I called four other tint shops they overpriced me $100 for tint. They Also accepted me as a walk in. I’ll called other tint shops they told me that i had to make an appointment. I called several tinting shops for quotes in (Elsinore, Murrieta, Temecula) and this place was definitely more reasonable than other places around AND had great reviews. I am so glad I ended up getting my car tinting done here! The owner is a stand up guy and really cares about the quality of his work and that you walk away happy. Great fast service. Called the day before to see if I could get in for a front windshield replacement on a Saturday. Lucky for me they had the windshield in stock with weather seal (which cost extra). The tech said it will be 15 minutes and he delivered. Fast quick and affordable. They stand by the products and will repair or replace if it leaks. Call ahead of time to make sure they have your glass. My gf got her side window replaced here. They had to order it which took a day. They do tint and small crack seals less than a quarter. Will recommend to my friends.

It looks more classy and mean at the same time, I went with limo all around, except the soft top windows of course, those are bestop windows. I went in just to get a quote to see how much tint on my weekend car would be to install. I’m originally from Orange County so I wanted to find something local. I’ve dealt with tint all my life so I can say I know the ropes around the business and what’s a good price or not. I was thankful enough to have gotten a deal so good I couldn’t resist. Everyone was very nice and friendly even showed me there machine that laser cuts out the shape of your window so you know it’s the correct size. Can easily say I’m very impressed and happy. Ran into some challenges during the tinting process on my vehicle. I won’t go into specifics but rest assured the owners and team here made sure that I picked up my vehicle in the same condition that I dropped it off in. Very professional and courteous.And the tint job came out fantastic!

I had the unfortunate luck getting a cracked windshield on hwy, the cost to report it, would have been $$$ checked around Lake Elsinore price varies a lot! Just for auto glass replace but I called Diamond Star Auto Glass and Fred quoted me a good price out of pocket no insurance for 2003 Envoy less than $160 service was timely and well done thank you Fred, would definitely use service again or refer friends.

I came to this place with my new car because of the reviews. I docked two stars because one of my doors was not put back on correctly and had a giant gap and a broken door clip... the other star I docked because I found tiny razor blade in my car and I do have two small kids. (I also had to wipe off a lot of solution drips around the underside of all my dash which is fine and expected with tinting) I wouldn’t have docked two stars if he would have accommodated me to fix the door when I called twice to let him know .. instead the last call I got a response from him of “I’m actually working on 3 other cars right now can you come later” as I don’t mind coming later but I paid 340$ came out to 360$ With tax for all the work I had done (tint and ceramic) and I feel like I should have been accommodated since he did mention it would only take about ten minutes to fix the door. I already paid and felt like because of that I wasnt important anymore.. I ended up taking off the door and fixing it all myself a little inconvenient for me being as I did pay so much money and I am a girl lol but I figured it out... the finished product on my windows seem to be good though so I do give them that. I will post photos to this review..

Fred was super friendly and did a fantastic job. Cut lines are done by laser and only a couple small bubbles that will go away in a couple days. My friend loved it so much she took hers in same day. Just got my 2020 Honda Civic Sport Hatch and was itching to get my windows tinted. Diamond Star saw me same day early morning and finished my car in around an hour which was amazing. They had a TV and an outlet so I could plug in and before you know it my car was done and they did a beautiful job! Very grateful for the work they did.

Not a satisfied customer! Paid $35 to repair a chip on my windshield and got bilked. Should have known better when the technician brought out the “cheesy repair kit” he used. Similar to the Permatex kit I’ve used before. Diamond Star is what I now see on the windshield where the chip was. It actually looks worse. Not a slight blemish that he told me would be left there. Save your money & don’t get ripped off like I did. I could have done a better repair using a chip repair kit sold at any auto parts store for around 10 bucks.

Gave me the best price quote by a long shot and I called at least 5-6 other car window shops in my area, Diamond star auto glass & tint not only beat the quote he had it installed in around 30 min. He replaced rear drivers side window that had been busted out they even cleaned the glass. If you need any auto window replacement or tint this is definitely the place...

Parked in the parking lot and was immediately greeted walking up to the shop. He took me inside and gave me a demo between the normal tint and the ceramic tint with his heat gun setup he had in the office. After talking numbers for a bit I settled on the better ceramic tint because who doesnt like less heat in the car! He took my keys and told me it would be about an hour. Watched everything they did as they allowed me to stand there with them in the shop and they constantly reassured me that everything was going good and had no issues. No blade cuts directly on glass, good customer service, shop was clean, prices are great compared to everyone else, and all done in a pretty reasonable time. Everyone was professional and I would highly recommend this place!

Dont take any of your cars here. I took my truck here for tint and a windshield replacement. First off i noticed the tint was not cut right and there was gaps letting light come in on my back window, the owner told me thats how it is and he cant fix it. Secondly I noticed the sound of air leaking in from my windshield when I told him about he tried to say its my fault and its because of the led light I had on my hood which had nothing to do with the windshield. Anyways after bringing it in a third time to fix the air leak he said it was completely fixed. A week later I took my truck through a car wash and water was leaking in from the windshield all over my dash, stereo, my carpets got wet. Im currently making a insurance claim. Moral of the story is dont bring your cars here, the work is sloppy. Try Faith auto glass in temecula.

When I got there they were ready and i was told it would be about 45 minutes. We had a crack in our windshield and while we were on vacation it cracked a lot more so we checked a windshield place close to home. We contacted Diamond Star auto glass and were treated like family. He said to just take a picture of the windshield and text it to him so he makes sure to order the correct one. He said no appt needed. He said it would take 45 mins to install. Upon returning we took it over. I was told 45 mins to and hour. Fully expecting to spend more like 2 hours I hesitantly went in. I was very surprised that it only took 40 minutes! Yes I said 40 mins. When do you ever get something repaired or replaced and it takes less time than they quoted? They have fair prices, they are professional, and deliver superb service. If you need any auto glass you can trust this company!

Let me start by saying this place is thee best window tint shop around! I called several other shops and was told a 2020 prius prime was a difficult car and that they would need to charge more and I would also need to make an appointment and still wait 3 hours for the car to be done! I came to diamond star auto glass with no appointment and my car was done in about an hour and at a cheaper price! With a life time warranty to top it off, I can not recommend this place enough. Dont go any where else for your window tinting needs.
