There is not a tire center here, drove all the way out here for nothing, Hispanic lady on customer service was not very customer service friendly after I said you should probably change your Google listings. Dont waste your time even shopping here.

Service technician told me the new battery he was installing was to large to attach the hold down bracket, however, I able to do so when I got home. Also, when he added air to the tires he did so to a 43PSI when it should have been 32PSI. I would never trust then to do any work on my car again.

My wife and I needed new tires, and I dreaded going here. First off, the guy who looked at our car wrote down the wrong tire size, and said, We dont carry those. What he said didnt sound right, I looked up the size from the last time we bought tires, and sure enough... He was dyslexic, or something? I wanted to leave at that point, but a super-cool young lady, Dani, intervened, looked it up, and sure enough, they did have what we needed. She supervised the entire project, and had the best customer service skills Ive ever encountered in auto repair. Incredibly professional!! If it were not for Dani, this would have been a 1 star review. If shes not making $40/hour, she should be. Super-cool, knowledgeable woman (way more competent than the guys there today)

There is no Auto Care center at the new Walmart! No tires, no mechanics.

I had an excellent experience getting an oil change here. The staff was friendly and it was completed in only 30 minutes, even with two cars ahead of me. The only thing is they forgot to put a new sticker on my windshield for the oil change reminder. Other than that, great experience.

Had an oil change on my mustang. Full synthetic, up to 5 quarts, was $44.88. My mustang uses 8 quarts. My bill came to $66. Cheaper than anywhere else. The only bad thing I can say is, I was the first in line and to add a tire rotation, it was going to be an additional 2 hours more than the 3 hours it took for the oil change.

Kudos / thanks to Brad. He helped me out this morning with the tires on my motor home. He was friendly and helpful. I will continue my patronage to places that have employees like Brad.

Excellente job, but I was the first one to arrive this Sunday at 7:45 am to change my two front tires and three hours later theyjust got my car off the lift. too slow

This place really is the worst auto shop Ive ever been to. Went in for 2 tires and waited for 3 hours.. It was so frustrating as I watched them putter around with the bays full of cars. Of the 4 guys there was only 1 actually doing anything and there were other cars in parking spaces waiting to be looked at. Then one of them whod been on a computer for god knows how long, said he was going to lunch.... Really?? They all looked at each other and said okay and I was out in the next 10 minutes.. Its a good thing I said something or Id have been waiting at least an hour longer for them to get back from lunch.. Lesson learned, be the squeaky wheel and you wont be taken advantage of.. For your own sake, take your car somewhere else!

Had my oil changed today. service was great. I wasnt there long. 30 mins tops..

I dont know what all the other reviews are talking about they are prob fake reviews because I went in and out in 10 min for a oil change I did the high mileage pit crew they changed my oil greased everything checked my tires I even got a fuel treatment and they where quick and very nice.

Ugh!! Told me it would be two hours to have two new tires. 3pm to 7pm I waited with my two little kids! 4 freaking hours and there was only 3 cars total there!! Never again!!!!!!!!!

This was the worst service I have ever had.1. I was the only one there for a Oil Change the technician was slower than molasses and several times I noticed he was just standing around not working I spent 2 hours there for this simple oil change service. 2nd my truck was covered in grease.2

Henry the only TLE worker who actually hustles all the others suck, putter around talk and laugh...what a joke 2 hours for 2 tires that needed replacement and only 1 car ahead DO NOT GO TO LAKE ELSINORE WALMART JUST A BUNCH OF TWEAKERS

They told me my tire repair would take 40 min. But when I went there to pick up my car after 4 hours, they even did not start to repair my tire. I asked again. Finally I could pick up my car after one more hour. I wasted my time and was late for my meeting.

I cant have an experience because they never answer their phone or if they do they put you on immediate hold and never come back. Went in to the store 2 times in the afternoon last week to see the automotive manager and was told he left for lunch but never can back. Apparently thats normal there. No wonder such bad reviews.

Oil change 2 1/2 hours! These guys do one step at a time with your car then they go work on another car then another then go back to yours while the other three guys just stand around pathetic.
