bugs crawling on their beds. Will never go into that place again!

Payment was due on the 6th but I got called and harrassed on the 1st every month. My card was ran several times unauthorized. I played off my furniture early and they are still harassing for payment. I had a bluetooth speaker that didnt meet my needs and was charged and harrassed about it for 2 months after turning it in. I will never get a thing from this place again. It seems like when you pay with cash....you just did t pay or they have no record. I only paid cash 2 times and both times they had to look for it. I give this place a negative star! Horrible Experience and Service I was charged for New Mattress but upon arrival to my home I was sent pre owned Mattress but was still charged For New Mattress this was the end of February I was told I would get New Mattress By ROSS it’s now August and I’ve still haven’t received those New Mattress Everyone From the store Management has lied about the Mattress I’ve called the Corporate Office several times and left my contact information no one has call back yet I think the District Manager is name Paul or something this is poor service and I wouldn’t recommend a dog to go to them

I am so disgusted how I got treated today mind u I been doing biz with these ppl for over 7 years but after today they gets no more of my biz I treat the customers whom u have to chase for their payment not the loyal ones keep in mind I have never not once been late with them n I have purchased numerous of items n they was send me a ghetto rigged couch to put in my house and on top of that told me at 9am I was the second Delivery so I missed work sat home all day and they show up at almost 3 pm to learn from the drovers I was never the second delivery and them most Id the merchandize was not up to par.....sad sad sad
