When im in lake Charles la this is the place my wife and I stop at to enjoy our time away from our kids

One of the only video poker places with a point system that gives you cash to play with and also has a mailer with free play that you cash in and play with. I always enjoy their juice is fresh and the staff is always nice as well

Apparently this establishment doesnt want my money bc I wasnt wearing sleeves over my arms, I was wearing a muscle shirt, that was clean and not torn, but they let females sit down to play, I feel like I was being discriminated against and I will be contacting a lawyer

Great place to gamble.

They allow stolen/fraudulent cards to be used after repeated declined charges through my bank. I suspect a worker is scamming cards!!! I’m also reporting them to the police. Scammers!!!!

Place would be better if they accepted LA Wallet, I was rudely escorted out because I didnt have my Id and only had my phone with LA Wallet,

Never had an issue plenty of room for parking quiet and don’t have to walk a half mile to use the facilities which are up to date and didn’t need any attention last few times I was there

The customer service sucks in the store part but the casino is lovely!!

I have never been so upset and discriminated against in my life I was told I was not able to take a shower after a long day of driving and loading they said they do not have showers for females at this truck stop this is a truckstop and I felt that is very discriminatory towards women I will definitely be calling corporate office and letting them know about how I was not allowed to take a shower at this truck stop I rate this place -0 stars

Great people and a clean Store. Plus you can gamble for a bit. Nice overall experience.

Its ok if you only want to play video poker. Its kinda small & I never heard of anyone winning anything substantial.
