Stopped by this morning because the rear view mirror on my Jeep had fallen. The two ladies working the front desk were very nice. Within a few minutes of my arrival, an employee came out and reinstalled the mirror. I paid $10 which I thought was very reasonable. I will definitely be back with any glass issues.

I ordered a window from North Florida Glass at the ending of May. I had one of their installers come out to the house to measure the window to ensure I got the best value for the $550. The man who came out spend a whopping 5 minutes examining and measuring window and left in a hurry. It took over TWO MONTHS for the window to be orders and delivered. The installer (different man than the first) came out with the window to install and the window did not fit! The man suggested that he takes the window back to their shop and cuts the window to make it fit. Only down fall of this would be that the window would be uneven. The bottom half of the window would be taller than the top half by 3 inches. I called north Florida glass. They gave me 3 options. 1. Get a refund 2. Cut the window like the man suggested 3. Order another window which would take another 2 months.Im going to order a brand new window and if this one turns out how the last one did Ill be getting a refund.I realize that it was a simple human error but this is super inconvenient for me.Not happy.

I scheduled for this company to come out to get measurements. I was told I would be contacted in a week with my quote after they took the measurements. I never heard from them again. I refuse to run a company down to spend money. If they could not keep their word about giving a quote then I will not trust them to complete any work for us!

Best price I was quoted on window replacement for my truck. 80 dollars cheaper than Safelite. They got me in the next day and fixed it in 2 hours.

Called two glass companies in Live Oak and neither one showed up to repair our shower door that was sagging. Called North Florida Glass and they had the parts ordered and the door repaired in one week! They are honest and do quality work! I highly recommend them!

I have had nothing buy problems with this place. I ordered a new window on June 10th. Two months later they showed up with a window that didnt meet the requirements. Its now Oct 18th and I am still waiting for the window. Please save you time and go else where.

Wow I search and searched for a glass company where I needed to replace the glass in a door of a wall unit. I just happened to be in the area and called and they were able to copy the twin piece of glass I removed from the doors shape and in minutes I was on my way home with an exact match. Very reasonable and friendly. I will definitely recommend NFG to everyone that needs a glass/window repair or replacement.

Replaced bathroom window just fine. It took two weeks tho, from the time asked for replacement. Concidering they had to come out n measure then to replace. Reasonable.

And they told me 900.00 was yesterday s price. Today it is 925.00. I refuse to do business with someone who will not honor the price they said they would do it for they lost my business over 25.00
