We worked with Caleb and he was easy to work with. He was never pushy and kept me informed on anything that came up. We live 1.5 hours away and when we went to look at a car he called to let us know that the car had just been purchased and let us know what else he had. We still went and found another that we liked. They were fairly priced, easy to work with and the process was fairly quick. I would recommend Caleb and this dealership.

Well that was a waste of time. Drove from Jacksonville when a salesman (Caleb) told me the Internet price of 40,000 was good and negotiable due to it being the end of the month. After I test drove, the manager (Steven) told me after everything was said and done including the warranty, which was not on the website and an additional $3500, The total would be 50,000. Not only was the price non-negotiable but he told me the price was actually 42,500 and they did not have to honor the Internet price which was ridiculous considering the car was on the lot as of yesterday. I simply told him that’s all I needed to know that they would not honor their prices and told customers flat out lies before going to the dealership. Made my decision to take my business elsewhere extremely easy which I’m sure doesn’t matter to them, but is still disappointing and now I understand the poor reviews

Worst dealership ever! Stay clear. They lie and misrepresent information about used vehicles. The inspection they say the do before they deliver a used vehicle is terrible. Numerous issues were later found. The dealer fee they charge is waste of money. You get nothing but headaches. They say they have no room on prices, but later found out they made over $2700. in profit on my deal, when they said the lost money. Liars!

I had the most disappointing experience at this dealership. The sales person (Melissa) was condescending and rude. She would not return my calls and stated she was too busy with another customer and I should understand. I asked questions about the car and she seemed bothered and uninterested in helping me. I called to complain to someone only to find other salespeople answered the phone and did not want me to speak to the manager. When I went to another nearby dealership, I was treated like a valued customer and had a wonderful experience.

Received a text stating that more work was needed. Ashley, the Service Manager said that it will take another two - three hours to perform the additional service. Five hours at the dealer WAITING for them to do routine service. Been here many times before, first bad service, even purchased car from here.. I have received the warning, loud and clear, find a better dealer.

Since I know that some vehicles that are posted online may not be available I gave them a specific stock number. I also asked the salesman to take a picture of the vehicle along with the MSRP sticker to confirm that it was the same one for sale online. He confirmed that the truck was available and we agreed on a purchase price.They sent me a quote and I proceeded to send them a credit application.The application was approved and we started to make arrangements for me to pickup and sign the paperwork for the vehicle. I live about 400 miles away from this dealer so I decided to fly up the very same day.After confirming with them that everything was squared away I went ahead and purchased my airline ticket. The salesman would pick me up at the airport and I would drive back home. Before leaving to the airport they called me and said they made a mistake and that the vehicle was a pre order that had already been sold. But wait, it gets better.At this point they had already run my credit and I had purchased an airline ticket. Then a manager called me and told me to fly up and they would sell me the vehicle we had agreed upon. Then they called me back to tell me that it was a mistake between them and they would not be able to sell me the vehicle.They promised to order me the same exact vehicle and would have it to me in 32 days. That was another lie of many. They sent me the information of the vehicle and it was no where near the same.This business is the most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with. I am extremely surprised that Toyota would allow this company to represent them. I have everything documented and I will be taking my experience directly to Toyota.

Overall a great experience! Josh was our salesperson. He was very easy to work with (aka low pressure) and cared about making our experience a great one. We had a last minute snafu but the dealership worked with us to make the situation right and make us happy and satisfied customers!
