Wont allow anyone to hold the products. Tried getting some cologne yesterday but the workers was only willing to help the females in the store. Made me feel like I was a constant bother when I asked for help. Better off shopping somewhere else. I would give no stars just for the employees and service I was given

Came by to get my birthday gift and could not find my rewards login (possibly because I signed up years ago). The lady at the counter was kind enough to help me sign up with my updated info and I was still able to get my birthday gift. This type of customer service does not go unnoticed. Thank you! Sephora really is the best at helping me find what I’m looking for!! They always go the extra mile in listening to my concerns and helping me find a product that’s right for me! And they really know their products! If you don’t already know what makeup you want or have any questions, you want to let Sephora help you out!

We have shopped at Sephora and also Ulta, I have to say that SEPHORA is by far the most customer service friendly!! Every time we go in there they are willing to help. They ask what are concerns are and go above and beyond helping!!!! Love Sephora!!!

Nice Sephora location located inside jcp. Offers most of their basic beauty and makeup but is small, so not as much selection as standalone stores.
