Called several times yesterday and even went on their website to inform that the tornado took out the power pole and the electric company fixed the pole and their lines but Comcast line was still broken in my yard laying in water. I get an email today saying they fixed the cable and it was not in my yard anymore. Get home this evening and the cable is still in my yard laying in water. If they do not fix by tomorrow I will be suing them for neglect

I purchased a prepaid internet modem a few months ago, and it never connected to the internet because it was a defective device. After calling the support number, they recommended we set up an appointment for it to be fixed. We ended up having to leave town, so we could not make an appointment. When we returned and decided to request a refund, I called the Xfinity prepaid customer service number was told that I cannot receive any money back since the 7 day period had ended.I do not recommend purchasing internet services from this provider because if your router does not work within 7 days, you are stuck with a broken router and will not receive a refund. We will not be using this company again.

They close down their office permanently in Lake City but its not listed that its closed so when you drive out there for health theres a tiny little sign on the door that says closed permanently and some people it cost money to get out there but they should let people know on their website closed permanently. Would be respectful and helpful

I tried to cancel my service through a chat...OMG it took about 90 minutes and 5 connections to a live person to have my cancel processed. Seems to like they are located in a remote site that does a bad internet connectivity or they have to take all chats at the same time because the conversation went silent for long time until it disconnected or I had to disconnect...terrible, terrible, terrible

I cancelled my internet in may. They will send me a box. Next month I was billed,they said call ups to pick up. UPS came,said we cant pick up without a box.Called again,take it to our store 50 miles away.CLOSED. Billed me again.called again, dont worry ke e p it till we straighten this out.Billed again.Called August 17 and complained they hung up. TIRED of this already.

Kimberly is a very nice lady and does a great job(🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟) It would be so nice if the were open at lunch time or at least a couple of hours on Saturdays also they should have at least 2 folks working the counted. Ive been 3rd in like and waited over an hour more than once. Edit-They have hired a new person and and now theyre much more efficient up front!

I signed up for service May 16th 2020 and today is June15th (no service yet). They kept sending out technicians at least 5 of them and literally PROMISING the issue was resolved or they had to send out a contractor/engineer. They even sent out a surveyor to take pictures.The issue was never resolved. Finally today after no engineers or contractors coming out a dispatcher tells me it could possibly take 120 days. Ive never in my entire life been this disappointed with a company. If I could give it a zero I would.

Wow.. Comcast/Xfinity is like a car dealer who sells you a car that will go 100 mph. The car indeed goes 100 mph, but breaks down so often and repairs are soooo very hard to arrange, you wind up hating your car! That is what working with Xfinity is like to me. Almost daily service interruptions, some TV channels have receptions issues for YEARS, and dealing with their help desk is an exercise in PAIN. I so wish I had an alternative service provider in my area!!

I can get the series that are on Netfli but not the movies. This has been for 3 months. I have talked with the agents and we did all problem solving to no satisfaction. I am asking for re-imbursement for 3 months but I cannot get an agent to help me and I get cut off. Frustration since Comcast doesnt seem to give a care.

Internet very poor--very slow and often wouldnt connect. Called tech support (in India?) 4 times and all they did was reset the router. Never offered to send anyone to check out the problem. I switched to an ATT U-Verse bundle. Thats working fine. Going today to drop of my equipment. Cant wait.

Antwan was fabulous; he took care of my problem very fast and easily. I will never call their call center in India; they are very confusing and dont give you a straight answer. They keep repeating the same thing over and over again. I am so glad we have an office in our town.

If I could give anything less than 1 star I would. Word of warning to all you folks looking to use Comcast. DO NOT DO IT. Dont do it to yourself. Let me save you so much time, money, and pain. My family has dealt with them for years because theyre the only decent service around here, but they constantly LIE about prices and what youre getting. Our $140 bill this month? Over $200. Stuff like this has happened countless times. Anytime my dad tries to go down there, use chat, or talk on the phone, no one seems to know whats going on and just offers him some free service, which they always either end early or charge him for. My dad has just got to the point that he doesnt bother calling anymore, because of the stress and his bad heart. He is about to cancel our service with them. Good luck to anyone that tries to venture into this bottomless pit of cable/internet service hell.

I am the Commander of the VFW in Lake city FL. We have a business account with Comcast. Dont get one they will not fix any problems in a timely manner. Been almost 2 days cant get any response from them other than see you Friday. With a Business account you should be up and running within 24 hours. Losing money because of their poor service.

I have had my internet for over a year cutting in and out from an upgrade I have spent a year on the phone having several texts come out requesting several supervisors to come out and check whats going on calling the call center and nobody has been able to fix my internet and keep it running and properly running and I only have to use Comcast because AT&t is not in my neighborhood if it was not for that I would not have Comcast at all in my house

I really think that companies like Comcast think its ok to screw customers just because they are so big, and there is so little competition. Their customer service sucks balls!! My husband called them in November to either move or cancel our service because we were moving. It was determined that they didnt service the address we were moving to, so he elected to cancel service as of our moving date. Well, our service wasnt cancelled, and they continued to draft our bank account which resulted in an overdraw. So when I called to try to resolve the situation, the customer service people (I got transferred 4 TIMES) finally told me that they could stop the automatic drafts, but would not cancel our service without talking to my husband. EVEN THOUGH THEY ALREADY DID BACK IN NOVEMBER!

I really would like a return call......I requested a call from an account manger twice by phone and an additional time when Comcast sent me a survey regarding my service. Over a week has passed, what does it take to get a bit of customer service Comcast? Perhaps I will get a call if I dont pay the invoice? I am frustrated with the time I have wasted and the rudeness of support staff. If you call 3 different times, you will get three different stories. Zero accountability. I suppose Comcast is able to get away with this as no substitute provider is available. Monopoly what? Can you hear me now Comcast????????

Comcasts commitment to make things right if they fall short is completely lost in the lake city area. I have been trying to get services out to my home for years. as have most of my neighbors. the call center tells you to go in to the store, the store tells you to call in to the call center. My most recent experience in the local store, when i asked if they had plans to come down my road any time soon, the clerk actually bust out laughing and then said they were never coming down my road... I wish the county would cancel their contract and allow another company to come in and service our area.

Ive never in my life had such a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE trying to get services Im willing to pay for on a monthly basis established in my home!!! Ive been trying to get services since May 24, 2016. Every time I call they always give me excuse after excuse Why they havent installed my services or they apologize a million times and promise to fix the problem then say they will call back and they never call back. Ive had 5 accounts set up because they have SCREWED up so many times deleting my account without my permission. Ive heard they didnt have any appointments to get a tech sent to my home and that they would call me within 24 to 48 hours a billion times. Its almost been a month, several ticket numbers, and account numbers later and I STILL HAVE NO SERVICES!!!!!! This has been a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, SAD PART IS I NEVER EVEN HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE SERVICES TO RATE THEM!! Every phone call was several promises BROKEN they never kept their word on anything they told me. They did offer to cancel the installation fee of 50.00 once I received services but as I mentioned before I STILL DO NOT HAVE SERVICES!! WHAT A JOKE!!!!

Comcast is the most UNRELIABLE internet provider I have ever had. Their service goes down constantly and I when I call to speak with someone about it, Im told they show no outages in my area. They take NO accountability. Getting someone on the phone there is a joke. Im currently on hold to speak with tech support and were going on 20 minutes. And...they just disconnected me!!! After 20 minutes! Really!?!? Trying to run a medical practice with such iffy service is a nightmare. I really wish there was another reliable ISP in the Lake City area, but AT&T is just as bad. The only reason they are getting 1 star from me is because thats the only way to say I Hated It!

If you have service problems, they run you in circles with OUTAGES nonsense. They wont even discuss the problem, if they have an outages, which is EVERYDAY. Surprisingly, neighbors who have the high speed $150.00 a month service NEVER have OUTAGES.
