Great customer service. There is an employee that seems to be always there. Hes very awesome and kind. Definitely a valued asset for 7 eleven.

Its nice to be greeted in a polite manner by whom ever is working.

Horrible service, so rude as well. I feel bad for the customers that go there. They like to act “tuff” until a customer steps up and puts them in line. What a shame.. best of luck to all you 7/11 workers :) make them dollas. pS I love jeeps that look stock from Walmart :)

Im in constant pain. These kidney stones dont ever go awayWhatever you do, dont drink a cup of milk and then cig down a medium rare steak with a pint of coke. Not good. oh...subway eats fresh!

For some reason, Ive had trouble with the gas pumps accepting my cards. Its been three different times and has also happened to my husband. I gave up on getting gas there.

Newest gas station in town, and as of January 2020 New owner took over. Very nice staff and very helpful with questions and concerns. Cheaper gas prices in town and good variety of items. Only gas station that offers free rewards for simply purchasing everyday items.

Bathroom closed due to cheap or lazy people that dont want to clean it.

Worst customer service. Every other 7 Eleven in surrounding towns are always so sweet and jolly, I would rather drive to the wildomar location if I need to go inside. When I come here they seem like they hate being there, there not helpful. They dont honor promotions. Always have an attitude. The store is great....gas is cheap, I just hate the feeling I get from the employees.

Great service! Nice variety of flavored coffee and fully stocked! Stopped this morning for lemon tea and the lady attendant Janet went out of her way to help with honey!

Rude is a very polite word to say about the guy on the counter. The gas station does not accept cards but gives you directions to enter the card, press debit/credit. It was cold outside and I was struggling to make it work. Later I went inside to talk to this very smart guy on the counter. He says you have to pay inside. I ask him how would a customer know.? You should stick something on the stations and direct customers to pay inside. He replies, why dont you go somewhere else? I put my card back in my wallet and drove off to nearby Arco. Looks like he is not happy with his job..

This seven eleven was horrible the lady that works their Tuesday at 12:00from the store threw my XL cups of soda to the trash and I had to refill it !! How messed up is that and Im a super nice person .. horrible workers !

Rude unhelpful staff. I would leave one less than one star if I could! Beware the overweight man cashier and female cashier with face piercings both are intimidating and derogatory to customers rather than provide receipt for cash puchases they refused and used the exuse that i didnt ask for one after I purchased a several items in cash. They also refused to honor the signage which is on the front window free muffin with purchase of with any size coffee. When I asked for customer service and they refused to provide information and called police he went literally.Running out of the door and running after the police car that was coincidentally the parking lot because he refused to provide a receipt and refused to honor the offers that were posted by 7-Eleven he made his own rules and said that its while supplies last which is not stated on the signage and he said that its only certain sizes of coffee which is not stated on the offer either. they refused to comply with the offer stated. They make their own rules and Im sure theyre in violation of the state and local business code regarding receipts.that should Its pretty obvious the manager owner has left the business to these individuals who are just flat-out rude and they never did give me a receipt when I paid them cash. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau regarding the signage that they have placed outside that they will not honor and the fact that they wont provide a cash receipt from one is requested or not I ask for the receipt and she refused to provide it this was the female with the piercings since they dont want to provide the owner and managers name or contact I have chosen to write a review 10-12-19

They get no stars! If you buy lottery scratchers at this place make sure you look at the scratchers before they ring up, the last 2 times the cashiers gave us the wrong scratchers I asked for and they had already scanned so told us they couldnt do anything about it even though I noticed before leaving the store, and they were totally at fault! Very incompetent !

They at 7/11 are alwaya nice

I go around 11 PM and I ask for donut and the racks was completely empty they should have donuts right now for eat whit coffee
