The online payment processor which I believe is PayPal doesn’t process debit cards as check cards they process as credit cards which does not allow a cash refund when returned to store only store credit and refund back to “credit”. Even though I have received a cash refund for same transaction store refused to help me get even a 10 dollar cash refund for a return with receipt.

Not thrilled with Curbside pick up. Waited and waited, then was told to go over to the Pro pick up area, where there was NO parking. Finally got my order loaded into my truck

Had similar experience with the store and The Home Depot in general.
